Abstract

Anemia is a serious global public health problem that primarily affects children, girls and adolescent women who are menstruating, as well as pregnant and postpartum women. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in the world is estimated at 37%. Based on the results of the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2018, the prevalence of pregnant women with anemia was 48.9%. According to data from the Lampung Provincial Health Office in 2022, pregnant women experience anemia with a presentation showing a figure of 5.5%. While in Metro City, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is 11.4% with the highest anemia at the Ganjar Agung Health Center, Metro City with a percentage of 29.7%. This type of research is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional design. Data collection by looking at medical records. the number of samples needed in this study is 53 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. Data analysis uses bivariate analysis with the chi square test at α = 0.05. The results of the Chi Square test analysis of pregnancy spacing with the incidence of anemia were obtained (p-value 0.001) meaning that there is a significant relationship between pregnancy spacing and the incidence of anemia, the results of the parity test with the incidence of anemia were obtained (p-value 0.282) meaning that there is no significant relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between pregnancy spacing and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester. There is no significant relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester. Researchers expect health workers and Posyandu Cadres to be able to improve Ante Natal Care, one of which is Hb examination and provision of Fe tablets for pregnant women. Conducting education on safe pregnancy spacing and childbirth.

Abstract

Introduction: Transverse lie is when the fetus's longitudinal axis crosses the mother's longitudinal axis perpendicularly or approaches 900. To change the position of the fetus from the transverse lie (transverse) to the head position (normal), pregnant women can do the knee chest position or doubling. This position helps the fetus rotate and return to its normal position, with the head down. This exercise is done routinely for several minutes, several times a day. The use of the knee chest position can be considered so that the incidence of Sectio Caesarea (CS) decreases, so that maternal morbidity and mortality can decrease. The method used is a case report, with an obstetric management approach and using the SOAP documentation method (Subjective, Objective, Analysis, Management). Data collection techniques use interview techniques, physical examinations, documentation studies, and literature studies. The subject in this study was Mrs. I, 33 years old, G3P2A0, 35 weeks of gestation with a transverse lie. The results of the study showed a diagnosis in the case of Mrs. I, 33 years old, G3P2A0, 35 weeks of gestation with a doubling presentation. Results: The results of the study showed that after being given care in the form of applying knee chest position therapy as an effort to change the baby's transverse position to a normal position during pregnancy. Conclusion: Care Implementing the knee chest position can change the baby's transverse position back to normal

Abstract

This study examines Eka Kurniawan’s novel Cantik Itu Luka through a literary gastronomy approach, which views food as a complex symbol in the representation of culture, power, and postcolonial identity. Using a qualitative method and a hermeneutic literary approach, the research analyzes the depiction of food and eating practices in the novel to uncover their symbolic, ideological, and historical meanings. The findings reveal that local foods such as tuna and sugarcane wine serve as symbols of resistance against colonial hegemony, while colonial foods like rijsttafel, wine, and biscuits reflect the legacy of domination still imprinted in collective memory. This analysis is supported by Bourdieu’s theory of habitus, Foucault’s concept of biopolitics, and Bhabha’s ideas of hybridity and colonial ambivalence. The study affirms that food in literary texts is not merely a narrative detail, but a crucial element for understanding power relations, historical trauma, and identity formation within the context of contemporary Indonesian literature.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia dini menghadapi tantangan berupa paparan konten digital yang tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam menanamkan nilai agama dan moral di PAUD Islam Terpadu Rumah Anak Sholeh, Pasarwajo, Buton. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain Participatory Action Research, penelitian ini melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan 25 anak kelas B. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan efektif melalui pembiasaan doa harian, hafalan surah, keteladanan, dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua. Sebanyak 72% anak menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan dalam hal kedisiplinan dan sopan santun. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengaruh konten digital serta kurangnya penguatan nilai-nilai tersebut di lingkungan rumah. Penelitian ini menawarkan model pembiasaan berbasis agama yang dapat diterapkan di PAUD, dengan potensi pengaplikasian yang luas

Abstract

Agar pendidikan anak usia dini mudah dipahami dan mendukung perkembangan holistik, pendidikan tersebut harus menyenangkan, relevan, dan kontekstual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana siswa TK Negeri 1 Bandar Batauga yang berusia 5–6 tahun dapat belajar melalui pemanfaatan barang-barang bekas. Penelitian Aksi Partisipatif (PAR), yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif antara pendidik, peneliti, dan siswa, adalah metodologi yang digunakan. Kegiatannya meliputi membuat anak ayam dari kardus, menggunakan sedotan untuk membuat stempel, membuat kolase kulit telur, dan menggunakan teknik melukis cipratan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kreativitas dan menanamkan cita-cita lingkungan. Pemanfaatan produk limbah rumah tangga sebagai alat pembelajaran kontekstual yang menanamkan cita-cita ekoliterasi sejak usia dini adalah hal yang membuat penelitian ini unik.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut efektif dalam mendorong perkembangan keterampilan motorik, kognitif, verbal, sosial-emosional, moral-religius, artistik, dan kreatif. Anak-anak terlibat dan bersemangat selama pelajaran, menunjukkan bahwa benda-benda yang dibuang dapat menjadi alat pengajaran yang menghibur dan bermanfaat. .

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini apakah dengan penerapan metode belajar kelompok dapat menstimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina 3.Hasil penelitian ini di simpulan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kelompok untuk menstimulasi perkembangan anak pada aspek kecerdasan visual spasial anak di TK Negeri Pembina 3 Kecamatan Wangi-Wangi yaitu dengan merencanakan pembelajaran secara terstruktur yaitu menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dibuat oleh seluruh guru TK, tujuan dari perencanaan sebelum pembelajaran adalah sebagai panduan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penerapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada kegiatan inti ini dengan memberi kebebasan berimajinasi kepada anak melalui kegiatan menggambar bebas, permainan konstruktif, finger painting, mengatur dan merancang. Kemudian setelah perencanaan dan pelaksanaan sudah berjalan, dilakukan penilaian dengan tujuan agar guru mengetahui setiap perkembangan anak selama pembelajaran, agar selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi dan tindakan .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kelompok dengan kegiatan pengaman adalah sebagai strategi dalam menstimulasi perkembangan anak pada aspek kecerdasan visual spasial anak

Abstract

Primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) is a progressive chronic optic neuropathy that often affects adults with characteristics of optic nerve damage in the eye due to increased intraocular pressure (IOP). POAG is characterized by an open anterior chamber angle. POAG with increased IOP is understood to mean decreased outflow of aqueous humor due to increased resistance to such outflow. This study aims to determine the association between intraocular pressure and stage of primary open-angle glaucoma. This study is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach using retrospective data. The sampling technique used was total sampling, in which all subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as a sample of 84 eye samples. Analysis of the data used in the form of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using Spearman correlation test. POAG is more common in women (55,6%). The majority of POAG experienced by the age group over 40 years (95,6%). There is a significant relationship between IOP and stage of POAG (p=0.001) with medium correlation strength and positive correlation direction (r=0,371).  There is a relationship between IOP and POAG with a positive correlation direction, where the higher the IOP value, the POAG stage will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the process of teaching voice acting techniques in theater art through the Project-Based Learning strategy for Class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Biau.The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation,interview,and documentation. The findings indicate that implementing the “Teaching Basic Voice Acting Techniques in Theater Art Using Project-Based Learning Strategy for Class IX Students at SMP Negeri 1 Biau”was successful,achieving a success rate of 83.3%. The researcher concluded that the study was successful based on two considerations: first,both student groups could perform the theater scripts,although one group was less optimal;second,several students achieved good or Dere-than-satisfactory results,with satisfactory performance scores.Using the ffroiceeBased Learning strategy proved effective in the implementation of teaghoge mie,ciieluding the design and execution of performances.

Abstract

Early childhood the age range of 0 to 8 years is an individual figure who is undergoing a rapid and fundamental development process for the next life. The application of traditional games in early childhood learning is intended to explore their needs. The implementation of traditional games is one way to preserve Indonesian culture. Katani-tani games make children more active, disciplined and able to work together with their friends. Katani-tani games have benefits for early childhood and make children more active, disciplined and responsible and understand the concept of cooperation in a game. Traditional games have their own richness compared to modern games that are currently booming. Traditional games are still chosen in some circles of society, especially children who need games that can explore their needs. Through this katani-tani game, children can also be taught to regulate their emotions and social . Abstract

This study aims to determine how planting activities can help early childhood learn about the concept of science about plants. The study was conducted at TK Sosial Wagola with a qualitative descriptive approach and the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of the study consisted of 10 children in group B aged 5-6 years. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, which were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that planting activities had a positive impact on children's understanding of plant parts, growth processes, and the functions of each part. Children also showed the ability to observe, estimate, and conclude based on direct experience. In addition to improving scientific understanding, this activity also developed fine motor skills, a sense of responsibility, and concern for the environment. Children also experienced an increase in their thinking, speaking, and manual skills. And children became more active, curious, and concerned about the environment. This study suggests that activities such as planting be made a routine part of learning so that children can learn directly through experience.
