Jurnal Semarak Mengabdi (Jurnal of Community Service) is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by STIA Bengkulu. The Semarak Serving Journal is a national standard journal with a main focus on the development of sciences in the field of community service, published twice a year, in January and July. Jurnal Semarak Mengabdi contains various activities of students and lecturers mostly at STIA Bengkulu in dealing with and managing various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. The implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into activities that aim to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Social media has an influence on the larger community that is both beneficial and harmful. They help the process in real life by providing quick and comprehensive information. Additionally, owing to technical advancements that affect how simple it is to utilize social media as a communication tool, their negative consequence will be to abuse social media through crimes, fraud, and defamation. In order to help the community utilize social media responsibly, this community service aims to contribute perspective, knowledge, and understanding. This community service project is conducted in the form of socialization utilizing the lecture-based approach of information exchange, which is followed by a Q&A session or conversation between presenters and participants.The outcomes of this community service demonstrate that the community's intense use of social media must be consistent with knowledge of safe and responsible use. Through this community service project, it is intended that more individuals will learn how to use social media responsibly, enabling them to make the most of it while minimizing its negative consequences on real-world interactions.

Abstract

Era normal baru merupakan titik balik penataan dan pembangunan sektor pariwisata berkelanjutan yang harus melibatkan mutiaktor dan jaringan, agar potensi pariwisata yang ada tidak hanya mendatangkan keuntungan tapi juga tetap berkelanjutan. Tatakelola pariwisata berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital yang berkaitan pula dengan program desa cerdas. Salah satu pilar desa cerdas adalah cerdas tata kelola dalam hal ini tata kelola pariwisata dengan memanfaatkan website desa. Tim pengabdian pada masyarakat dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Bengkulu bersama multiaktor berupaya melakukan optimalisasi cerdas tatakelola pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan pembuatan plang berbarcode yang terkoneksi dengan website, mengembangkan dan melengkapi website desa, melakukan sosialisasi cerdas lingkungan, dan beberapa aktifitas penunjang pariwisata lainnya. Pengabdian pada masyarakat di desa Harapan telah terlaksana, mulai dari program umum sampai dengan program khusus. Multistakeholder terlibat dalam kegiatan, dan sangat mendukung tahap demi tahap kegiatan. Namun demikian upaya cerdas tatakelola pariwisata harus tetap dilakukan walaupun tanpa kelompok akademisi, karena tanpa pilar cerdas tatakelola maka pariwisata hanya akan menjadi upaya eksploitasi semata, dengan cerdas tatakelola diharapkan pembangunan sektor pariwisata tida hanya menguntungkan bagi generasi sekarang tapi tetap menghasilkan manfaat untuk generasi yang akan datang.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi zaman semakin maju sehingga segala administrasi sudah mulai digitalisasi.Dengan media digital diharapkan proses administrasi dapat menjadi lebih mudah baik bagi masyarakat maupun bagi pemerintahan, sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat berjalan lebih cepat dan efisien salah satunya melalui penggunaan google form. Abstract

The people of Bintang Selatan Village mostly work as rubber farmers and oil palm farmers. During the palm oil harvest period, palm leaf fronds are always wasted, even though palm leaf fronds can be used as a work that has selling value. So it is necessary to carry out socialization to foster community creativity so that it can innovate the community to become an independent society. It is necessary to practice making dishes from palm sticks, it takes perseverance and a touch of creativity and patience. As for handicrafts for high selling value, innovation is needed in order to attract interested people to buy, and can create Small and Medium Enterprises in South Star Village.

Abstract

This charity event (PKM) was held in Abu Sakim Village, Pondok Klapa District, Bengkulu Central Governorate. The method used is Participatory Learning and Practice Process (PLA). The purposes of this non-commercial service implementation are to:1) Support the development of village management utilizing village technology. 2) As the main database and information for managing village government and village development in Abu Sakim, provide village officials with an understanding of proper and correct village government management. The results of these PKM are:1) Abu Sakim village officials understand the appropriate leadership management of the village as per the guidelines of the Minister of Home Affairs Decree No. 47/2016. 2) Abu Sakim village officials already know how to digitally process and operate village administration, paving the way for smart villages.

Abstract

MoU or memorandum of understanding is a memorandum of understanding, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement, or preliminary agreement. This term is actually not known in the Civil Code (KUHPer). However, in practice Memorandums of Understanding are always drawn up primarily for business contracts and are based on Article 1338 of the Criminal Code. The purpose of the MoU or Memorandum of Understanding made by STIA Bengkulu and PMI Bengkulu Province is to enter into a legal relationship as a letter made by one of the parties whose contents contain a will. The letter is addressed to other parties involved in the agreement. Blood donation is an activity of someone who voluntarily donates blood for the benefit of humanity. The purpose of carrying out this blood donor activity is to create a sense of solidarity among people, increase satisfaction with health services, assist the government in providing blood needs for healthy people, and overcome the impact of the spread of disease. Blood donation activities carried out by a person are considered very important, because the need for blood in the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross, hereinafter written as UTD PMI in Bengkulu City, has only been fulfilled around 50% of the existing need, especially for referrals from several private public hospitals and private hospitals. Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil menengah Desa Air Putih Kali bandung pada pengelolaan kopi robusta didukung pada anggaran desa dan swadya masyarakat. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi pemuda desa sehingga berperan aktiv dalam kegiatan yang positiv.Usaha rumahan yang dirancang untuk jangka panjang menekankan pada proses keberlangsungan usaha, untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem pencatatan keuangan yang tertata rapi maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi pembukuan keuangan sederhana pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Kopi Legi Desa Air Putih Kali Bandung. Agar para pelaku usaha dapat membuat keputusan produksi yang tepat sehingga perputaran keuangan menjadi stabil.     ABSTRACK Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Air Putih Village, Kali Bandung, in the management of Robusta coffee are supported by the village budget and community self-help. This aims to open up employment opportunities for village youth so that they play an active role in positive activities. Home-based businesses that are designed for the long term emphasize the business continuity process, for this reason a well-organized financial recording system is needed, it is necessary to socialize simple financial bookkeeping to Legi Coffee Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Air Putih Kali Bandung Village.
