This Journal publishes Indonesian Islamic Education Management articles from various perspectives, covering literary and fieldwork studies. The journal promotes research and scholarly discussion concerning Islamic Education Management in Academic disciplines and Institutions, focusing on the advancement of scholarship in formal and non-formal education. Topics might be about Islamic educational management studies in madrasah (Islamic schools), pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), and Islamic educational management in university. This journal is intended to communicate the original research and current issues on the subject. This journal warmly welcomes any contributions from scholars of the related disciplines.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in education today is that student achievement is still not optimal. The low level of learning management is thought to be the result of the lack of maximum teacher performance. This study aims to analyze learning management on teacher performance in realizing student achievement. This research method is a descriptive analysis method with survey techniques, observation and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is statistics with a path analysis model. The population and the respondents in this study are 70 teachers of SMKAl-Mukhtariyah and SMK Iqro.Based on the test, the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable, which is fcount = 2.5411> Ftable = 1.997. From this value, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so the learning management variable (X) affects teacher performance (Y) to realize student achievement (Z) at SMK Al-Mukhtariyah and SMK Iqro Garut.

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to determine the effect of the implementation of studentcoaching onstudent management in an effort to realize student discipline behavior in MTs.Al-Fatwa. The writing of the article on the approach method and research technique usedin this study is expected to provide answers to problem solving through collecting fieldda-ta information that describes the factors that relate to the phenomena studied, namely re-garding the variables of Student Development Policy Implementation, Student Develop-ment Management and Student Discipline Behavior. The conclusions obtained in this studyare First, the variable implementation of the student coaching policy shows good criteria,Second, the student coaching management variable shows good criteria, this is evidencedby the average respondent's answer regarding the variable is good. Third, the variable ofstudent discipline behavior shows good criteria, this is evidenced by the average respond-ents' answers regarding these variables. The indicator withthe highest percentage is on the dimension of discipline in obeying school rules, namely students have a lesson schedule. The lowest assessment is found in the discipline dimension following learning and doing assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of student management in improving student discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Cimerak. This study uses a method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data and information collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation studies. The results of this study are to find out how the process of student management and the conditions of discipline that occur in SMK Negeri 1 Cimerak. The implementation of student management begins with planning by planning the program to be carried out, namely the K-5 activity program (Discipline, Order, Cleanliness, Tidiness, and Beauty), then in organizing the school implements a task-sharing strategy for educators and student council administrators to implementing the program, this program is then directly implemented by the party concerned and for the K-5 program (Discipline, Order, Cleanliness, Tidiness, and Beauty) assisted by the student council administrator, and to control it the school conducts an assessment ofthe K-5 activity program (Discipline, Order, Cleanliness, Tidiness, and Beauty) which are contested for each class which is held every Friday and announced on Monday during the red and white flag raising ceremony or morning apple. These management activities have a fairly good effect on increasing student discipline, including being marked by always being seen on time in terms of entering and leaving school hours and students starting to look disciplined in dressing and doing school assignments.

Abstract

Management of new student admissions is made as a method of recruiting students in educational institutions, recruiting new students in the process using a management system. Management is used as a basic concept in the implementation of new student admissions at the State High School 1 Parigi. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection method uses a system of interviews, observations, and documentation. The role of management in the acceptance of new students helps in setting the concept and the flow of implementation of the acceptance of new students. The basic concept of management which consists of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, in the implementation of new student admissions, becomes a regulatory center in the stages contained in the management function. The stages regulated by the management function in the admission of new students are contained in the scheme for the admission of new students at the State Senior High School 1 Parigi. The scheme for accepting new students with categories of academic and non-academic achievements, is based on the management function in its implementation

Abstract

The current phenomenon of national leadership has resulted in a degradation of the quality and alignments of leaders. This can be seen from the rampant radical actions in society that are motivated by religion and culture, rampant corruption, violations of law and human rights, economic policies that do not side with the people, and various other problems that arise. Everything happened due to the leadership crisis and the absence of role models from leaders who live and are based on the values of Pancasila. Leadership must have honesty with oneself (integrity), sincere responsibility (compassion), knowledge (cognizance), courage to act by beliefs (commitment), trust in yourself and others (confidence), and the ability to convince others (communication) in building an organization. Leaders can use their influence because of their personal characteristics, reputation, or charisma to influence the behavior of subordinates in a variety of situations.Leadership based on pancasila values will not be separated from the conceptual building of the five precepts in it. How the first divine precepts are placed as the basis of morality. As a precept that is causa prima (the source of other precepts) then inevitably the leader referred to here is a leader who is Godly, moral and truly carries out his existence in the world to prosper nature and the diverse humans in it.Kyai is a central element in the life of pesantren, not only because Kyai is the main buffer for the continuity of the education system in pesantren, but also because the figure of Kyai is a reflection of the values that live in the student community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing a learning contract on student learning discipline. The research method used is a simple linear regression method by performing the F test and t test. The research instrument used is a questionnaire, the population used is class X and XI students at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi with a total sample of 33 respondents (students). The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis technique. From the results of a simple linear regression test, it is knownthat the value of t count = 2.054 > t table 2.040 with a significance value of 0.049 < 0.05. Therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus there is an influence between the learning contract variable (X) on student learning discipline (Y). Based on the results and data analysis regarding the effect of implementing a learning contract (Learning Contract) on the learning discipline of class X and XI students at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi, it can be concluded that thereis an influence between the application of a learning contract (Learning Contract) on the learning discipline of class X and XI students at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi. The calculated r value of learning contracts and student learning discipline is 0.346 and the coefficient of determination or (R Square) is 0.120, which means that the effect of the learning contract variable on the student learning discipline variable is 12%, the rest is determined by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of facilities and infrastructure to supervise the planning of facilities and infrastructure for the effectiveness of academic administration services. This study usesqualitative research methods, the approach used is phenomenology. Sources of data taken through 3 people as informants. Data collection procedures include interview techniques, field observations and documentation studies. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity used, the credibility test was carried out with the tringulation technique, transferability test, dependability, and confirmability.The results of the research findings are: (1) planning in the management of facilities and infrastructure for the effectiveness of academic administration services at SMK Plus Darunnajah Padaherang is carried out by the Deputy Principal (WKS) II Facilities and Infrastructure and is assisted by the Head of the Other Fields unit and approved by the Principal. (2) Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure at SMK Plus Darunnajah Padaherang is carried out by all parties in SMK Plus Darunnajah Padaherang. In practice, the number of facilities and infrastructure is not met so that their utilization is not optimal. (3) supervision is carried out by all parties who use academic administrative facilities and infrastructure at SMK Plus Darunnajah. The supervision carried out by WKS II is not supported by a good inventory. So that planning for the future is not optimal, the management of facilities and infrastructure for the effectiveness of academic administration services at SMK Plus Darunnajah has been carried out and is in accordance with PERMEN DIKNAS No. 24 of 2007. However, the management of WKS II archives is not good and the number of existing facilities and infrastructure is not adequate due to limited funding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe classroom management to improve effective learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation and documentation. After the data has been collected, it is classified, analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results showed that the classroom management that had been carried out by the teacher included planning, organizing, directing and supervising so as to increase the effectiveness of learning, by creating a conducive learning environment, motivating 101students, varied learning methods and the teacher's work ethic that made learning effective and efficient.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the transparency of the implementation of financial administration in the allocation of education funds. The research method used is a case study qualitative research method. Which is a type of qualitative research, where researchers conduct in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, activities, against one or more people. The data source used is the Administrative (TU) division of the financial administration of SMK Bakti Karya Parigi with the aspect of financial administration transparency which is the guideline for SMK Bakti Karya to meet and facilitate all groups in controlling the policies implemented at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi. Financial reporting is carried out once every 3 months (quarters) in accordance with government regulations regulated in the Ministry of National Education No. 37 of 2011 concerning quarterly financial reporting. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze about education financing management in improving the quality of learning at MTSN Ciwaringin Cirebon. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Its data collection techniques are with observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is by reducing data, displaying data and concluding data. The conclusion is:(1). The role of the principal in planning the source of education financing funds in accordance with the post that has been given by the government, (2). Education financing techniques prioritize the most vital things needed by school organizations, thereby improving the quality and quality of education (3). Supervision of education financing is carried out internally and externally. (4). The obstacles experienced, namely the first is the difference between planning and the costs received from the government, the second is that the payment of school committee money is not carried out regularly
