This Journal publishes Indonesian Islamic Education Management articles from various perspectives, covering literary and fieldwork studies. The journal promotes research and scholarly discussion concerning Islamic Education Management in Academic disciplines and Institutions, focusing on the advancement of scholarship in formal and non-formal education. Topics might be about Islamic educational management studies in madrasah (Islamic schools), pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), and Islamic educational management in university. This journal is intended to communicate the original research and current issues on the subject. This journal warmly welcomes any contributions from scholars of the related disciplines.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of a study on the concept of "takhallaqu bi akhlaqillah" as a process and goal of Islamic education. To describe these objectives, a qualitative research approach and library research methods are used. Study materials in the form of books, journal articles, and other research results are collected, classified, reduced and analyzed to obtain conclusions. The results of the study found that "takhallaqu bi akhlaqillah" which implies behaving and behaving in accordance with the teachings and moral values emphasized in Islam is a reference for the process and goals of Islamic education. The Prophet Muhammad SAW, who was expressly stated to have Al-Quran morals and noble character, was a role model or uswah hasanah for the Muslim community and by following him every Muslim or Muslim community has had the morals of the Koran and has incarnated uluhiyah qualities in daily life a day for a happy, meaningful, rewarding life

Abstract

The educational service delivery system is part one of marketing management. Marketing management for educational institutions, especially madrasas, is needed in line with the increasingly competitive competition between schools. Marketing is needed by educational institutions in building a positive image. If the institution has a good view in the eyes of the community, it is likely that it will be easier to overcome competition. The purpose of this research is to describe the description of the implementation of the education service delivery system. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection methods, namely: observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study show that the service delivery system or education marketing carried out by SMKN 1Cijulang is by using internal marketing, external marketing and interactive marketing.

Abstract

Managerial supervision has an important role in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Target managerial supervision includes two kinds of the principal as manager education, and the 8 national education standards in school. By functionit known that the role of a superintendent as managerial supervisor is as a consultant, managing, fostering, and accompanies in dealing with common problems on managerial governance in school. The research was conducted at MTsN 3 Sumedang. The method usedin this research is using a qualitative approach. Data collection procedures were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation program of managerial supervision in MTsN 3Sumedang by the principal aligns with the stages of planning, implementation, assessment, reporting, and follow-up. 2) The managerial supervision of the principal of MTsN 3 Sumedang has adhered to the 8 national education standards. 3) Managerial supervision in 3 Sumedang serves as the foundation for maintaining the quality of education in MTsN 3 Sumedang and its development plan.

Abstract

The changed of social and cultural is a process that exists in social life and this will continue to change along with the development of science and technology. Since the past, of course, there have been many social or cultural activities in society that have changed, this is none other than the behavior of the people themselves. The purpose of this research is to find out how the impact that occurs from social and cultural changes that occur in society, especially the area of Pantai Indah Madasari. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, based on theoretical studies and direct observation. The results of the study found that the impact of socio-cultural changes on education in the Madasari Beach area varied, there were positive and negative impacts. This depends on how society as social and cultural actors use it as a change into something positive or negative.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of guidance and counseling management, particularly in services, assessment, and evaluation instruments at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the factual evaluation instruments for comprehensive guidance and counseling programs do not currently meet the required validity criteria in the evaluation context. An alternative hypothetical model was successfully designed, and a refined and suitable model of evaluation instruments was produced. Furthermore, the study reveals that guidance and counseling planning focuses on designing services that meet the students' needs, implementation begins with forming organizational structures, execution follows the program with some constraints, supervision adheres to specific principles, and evaluation is conducted to measure the success of the planned program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the management need assessment at SMPN 3 Langkaplancar. In this study, the method used was a qualitative approach by making observations and interviews. The research subject in this study is BK Teacher who is responsible for managing guidance and counseling programs in schools. The results showed that Need Assessment Management was carried out, one of which was for the development of students' potential at SMPN 3 Langkaplancar. Various types of assessments carried out include assessment of test techniques such as conducting aptitude tests, interest tests, and achievement tests. And non-test technical assessments are carried out with various types of assessments such as DCM (Problem Checklist), AUM (General Problem Disclosure Tool), ITP (Developmental Task Inventory), ATP (Developmental Task Application), AKPD (Assessment of Student Needs). BK teachers process data to compile a program to provide services that are in accordance with student needs. BK teachers at SMPN 3 Langkaplancar said that when there are students with low assessment results, they will be given services that are in accordance with their needs, on the other hand, if students with high assessment results, BK teachers look for ways so that students can remain consistent.

Abstract

The tutoring is a process of providing assistance to individuals that is carried out continuously so that a change occurs within the individual. The aim of the research is to explore how tutoring is managed at SMA Negeri 1 Langkaplancar Pangandaran. This research method is a qualitative descriptive research method. The technique in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the management of tutoring at SMA Negeri 1 Langkaplancar is prepared through certain programs, namely guidance and counseling programs which have been included in scheduled activity plans, so that they can help students achieve optimal development.

Abstract

The diagnostic management of learning difficulties can be understood as an effort to manage or control the difficulties experienced by students in order to achieve maximum possible results in achieving previously agreed goals. The learning difficulties examined in this research are only limited to the diagnostic management of learning difficulties, especially students' difficulties in achieving learning outcomes or abilities, in this case students have intelligence that is not below average but have poor learning abilities. This research aims to determine the management of the diagnosis of learning difficulties experienced by students at SMPN 1 Langkaplancar as well as the causes and appropriate treatment methods for the difficulties faced. The subjects of this research were instructors or supervising teachers and students of SMPN 1 Langkaplancar. The results of research in the field show that there are many factors that cause learning difficulties, one of which is that the material is given in a monotonous way, which has an impact on not maximizing absorption and focus management which results in learning difficulties for students.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the evaluation management of the success of implementing tutoring at SMAN 1 Parigi by focusing on the role of guidance and counseling teachers in supporting academic achievement and student development. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the management of evaluating the success of implementing tutoring at SMAN 1 Parigi is carried out by subject teachers and homeroom teachers. Tutoring is provided with an academic focus, with an emphasis on effective time management and appropriate study methods. In terms of managing the evaluation of the success of tutoring, guidance and counseling teachers rely on student report cards from UTS/UAS, as well as certificates from extracurricular activities. The main obstacle faced is students' low learning motivation, which is influenced by environmental factors, peers, lack of family support, and less interesting learning methods. Counseling teachers act as motivators, good listeners, and givers of advice to overcome student problems. Even though guidance and counseling teachers try to implement positive discipline, physical punishment has been replaced by memorizing surahs, lesson materials, or reciting prayers. However, challenges arise when only a small percentage of students show positive changes, while others continue to face behavioral and academic problems. This is related to the student's character and lack of family support. This research provides in-depth insight into the management of guidance and counseling in high schools, especially at SMAN 1 Parigi, and highlights the critical role of guidance and counseling teachers in helping students achieve academic achievement and overcome social challenges.

Abstract

The research aims to optimize counseling services at MA YPP Babakan Jamanis Parigi, both optimal in the quality of counseling services, and optimal in students' understanding and ability to overcome the problems they face. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results show that there is a mismatch in terms of data management and guidance materials, both in the form of providing personal books and information brochures needed to support counseling services. The benefit of this research is to improve the quality of education in the school by evaluating aspects of guidance and counseling, helping students deal with personal problems, and improving relationships between students, teachers and parents. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for other schools in improving their counseling services.
