Abstract

Conflict management plays a role in handling and resolving conflicts in organizations. Conflict management contains several types and models of resolution according to the type of conflict that occurs. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the strategy of SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya in responding to and resolving conflict problems between leaders, employees and students, the types of conflicts that occur and the challenges in resolving them. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. Data analysis techniques include collection, reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that conflicts originating from student behavior require a comprehensive approach involving counseling guidance, parental involvement, and career guidance in order to overcome underlying problems effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between perceived leadership style, job satisfaction, and turnover intention among employees in the marketing department. The method used is a literature review, where data is collected through identifying and collecting relevant scientific articles. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a positive influence on job satisfaction and a negative influence on turnover intention. In addition, job satisfaction functions as a mediator in the relationship between perceived leadership style and turnover intention, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have lower intentions to leave the company. This research recommends the importance of implementing a supportive leadership style and managing job satisfaction in order to reduce the level of turnover intention among marketing employees.

Abstract

Every organization must utilize all its resources, including human resources, HR is responsible for helping each employee maximize organizational performance. This research is useful for evaluating the significance of human resource management in improving company performance. This research adopts a qualitative approach with an interactive analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman. Repeated and interactive analysis is carried out until the data becomes saturated, and involves reduction, delivery, and drawing conclusions. Studies show that management and business performance are better with human resource management (HR).

Abstract

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is the main instrument for organizing and allocating funds to achieve regional development goals. The APBD cycle consists of planning, implementation, administration and accountability stages. This study aims to analyze the process of budget preparation, implementation and accountability in Kendangsari Village, Tenggilis District, Surabaya, with a focus on the application of the Government Resource Management System (GRMS). The preparation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) at the kelurahan level has special characteristics because it involves planning and allocating funds tailored to the needs of the local community and local government development priorities. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the use of GRMS at the kelurahan level helped improve the accuracy of budget planning, accelerate the process of monitoring budget realization, and facilitate budget reporting and supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan siklus Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) di Desa Pagerwojo, Buduran, Sidoarjo. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan bendahara desa dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan APBDes di Desa Pagerwojo dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap utama: perencanaan yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat melalui Musyawarah Desa, pelaksanaan yang menghadapi tantangan fluktuasi anggaran, penatausahaan yang didukung sistem Siskeudes, dan pertanggungjawaban yang dilaporkan secara berkala. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan anggaran, keterlambatan pengesahan, dan kesulitan dalam menentukan skala prioritas kegiatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan komunikasi dengan pemerintah kabupaten, penyusunan rencana cadangan, dan penguatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan APBDes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on audit delay in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. The population of this research is 11 companies, while the sample used in this research is based on predetermined criteria, the number of pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023 that have met the criteria in sampling is 10 companies. The number of years of observation used in this research is 5 years so the number of observations in this research is 50 observation sample units. The research results show that profitability has a partially negative and significant effect on audit delay in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Liquidity has a positive and partially insignificant effect on audit delay in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage has a negative and partially insignificant effect on audit delay in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage have a significant simultaneous effect on audit delay in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

. The research analysis aims to determine work discipline, teamwork and supervision of employee performance. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 43 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This can be seen from the hypothesis test with a tcount value of 2.310 > ttable of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.026 < 0.05, so hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, this can be seen from the hypothesis test with a tcount value of 2.310 > ttable of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.026 <0.05, then the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Supervision has a partially positive and significant effect regarding job satisfaction, this can be seen from the hypothesis test with a t value of 2.310 > t table of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.026 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Work discipline, teamwork and supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the calculated F value of 89.078 which is greater than 2.84 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the H4 hypothesis is accepted and the H0 hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 39 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the tcount value is 2.581 > ttable of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.014 <0.05, so the hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the work environment has a partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Personnel and Resource Development Agency Humans in Binjai City. The t value is 0.854 < t table of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.399 > 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that career development does not have a partially significant effect on job satisfaction at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Binjai City . The t value is 2.581 > t table is 2.02 with a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05, then the hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that responsibility has a partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Binjai City . The t value is 2.581 > t table of 2.02 with a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the work environment, career development and responsibility have a significant effect simultaneously on job satisfaction at the Personnel and Resource Development Agency Human Resources in Binjai City.

Abstract

Conflict is an inseparable part of human life, including in organizations within companies, which often arises in various conditions. Conflict, although it occurs very often, requires proper understanding and handling so as not to hamper company activities. Good conflict management can not only prevent negative impacts, but also open up opportunities for introspection and improving team performance. This research examines strategies for implementing conflict management in work teams, with a focus on how company organizational leaders play an important role in managing conflict effectively. The research results show that well-managed conflict can strengthen teamwork, increase productivity, and create a more harmonious work environment. On the other hand, conflicts that are not handled well can have a negative impact on the continuity of the company. Strategies such as open communication, mediation, and approaches to decision making are very effective in work team conflict management

Abstract

This research discusses the role of performance management in increasing company effectiveness at PT. X. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, company effectiveness is the main key to achieving long-term success. Performance management is a systematic process that aims to improve individual and team performance in an organization. The role of performance management is not only limited to measuring work results, but also includes developing a positive and results-oriented organizational culture. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 35 people from a total population of 55 PT employees. X. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews. Through the use of effective performance management, companies are not only able to identify and overcome existing problems, but can also create new opportunities for growth. Thus, performance management becomes an integral component in a company's development strategy, which in turn can contribute significantly to business effectiveness and sustainability.
