Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of financial attitude and financial literacy on personal financial management at PT. Mikuni Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving a census sampling technique with a total population of 350 respondents. Data were collected through research instruments and analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS software. The findings reveal that: 1) Financial attitude has a positive and significant impact on financial management, 2) Financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on financial management, and 3) Both financial attitude and financial literacy together positively and significantly affect financial management. These results suggest that improving financial attitudes and literacy can enhance personal financial management practices.

Abstract

This article will discuss the effectiveness of the role of the PT GP Business Portfolio Department in evaluating the performance of subsidiaries. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews, observation and document analysis. The results show that the Business Portfolio Department not only plays an effective role in analyzing the financial performance of subsidiaries. However, it acts as an information bridge between the subsidiary and the parent entity. So, in general, the role of the Business Portfolio Department is said to be effective in preventing companies from experiencing business merger failure

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Garut Regency Regional Secretariat Office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, namely 50 respondents. The data processing tool used in this research is SPSS software version 26. Based on the research results, it shows that work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance at the Garut district regional secretariat office, and work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the Garut district regional secretariat office. The research results also show that work environment variables and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Garut Regency Regional Secretariat Office

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence on job satisfaction, work stress and work environment on turnover intention. The research carried out is quantitative research. The data source used was primary data which was carried out through a questionnaire processed using SPSS 26.0 and the total sample in this study was 61 respondents. The results of the regression show that partially there is no significant effect between job satisfaction and employee turnover intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri, there is a partial significant effect between work stress and employee turnover intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri, the work environment partially has no significant effect on turnover employee intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri. Job satisfaction, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT Puninar Yusen Logistics in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non probability sample, namely saturated sample with 32 respondents. The results showed that partially work stress did not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Puninar Yusen Logistics in Jakarta, and work discipline had a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT Puninar Yusen Logistics in Jakarta, and simultaneously work stress and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Puninar Yusen Logistics in Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between workload and work discipline on the performance employees of PT XYZ. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling or the entire population is sampled. The population in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis using Smart-PLS4 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test (partial test). Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a p-value of 0.000 or <0.05 and the t¬-statistics value of workload has a value of 4,063 or > 1.96, so it can be stated that there is a significant influence between workload variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a p-value of 0.000 or <0.05 and the t-statistics value of work discipline has a value of 5,248 or >1.96, so it can be stated that there is a significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance.

Abstract

Bekasi is a city that has a very high population density. This population density is also an opportunity for business people in Bekasi to start their business because Bekasi has high business potential. The large number of migrants in Bekasi has made the Travel Agent Business a promising business. One of the travel agents in Bekasi is PT DOS NI ROHA JAVA. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of price and promotion on customer satisfaction in Bekasi, Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative method, with an Accidental Sampling sampling technique using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a total of 106 respondents, then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of the research show that Price and Promotion have an influence on PT DOS NI ROHA JAVA Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Training and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on Employee Performance at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading. This study uses a quantitative research method. In the specified sample, the author uses the Slovin Formula and the sample used is 88 SMKG employee respondents whose work is related to K3. Testing was carried out using SPSS software version 26. The results of the research that has been carried out are that both partially and simultaneously job training and occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study analyzes transfer pricing practices in multinational technology companies, focusing on the complexities of global financial management and tax compliance. Transfer pricing, which involves setting prices for the transfer of technology, finished goods, or services between company entities in different jurisdictions, significantly impacts a company's financial structure and tax obligations. The study highlights the importance of fair internal pricing to avoid illegal tax avoidance practices and emphasizes the necessity of compliance with OECD guidelines. Risk management in transfer pricing is identified as crucial due to the potential legal and reputational risks associated with tax audits by local authorities. Additionally, operational efficiency in transfer pricing strategies can help companies optimize resource allocation and make more informed investment decisions. The study concludes that effective transfer pricing management requires a holistic and coordinated approach, considering fair pricing, tax compliance, risk management, operational efficiency to mitigate legal and tax risks while maximizing shareholder value globally.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi online yang dimoderasi oleh kepuasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahan PT Cahaya Indah Madya Pratama. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 106 responden melalui kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data primer, yaitu kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan teknik rumus slovin. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dan promosi yang merupakan variabel independen, keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen dan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel moderasi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa aplikasi software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) Kepuasan konsumen tidak memoderasi pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) Kepuasan konsumen tidak memoderasi pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian.
