Abstract

Abstrak: Nisbah is a comparison in the banking world of profit sharing between the owner and the fund manager. Tesang Galung is a system of cooperation between landowners and land managers where landowners provide land to land managers to manage the land with a nisbah (profit sharing). The objectives of this study are: (1) How is the practice of tesang galung in Ongkoe Hamlet, Kel. Macinnae Kab. Pinrang. (2) How is the application of the ratio in the practice of tesang galung in Ongkoe Hamlet, Macinnae, Pinrang Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach and data collection in this research uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that, (1) There is a practice of tesang galung that affects the economic improvement of the community in Ongkoe Hamlet, Kel. Macinnae Kab. Pinrang. (2) Based on the application of the ratio in the practice of tesang galung on improving the community's economy in Ongkoe Hamlet, Macinnae, Pinrang Regency, it is carried out with a mukhabarah contract where the Nisbah (profit sharing) system is 1 to 2 and there is also 1 to 1, where the landowner gets 2 while the cultivator 1 and there is also a landowner 1 and cultivator 1, the results obtained in the practice of applying the ratio in the practice of tesang galung in Ongkoe Hamlet, Macinnae Village, Pinrang Regency are divided between the landowner and the cultivator Keywords: Nisbah; Practice of tesang galung Abstrak: Nisbah merupakan perbandingan dalam dunia perbankan pembagian keuntungan anatara pemilik dengan pengelolah dana. Tesang Galung merupakan sistem kerja sama antara pemilik lahan dengan pengelola lahan dimana pemilik lahan memberikan lahan kepada pengelola lahan untuk mengelolah lahan tersebut dengan adanya nisbah (bagi hasil). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana praktek tesang galung di Dusun Ongkoe Kel. Macinnae Kab. Pinrang. (2) Bagaimana penerapan nisbah dalam praktek tesang galung di dusun ongkoe Kel. Macinnae Kab. Pinrang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ni menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Terdapat praktek tesang galung yang mempengaruhi peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di Dusun Ongkoe Kel. Macinnae Kab. Pinrang. (2) Berdasarkan penerapan nisbah dalam praktek tesang galung terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di Dusun Ongkoe Kel. Macinnae Kab. Pinrang menggunakan akad mukhabarah dengan sistem nisbah (bagi hasil) 2 banding 1 dan ada juga 1 banding 1, dengan hasil yang diperolah dalam penerapan nisbah dalam praktek tesang galung di Dusun Ongkoe Kelurahan Macinnae Kabupaten Pinrang dibagi dua antara pemilik lahan dengan penggarap. Kata Kunci: Nisbah, Praktek tesang galung.

Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of the research is to know the forms of wholesale system of buying and selling coconut fruit in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village and to know the wholesale system of buying and selling coconut fruit in Islamic economic perspective in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village. The research method used in this research is qualitative and data collection in this research uses observation, documentation, and interview methods. The results of this study indicate that the activities of buying and selling coconuts with a wholesale system in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village are carried out based on a number of certain forms, namely based on the size of the coconut fruit, the season of the coconut fruit, and the condition of the coconut fruit. The buying and selling of coconuts with a piece system in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village is declared as a valid sale and purchase in the perspective of Islamic economics because it fulfills the pillars and conditions stipulated in Islamic economics. Keywords: Piece-rate System, Sale and Purchase, Coconut Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk sistem borongan jual beli buah kelapa di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae dan untuk m engetahui sistem borongan jual beli buah kelapa dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan jual beli kelapa dengan sistem borongan di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae dilakukan berdasarkan sejumlah bentuk-bentuk tertentu, yaitu berdasarkan ukuran buah kelapa, musim buah kelapa, dan kondisi buah kelapa. Adapun kegiatan jual beli buah kelapa dengan sistem borongan di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae dinyatakan sebagai jual beli yang sah dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam karena memenuhi rukun dan syarat yang ditetapkan di dalam ekonomi Islam. Abstract

The company has employees whose performance is quality to improve all activities within the company. The better the employee's performance, the better it is to increase the company's success. The purpose of this research is to determine partial or simultaneous improvement in employee performance through transformational leadership and employee career development. Using a causal associative type quantitative approach with saturated sampling where the sample was taken from the entire population of 47 respondents. Using SPSS version 26 for data analysis.The results of this research show that the transformational leadership variable has tcount > ttable or 4.329 > 2.015 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. The Employee Career Development variable has a value of tcount < ttable or 9.738 > 2.015 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be seen that the value of fcount > ftable or 85,545 > 3.21 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value was 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% was an increase in other variables that were not explained in this study. So it is concluded that there is an increase in employee performance through transformational leadership and employee career development simultaneously and significantly.

Abstract

Currently, it is not difficult to find shopping places that sell building materials at retail, both in big cities and in regions, both large and small scale. This has an impact on increasingly competitive competition between brick-and-mortar retail stores, so that as a result the traditionally managed brick-and-mortar retail business turns into an increasingly innovative, dynamic and competitive business. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of price and service quality on purchasing decisions for building materials in TB. Sumber Jaya, Serang City, Banten. The method used in this research is a survey method, using a quantitative correlational approach, namely looking at cause-and-effect relationships. The sample used was the entire population in this study, namely 66 respondents using the Tabachnick & Fidell sampling method. The results of the hypothesis testing research show that there is no influence between price on purchasing decisions, while other variables show that there is an influence between service quality on purchasing decisions. Likewise, simultaneously, there is an influence of price and service quality on purchasing decisions at TB. Sumber Jaya, Serang City, Banten, with an influential contribution of 34.9%, while the remaining 65.1% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

In building trust in the banking world competition, bank health is very important for the bank, because customer trust and loyalty to a bank can be factors that can support and facilitate the bank in developing business strategies. This study aims to determine the level of bank health at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period.This research method is descriptive with a qualitative type. The data source for this study is secondary data. The secondary data used is the Annual Financial Report of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period. The results of the study on the level of health of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period in terms of the Risk Profile factor, as measured by the bank's Non-Performing Loan financial ratio, are included in the healthy category and the Loan to Deposit Ratio financial ratio is included in the fairly healthy category. From the Good Corporate Governance factor, it is in the healthy or good category. Based on the Earnings factor, as measured by the Return On Assets ratio, it is categorized as fairly healthy. Finally, from the Capital factor, using the Capital Adequacy Ratio ratio, it is considered very healthy.Based on the results of research conducted at the banking company PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk for the 2023 period using the RGEC method, it can be concluded that BTN's health level is at PK-2 (healthy) with a ratio of 76%.

Abstract

This research to find out about the procedures and steps in implementing financial management systems and procedures in government institutions, in this case the Tarogong Kaler District office, Garut Regency. As a government institution, of course it is required to create financial management that is accountable, transparent and of course effective and efficient, so that it can account for everything to the relevant parties and society in general. In this research the author used a descriptive qualitative research method by paying attention to the results of interviews and reviewing related data obtained from several accurate resources.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio on return on equity in Cement Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research is based on predetermined criteria, the number of agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2023 that have met the criteria in sampling is 6 companies. The results of the partial analysis show that the Current Ratio has a partial positive and significant effect on the Return On Equity of cement sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and partially significant effect on Return On Equity of cement sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity in cement sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media advertising and discounts on Grabfood consumers' buying interest in Lamongan City. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is Grabfood consumers in Lamongan City. The sample used in this research was the entire population, namely 100 respondents, with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis testing technique in this research was carried out using SPSS 25 software. The results of data analysis show that social media advertising positively and significantly influences consumer buying interest, then discounts positively and significantly influence consumer buying interest. Together, social media advertising and discounts have a positive and significant effect on Grabfood consumer buying interest in Lamongan City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas audit kepatuhan atas pendapatan BLU X terhadap aturan tarif yang berlaku oleh KAP LMR pada tahun 2024. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepatuhan BLU X terhadap aturan tarif dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskripsi melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil audit menunjukkan sebagian besar transaksi mematuhi aturan tarif, namun terdapat ketidaksesuaian dalam penerapan tarif yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap aturan, pengawasan internal yang belum optimal, dan kurangnya sosialisasi tentang perubahan aturan tarif. Auditor KAP LMR berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi ketidakpatuhan ini dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan, seperti peningkatan sistem pengendalian internal, pelatihan staf tentang aturan tarif, dan perbaikan dalam dokumentasi dan verifikasi transaksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan BLU X dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan pemahaman staf terhadap aturan yang berlaku, dan memperkuat pengawasan internal. Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in the functioning of organizations and companies, as their operations are fundamentally dependent on effective human resource management. Regardless of their structure or objectives, organizations are established with a vision and mission aimed at fulfilling human needs, and they are operated by individuals. The management of human resources is essential for organizational success. This article provides a concise analysis of managerial strategies that can be employed through the Reward System to enhance performance and boost motivation, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization or company.
