Abstract

Target pengkajian ini guna mengamati dampak kompetensi auditor, pengalaman auditor, dan etika profesi pada kinerjs auditor. Artikel ini mengamati aspek yang mendampaki kinerja auditor, ialah kompetensi auditor, pengalaman auditor, serta etika profesi, sebuah studi literatur akuntansi syariah. Target ditulisnya artikel ini guna membentuk hipotesis dampak antar variable guna dipakai berikutnya. Perolehanya ialah: 1) Kompetensi auditor berdampak pada kinerja auditor, 2) Pengalaman auditor berdampak pada Kinerja auditor; dan 3) Etika profesi berdampak pada kinerja auditor.

Abstract

Leadership is a vital element of the management process, no exception in any organization. The leader acts as a captain, designing and managing existing resources, as well as directing other people to achieve good performance. The leadership style applied and the level of satisfaction of subordinates are determining factors in measuring leadership success. Leadership will play a crucial role in the success of an organization. This is due to the important role of leadership in facilitating significant change in organizations, making leadership an impactful force, and considering leadership as the art of managing organizational conformity and stability. In the era of the younger generation, good government is created when the leader meets the qualifications. However, a good leader must also have integrity, honesty and loyalty to the public. Millennial leadership must encourage the independence and entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generation. Nation development must be based on independence and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kapala Pitu Sub-District Office, North Toraja Regency, with the aim of determining the "Performance of Apparatus in Civil Registration Administration Services at the Kapala Pitu Sub-District Office, North Toraja Regency". This study used a descriptive research type based on qualitative research. In qualitative research, informants were determined when the researcher entered the research area, totaling 5 individuals. Furthermore, data collection techniques in this study included Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The required data consisted of primary and secondary data. The data analysis method involved Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions. The theory used in this research was derived from Stephen Robins, which included 5 indicators: Work Quality, Work Quantity, Timeliness, Autonomy, and Effectiveness. The research findings revealed that the performance of the apparatus was not satisfactory, as there were still several aspects that needed improvement such as facilities and infrastructure, as well as enhancing Human Resources (HR), and conducting training to improve employee performance to become more productive, disciplined, and have good work ethics and attitudes.

Abstract

The 21st century is the beginning of the era of globalization, this era is marked by the widespread use of technology to make human life easier. This is supported by the dissemination of information which is quite easy and fast. However, because of its convenience and speed, we are easily influenced by negative things. Therefore, we need leaders who are truly wise in dealing with the process of change that is occurring, so that they can maximize existing technologies to achieve the goals they want to achieve. Those who become leaders are people who are optimistic and full of self-confidence, who have strong moral values, vision and mission, and are able to convey their ideas effectively, and are able to build relationships and encourage others. Because leadership plays an important role in bringing about major changes in an organization, leadership becomes a character that has influence, and leadership is the art of making an organization stable and suitable.

Abstract

In an organization it is very important to have leadership with all types of leadership. To achieve optimal performance in an organization, a leader is needed who is able to plan, place and organize his subordinates so that they lead to organizational goals. How leadership is implemented and how satisfied subordinates are influences leadership success. It is very important to create an effective leader in the current era and the future in the younger generation. Many leaders emerge over time as a result of the needs and environmental conditions at that time. To run an effective government in the era of the millennial generation, leaders need to have a reputation as leaders who are trustworthy, talented and have a clear vision. However, effective leaders must also be honest, fair, and loyal to the needs of society. The independence and entrepreneurial spirit of the millennial generation needs to be supported by millennial leadership. Independence and entrepreneurship are the main pillars of a country's development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial planning and lifestyle on planning the needs of housewives in Bangak Village. The population used in this research was housewives who lived in Bangak Village. Sampling method by Probability Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. Determining the number of respondents at 95 using the Slovin formula. The results of the hypothesis t test in this research show that in particular the financial literacy variable (Xi) has a positive and significant influence on financial management (Y). The financial planning variable (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on financial management (Y). The lifestyle variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on financial management (Y). Based on the table from the F test, financial literacy, financial planning and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial management among housewives in Bangak Village.

Abstract

Expanding the limitations of the study to confirm the antecedents' influence on impulse buying, particularly in marketplace sales, is the expected contribution of this study. Thus, the study aims to examine the influence of shopping lifestyle, social media marketing, and customer experience on Gen Z's impulse buying in purchases through marketplaces. To do so, the study utilizes a quantitative design involving 110 samples selected through purposive sampling technique, where data are collected via questionnaires distributed to Gen Z individuals aged 17-25 years. Respondents' responses are analyzed through descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SEM WarpPLS. The results of the analysis indicate that social media marketing and customer experience positively influence impulse buying, while shopping lifestyle is not confirmed to have a positive influence on impulse buying. The implications of this study underscore the necessity for companies to develop their strategies, particularly in boosting current sales by fostering social media activities, promotions, and enhancing customer experiences to drive purchases.

Abstract

The researcher wants to map research with the leading research theme of competitive advantage to assess the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises in the world. Design/Methodology- the research uses bibliometric methods by analyzing data collection methods on articles indexed by Scopus with findings of 779 articles on the topic. Data processing is carried out using the VOSviewwer application, which analyzes and provides graphics and images of literature that have been researched clearly and in-depth. Findings- research topics with predetermined themes have been widely researched and published in international journals indexed by Scopus; the topic theme extends to other topics that are still related to the main topic. Many authors wrote together from different agencies and countries and published in many journals with 470 journal publishers. Practical implications: These findings can guide management practitioners, especially those who research the topics raised to develop SMES, where the development of discussions increasingly extends to other topics. Originality/value - only a few have been researched using bibliometrics, which is expected to be used as a guide for future researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of lecturers in the basic laboratory integrated service unit in academic services at tadulako University Palu. The results of the research show that the performance of lecturers at the basic laboratory integrated service unit in academic services at tadulako University Palu has not run optimally, this is because of the 4 aspects studied, there are 3 aspects that have not worked well, namely aspects of effectiveness, responsibility and discipline and only 1 the aspect that works well is the initiative aspect. The research suggestion is that to improve the performance of basic laboratoty lecturers, it is necessary to build a performance concept to improve the quality of academic services at tadulako University Palu, especially at the basic laboratory integrated service unit adjusted to the organization and governance that apply in the basic laboratory integrated service unit. To improve the quality of lecturer performance at the basic laboratory integrated service unit at Tadulako University Palu, the fooowing steps must be taken: it is necessary to create a workshop on the academic service system which is attended by basic laboratory lecturers at tadulako University Palu, it is necessary to give academic sanctions to lecturers who are in effective in their work, such as is no longer scheduled for the next semester after previously being evaluated as irresponsible in carrying out academic services, it is necessary to review the amount and time of honorarium payments that apply in the basic laboratory integrated servive unit Tadulako University Palu.

Abstract

Due to time constraints and limited guidance, there remains room for improvement in students' academic performance. To address this issue, the principal and school staff coordinate extracurricular activities as an additional strategy to enhance academic success and foster students' talents and interests. These extracurricular endeavors, conducted outside regular class hours, serve not only as a means for the principal to support learning but also as avenues for enhancing the overall educational experience. In this study, literature review methods are employed to identify theories relevant to contemporary leadership phenomena. The theoretical frameworks uncovered in this research will serve as the foundation and roadmap for subsequent field investigations. Literature review, a method used to gather pertinent information and sources, spans across various media platforms. The findings underscore the critical role of effective learning management within the school setting. The principal collaborates with all stakeholders to improve the learning environment. Emphasizing the importance of extracurricular activities in enriching the learning process, efforts are directed towards enhancing school quality. Leadership in education serves as the cornerstone in aligning all activities with the school's vision, mission, and objectives. By fostering a secure and enjoyable learning atmosphere, the principal inspires enthusiasm and enjoyment in the educational journey. Despite diligent educational initiatives, there remains potential for further enhancing the academic achievements of all students
