Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality (X1) and Location (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Starbucks Supermall Karawaci. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value > ttable, namely (5.313 > 1.984) thus the hypothesis is accepted. Location has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value > ttable, namely (2.381> 1.984) thus the hypothesis is accepted. Service Quality and Location have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table, namely (409,568 > 3,090) thus the hypothesis is accepted meaning there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Location on Customer Satisfaction at Starbucks Supermall Karawaci. Abstract

Minat beli merupakan perilaku yang timbul sebagai respon terhadap objek yang menunjukkan harapan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Adanya perubahan gaya hidup terhadap kendaraan bermotor roda dua menyebabkan meningkatnya minat beli scooter matic di Indonesia. Vespa Piaggio matic merupakan salah satu trend center scooter matic di Indonesia meskipun harga jual yang dibanderol cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen Vespa Piaggio Matic di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan hasil uji validitas <0.05. Diperoleh 82 responden dari komunitas Modern Vespa Malang. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan analitik dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman dan regresi linier berganda. Nilai signifikansi dari hasil analisis variable persepsi harga adalah 0.000 (p<0.05) dan gaya hidup 0.000 (p<0.05) terhadap minat beli. Model prediksi nilai yang diperoleh adalah Y=-0,048 + 0,856 (persepsi harga) + 0,184 (gaya hidup). Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 0,959 atau 95,9%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli yaitu sebesar 95,9% sedangkan sisanya 4,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen Vespa Piaggio Matic di Kota Malang. Oleh karena itu, disarankan melakukan studi mendalam untuk memahami bagaimana konsumen di Kota Malang mempersepsikan harga Vespa matic. Mencakup pe­ngumpulan data tentang harga yang dianggap wajar oleh konsumen, perbandingan harga dengan pesaing, dan kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas dan manfaat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Mitra Koleksi Mandiri Tangerang Banten both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses saturated samples of 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show: Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 4.171 + 0.868X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.900 and the determination coefficient of 81% means it has a very strong level of relationship. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (18.572> 1.990) and strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000<0.05). Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 1.832 + 0.927X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.943 and the determination coefficient of 88.8% means that it has a very strong level of relationship. This is proven by the hypothesis test which obtained tcount > ttable (25.390 > 1.990) and is strengthened by a significant value of <0.05 (000 <0.05). The results of the study showed that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression equation of Y = 1,486 + 0.181X1 + 0.756X2. The correlation value of 0.945 and the coefficient of determination of 89.1% means that employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work discipline 89.1% while the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other factors. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained F count value > F table (335.184 > 3.11) and is strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000 <0.05). Thus, it is proven that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of influencer marketing and content marketing on consumer purchasing interest both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study was 592 buyers in 2023-2024. Sampling was taken using random sampling techniques or probability sampling with the Slovin theory method so that a sample of 86 respondents was obtained. The sample data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression techniques, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis. The results of the study obtained partially (t-test) concluded that influencer marketing had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a calculated t value > t table or (1.994 > 1.988) and a ρ value < Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Content marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, with a calculated t-value > t-table (2.871 > 1.988) and a ρ value < Sig. 0.050 (0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously (F-test), the influencer marketing and content marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, with a calculated F-value > F-table (11.260 > 3.106) and a ρ value < Sig. 0.050 (0.000 < 0.050). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth at Bank NTB Syariah. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were obtained from Bank NTB Syariah's annual financial reports for specific periods. The data analysis technique used was linear multiple regression using SPSS software. The results are expected to demonstrate the extent to which operational efficiency and profitability partially or simultaneously influence bank profit growth. The impact of this research provides input for bank management in managing operating expenses and increasing net profit margins to achieve sustainable profit growth.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore and analyze the marketing management implemented by the Bellagreen Skincare beauty clinic to increase customer attraction and retention. Amidst increasingly fierce competition in the beauty industry, it is crucial for clinics to understand effective marketing strategies and how customers respond to them. This study employed a qualitative method, employing in-depth interviews with owners, managers, and customers of the Bellagreen Skincare clinic in Tangerang. The results are expected to provide in-depth insights into successful marketing strategies and the challenges clinics face in meeting customer needs and expectations. These findings will contribute to the development of better marketing management practices and effective branding strategies in the beauty industry. Therefore, this research is expected to assist Bellagreen Skincare clinics in designing and implementing more targeted marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and overall business performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and job training on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Java Region Office. Using a quantitative associative method with 68 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value of 7.376, while job training also has a significant effect with a t-value of 3.556, both exceeding the t-table value of 1.997. Simultaneously, work motivation and job training significantly affect employee performance, as demonstrated by an F-value of 31.263 > F-table 3.14 with a significance level of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.490 indicates that both variables contribute 49% to employee performance, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of strong work motivation and well-targeted training programs in improving employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Java Region Office. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of student dependency on digital payment usage in daily transactions. The rapid development of financial technology has significantly transformed payment systems, especially among university students as digital natives. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method with 52 student respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that students demonstrate a high level of usage of digital payments, mainly influenced by convenience, speed, and accessibility. However, psychological dependency is categorized as moderate. These findings indicate that although digital payment usage is high, dependency is not yet critical. Therefore, improving financial literacy is essential to ensure responsible usage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS) and Dividend Policy on the stock price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2014–2023 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements over a ten-year period of observation. The population in this study consists of all company financial reports, while the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results show that partially, EPS has no significant effect on stock price, as indicated by a significance value of 0.387 > 0.05 and a t-value of 0.922 < t-table value of 2.36462. Dividend Policy also has no significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.353 > 0.05 and a t-value of -0.994 < t-table value of 2.36462. Simultaneously, EPS and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on stock price, as shown by an F-value of 0.848 < F-table value of 4.74 and a significance value of 0.468 > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously, EPS and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on the stock price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk during the research period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang riba dalam perspektif fikih dan moderasi beragama. Riba secara etimologis berarti tambahan, perkembangan, pembesaran, dan peningkatan, sedangkan secara terminologis merupakan tambahan yang disyaratkan dalam transaksi utang-piutang tanpa kegiatan bisnis riil yang menimbulkan eksploitasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan ( library study ) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer meliputi ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadis, sedangkan sumber sekunder terdiri dari kitab fikih, jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riba diklasifikasikan menjadi riba al-fadl dan riba al-nasi'ah, yang keduanya diharamkan berdasarkan QS. Al-Baqarah: 275-281. Fikih muamalah menawarkan alternatif transaksi bebas riba seperti murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, dan ijarah. Moderasi beragama memberikan pendekatan yang seimbang dalam memahami larangan riba dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kemaslahatan dan konteks ekonomi modern tanpa meninggalkan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa larangan riba bersifat mendasar dalam Islam, namun pemahamannya perlu dikontekstualisasikan secara moderat untuk menjawab tantangan ekonomi kontemporer.
