Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at SPPBE PT Parung Mustika Abadi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique totaling 45 respondents. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that partially, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count < t-table value of (-0.144 < 1.681) with a significance value of 0.886 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count > t-table value of (5.707 > 1.681) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with an F-count > F-table value of (59.604 > 3.220) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This is supported by the regression equation Y = 5.899 - 0.023X1 + 0.880X2. The coefficient of determination indicates that these two variables contribute 73.9% to employee performance, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Didi Kalibrasi Indonesia in South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 57 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, which consist of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing consisting of partial t-tests and simultaneous F-tests. The results showed that Work Discipline had an effect on employee performance with a t-value greater than the t-table (8.083 > 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value greater than the t-table (7.397 > 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F-value greater than the F-table (43.565 > 3.168) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R-square value indicates that Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction jointly contribute an influence on employee performance of 61.7%, while the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Abstract. The acceleration of digital technology in the automotive industry demands high technical competency standards for the workforce to maintain organizational competitiveness. This study aims to analyze competency development strategies in an effort to increase employee work productivity at the TEFA Excellent 1 Workshop Tangerang, identify factors influencing the development process, and formulate an effective strategic design optimization. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of human resource adaptation to electrical and digital systems to mitigate operational hurdles that impact service efficiency.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data analysis was conducted systematically through Thematic Analysis following the six-phase protocol by Braun and Clarke, including data familiarization, coding, and definitive theme mapping. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, manager, and mechanics, and validated using source triangulation techniques and technical documentation to ensure the credibility and objectivity of field findings.The research results identified three main findings: (1) Competency development strategies are focused on strengthening mechanics’ digital literacy through the use of diagnostic tools (scanners) and specialization in electrical systems to accelerate the repair process; (2) The development process is influenced by internal factors such as technology adaptation motivation and external factors such as facility support and the culture of knowledge sharing (mentoring) among peers; and (3) Strategic optimization is achieved through the integration of technical expertise with educative communication competencies capable of accelerating customer decision-making. This study concludes that a significant increase in work productivity is determined by the HR’s ability to combine digital technical precision with service communication effectiveness. Strategic recommendations are directed toward the formalization of internal mentoring programs, regular updates of digital work tools, and strengthening industry certification coordination for all technical personnel. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the training management for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and industrial workers at the Center for Human Resources Development of Oil and Gas (PPSDM Migas) Cepu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that human resource management at PPSDM Migas is implemented systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating training. There are different approaches between training for ASN and training for industry. ASN training is more structured following government regulations, while industrial training is more flexible and tailored to specific company needs through cooperation mechanisms such as Cooperation Agreements and tailor-made training. The application of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) serves as the main framework in training development. Factors influencing training effectiveness include material quality, instructor competence, learning methods, facility support, and post-training evaluation. Challenges faced include the complexity of the energy sector, technological developments, environmental impacts, and budget constraints.

Abstract

on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach by utilizing survey methods to collect data from the population or samples in the company. The sample uses saturated sampling, so all employees are sampled in this study. The analysis method in data processing is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing (f test and t test) using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the workload value t count (1.464 <1.664). This is also strengthened by the ρ value > Sig. 0.05 or (0.147 > 0.05). Thus, H0 is accepted, this indicates that there is no significant influence partially between workload and employee performance. The value of the physical work environment t count (6.419>1.664). This is strengthened by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). Thus, H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a partial significant influence between the physical work environment and employee performance. For the simultaneous test, F count = (74.206>2.33) is obtained, this is also strengthened by the ρ value <Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). This indicates that there is a simultaneous significant influence between workload and physical work environment on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance between PT AKR Corporindo Tbk and PT Elnusa Tbk based on liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios. The research question addressed in this study is whether there are differences in financial performance between the two companies as measured by the Current Ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Asset Ratio. The research method used is a quantitative method with a comparative analysis approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements over a 15-year period. The data collection technique is documentation by collecting data from the statement of financial position and income statement. The results of this study are expected to show differences in the level of financial performance between the two companies in terms of liquidity, profitability, and solvency. These differences may reflect variations in financial conditions and financial management strategies implemented by each company. This study is expected to provide contributions to investors, management, and other stakeholders in decision-making, as well as serve as a reference for evaluating financial performance based on financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the double burden experienced by female employees has changed in the era of work from home (WFH) and hybrid working. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by systematically reviewing and selecting 10 relevant national scientific articles related to double burden, work-family conflict, and flexible working systems published between 2021–2026. The collected data were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach to identify major themes related to work flexibility, domestic responsibilities, organizational support, and work-life balance. The results of this study provides an overview of the dynamics of women’s double burden within flexible working systems by showing that WFH and hybrid working do not always create work-life balance, but can also increase work-family conflict, psychological pressure, and the blurring boundaries between work and personal life. This study also strengthens discussions regarding the influence of work digitalization on the changing patterns of women workers’ double burden in the modern work environment. In addition, less adaptive organizational policies and limited support further intensify the complexity of the double burden. These findings indicate that without proper management, flexible work arrangements may become a new source of pressure. Therefore, human resource management needs to play a more active role in designing responsive policies that support better role balance.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan Generasi Z di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tahun 2025, indeks literasi keuangan kelompok usia 15-17 tahun hanya mencapai 51,68%, jauh di bawah rata-rata nasional sebesar 66,46%. Generasi ini akan mendominasi angkatan kerja dalam dekade mendatang, namun rendahnya literasi keuangan menyebabkan perilaku konsumtif seperti doom spending dan meningkatnya penggunaan paylater. Pembelajaran akuntansi memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan karena materi akuntansi seperti pencatatan transaksi, analisis arus kas, dan penganggaran berkaitan langsung dengan pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan literasi keuangan pada Generasi Z melalui pembelajaran akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari 35 artikel jurnal ilmiah terindeks (SINTA dan Scopus), buku teks, serta laporan resmi OJK dan OECD dalam kurun waktu 2020-2025. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima strategi utama yang efektif: integrasi materi literasi keuangan ke dalam kurikulum akuntansi; penggunaan studi kasus berbasis fenomena ekonomi terkini; proyek simulasi investasi dan perencanaan keuangan personal; pemanfaatan teknologi dan aplikasi keuangan digital; serta penguatan kompetensi guru akuntansi melalui pelatihan. Tantangan utama implementasi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi pendidik, rigiditas kurikulum, dan minimnya sumber belajar terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran akuntansi yang mengintegrasikan literasi keuangan secara sistematis dapat mencetak Generasi Z yang lebih melek finansial

Abstract

Industri kerajinan tangan menghadapi tantangan besar di era global akibat meningkatnya persaingan dan homogenisasi produk. Kondisi tersebut menuntut pelaku industri kreatif untuk menerapkan strategi diferensiasi produk yang inovatif dan bernilai tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan kawat bulu sebagai strategi diferensiasi produk dalam industri kerajinan tangan guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur (literature review) terhadap artikel jurnal, buku akademik, dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik industri kreatif, inovasi material, dan diferensiasi produk. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kawat bulu memiliki potensi estetika dan fungsional yang tinggi, seperti fleksibilitas bentuk, tekstur unik, serta kemampuan menciptakan desain yang inovatif dan bernilai seni. Pemanfaatan kawat bulu terbukti mampu meningkatkan perceived value produk, memperkuat identitas kerajinan tangan, serta menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dibandingkan produk berbahan konvensional. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan keterampilan perajin dan kurangnya komunikasi nilai produk kepada konsumen. Dengan pengelolaan yang tepat, kawat bulu berpotensi menjadi elemen strategis dalam pengembangan industri kerajinan tangan yang berkelanjutan di era global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in improving the competitiveness of culinary businesses at Ikan Bakar Pak Tiar Restaurant in Langsa City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of marketing strategies in this study uses the STP approach (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and the 7P service marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence). The results of the study indicate that Ikan Bakar Pak Tiar Restaurant has implemented marketing strategies quite effectively. In terms of the STP strategy, the business conducts market segmentation based on geographic, demographic, and consumer behavior aspects, targets the general public and seafood culinary enthusiasts, and builds a positioning as a grilled fish restaurant with the distinctive culinary taste of Idi Rayeuk and affordable prices. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of the 7P marketing mix, product quality, appropriate pricing, strategic location, promotion through social media and word of mouth, friendly service, fast service processes, and comfortable facilities are the main factors in attracting and retaining customers.
