Abstract

This research discusses the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk., one of the leading companies in the bakery industry in Indonesia. Focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and reducing production costs, this study explores how PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. integrates advanced technology and Supply Chain Management strategies to maintain product quality while minimizing losses. Through the use of the Just In Time (JIT) concept, Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) tool, and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), the company has successfully improved inventory management, expedited distribution, and maximized customer satisfaction. The research findings show that effective SCM implementation has reduced the bullwhip effect, increased transparency in the flow of raw materials and finished products, and supported the sustainability of the company's operations. Thus, this study provides important insights into the benefits of SCM in the food and beverage industry, especially for companies operating on a large scale with dynamic market demands

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Sumber Sehat Tentena Pharmacy. In increasingly fierce business competition, service quality is one of the key factors to increase competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty. Through a survey approach of 30 respondents who visited Sumber Sehat Pharmacy for two months, this study used simple regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. The variables of service quality reviewed include aspects of responsiveness and drug availability. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality as a key strategy in building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena. This study aims to determine the level of ktedit risk at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena. This research was conducted using data collection techniques including observation, documentation and interview techniques. The analysis method used by the author is a quantitative method using Credit Riks Ratio analysis. Primary data sources with interviews and questions and answers, as well as secondary data through references and collectibility report data for 2017-20121 PT. BPR Yaspis Dana PrimaTentena is the source of data used by the author. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that Non-Performing Loan (NPL) loans at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena decreased from 2017-2020 and in 2021 increased by 5.0%, so this shows that PT BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena's Non-Performing Loan is classified as moderate according to Bank Indonesia regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing online purchasing decisions on the Shopee application among students at the Faculty of Economics, Christian University of Tentena. It employs a descriptive qualitative research design with observation and questionnaire techniques. The study was conducted within a two-month period at the university campus, with a targeted population of 45 students who use the Shopee app. The sample consisted of 40 students who had made purchases on Shopee at least three times. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentary study methods. Results from the Likert scale analysis showed that product diversity, pricing strategies, trust in transaction proof, and distribution capabilities significantly affect online purchasing decisions. The most influential factor was price, given the student demographic's limited personal income, highlighting the importance of cost-effective options in influencing buyer behavior. This study contributes to understanding the dynamic factors affecting e-commerce consumer behavior in an academic setting and suggests that trust and cautious online engagement are crucial for safe online shopping experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine youth perceptions toward jobs in the agricultural sector and the factors that influenced youth perceptions toward jobs in the agricultural sector. This research was conducted in East Pamona District, Poso Regency, from March to June 2023. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The population is 3809 youths, while the sample is 100 youths.  The analytical instrument used was quantitative descriptive analysis.  The results showed that the youth in Pamona Timur District had a positive perception toward jobs in the agricultural sector, with a total score of 2626. Besides, the expectation of youth in East Pamona District is exceptionally favorable toward jobs in the agricultural sector. In addition, the factors that can influence the perception of youth in the Pamona Timur Subdistrict towards job in the agricultural sector are the family environment and land ownership status. Prestige is the reason why the young people in East Pamona District rarely work in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta je'neberang, Gowa Regency. The types of data used in this research are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and (T test, and F test, coefficient of determination) Y=4.376+0.639+0.1552. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient on the variable (X1) to (Y) of 0.951 which indicates the relationship which is strong while the variable X2 to Y is 0.980. The coefficient of determination is 97% then through the calculated f test of 640.186 > f table of 3.25 then through the t-test on the X1 variable to the Y variable at 3.775 > 1.687 while the X2 variable against the Y variable 9.449 > 1.687 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus the hypothesis which states that competence and work environment partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Air Mining Company (PDAM) Tirta je'neberang, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the integration of educational psychology and error analysis in language can improve the quality of learning. Through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this research examines various relevant studies to identify effective methods for enhancing students' learning interest and reducing language errors. The results show that game-based learning design can increase students' learning interest by 330%, and the implementation of an independent curriculum has a positive impact on producing skilled and creative generations. The empowerment of pedagogical competence based on reflective capabilities and training in phenomenon-based learning methods have also proven effective in improving the quality of learning interactions. These findings emphasize the importance of teacher training in information technology and innovative teaching methodologies, as well as the development of information systems that support better educational administration. The integration of educational psychology and language error analysis not only improves student learning outcomes but also prepares them to compete globally. Further research is needed to optimize the use of technology and family environmental factors in supporting students' learning processes.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in private universities in Indonesia. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows for a deep and holistic understanding of social phenomena. Researchers collected literature sources from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and IEEE Xplore with keywords relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges in implementing MBKM include issues of governance, management, and limited budget allocation. Other obstacles include a lack of human resources, limited collaboration with industry, and the emergence of new corrupt practices. To overcome these challenges, it is crucial to improve coordination between the central government and local schools and to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure. Effective implementation of the MBKM curriculum can enhance communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students, preparing them for the ever-evolving workforce. This study concludes that strengthening policies and practices supporting independent education can improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia and provide significant benefits to students and related educational institutions.

The abstract consists of a single paragraph and should not exceed 200 words, using a single space, Arial font, size This research aims to determine the influence of word of mouth and brand image on interest in purchasing iPhone products in Bone City, to determine the influence of word of mouth on the brand image of iPhone products in Bone City, and to determine the role of brand image as a variable that mediates the influence of word of mouth regarding interest in buying iPhone products in Bone City. This research was carried out in 3 sub-districts located in Bone City, namely Kec. Tanete Riattang, East Tanete Riattang and West Tanete Riattang. The approach to this research uses a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this research show that word of mouth has a significant positive effect on brand image and interest in purchasing iPhone products in Bone City. Good word of mouth can improve brand image and increase consumer buying interest, with brand image functioning as a mediator that strengthens this relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of positive word of mouth in marketing strategies. Apart from that, the ethical principles of QS. Al-Hujurat verse 12 is also relevant in maintaining the honesty and integrity of marketing communications.

Abstract

This study examines the strategy for developing the community economy in Sintuwulemba Village, Lage District, Poso Regency. The research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted from July to August 2024. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis, with informants including village officials and residents. Findings indicate that utilizing natural resources in agriculture and animal husbandry and enhancing human resources through training are effective strategies. The study highlights innovative programs, including agrotourism and sustainable agricultural practices, that have improved economic welfare. These initiatives are supported by village infrastructure and a participatory planning approach, enhancing self-sufficiency and economic resilience.
