Abstract

The obligation to give a lesson to the wife is if he starts disobeying and shows nusyuz to his husband. So the husband is obliged to provide lessons, but giving the lesson is carried out in sequence, the first husband must give a warning to the wife gently and subtly like reminding him to fear Allah Almighty, if the wife is obedient again, then just enough there. If it still remains disobedient, then leave the wife alone, leaving her on the bed, not collecting it, especially when her lust peaks. If he is obedient, then it is enough to get there and gather the wife as before. But if it remains, the wife may be 'beaten' with a note not too loud and not injured.

Abstract

This article tries to discuss about mathematics and islamic thought.  By seeing the relationship between mathematics and islamic teaching resources, this article found that science in this world can be classified into three groups, namely natural sciences, social science, and humanities. The natural sciences which consist purely consist of physics, chemistry, and biology, and some people enter mathematics again. The social sciences that fall into the category of pure sciences include sociology, anthropology, psychology, and history. Whereas the humanities consist of philosophy, language and literature, and art. Qur’an and Hadith in the development of science are positioned as sources of qawliyyah verses while the results of observations, experiments, and logical reasoning are positioned as sources of kauniyyah verses. With its position like this, then various branches of knowledge can always be sought from the source of the Qur'an and Hadith. Like, the science of mathematics developed on the basis of the Qur'an and Hadith sources as well as the results of observation, experimentation, and logical reasoning. Mathematics itself has a very close relationship with the spiritual traditions of Muslims, is familiar with the Qur'an, and of course mathematics can also be used as a "path" towards achieving happiness benefits both in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the effort to improve the quality of education at the senior secondary level is the teacher's performance. With good teacher quality, the learning process can take place in a quality manner, which in turn leads to quality output. One of the efforts to improve the performance of Islamic Education teachers is the provision of certification allowances for Islamic Religious Education teachers to improve their performance, which has been low so far. On the other hand, the certification of teachers for Islamic Religious Education at the SMA / SMK level is also very important, given the limited limitations of the government in appointing teachers as Civil Servants, so that the existence of teacher certification can be an alternative in an effort to improve teacher welfare. This study generally aims to obtain an overview of the certification program, implementation, evaluation, constraints and future solutions in improving the performance of SMA / SMK Islamic Religious Education teachers in Bogor Regency. The specific objectives of the study were to determine the objectives and programs, implementation, evaluation, constraints and solutions in the future to improve the performance of Islamic Education teachers of SMA / SMK in Bogor Regency through optimization of the PAI teacher certification function. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results showed that the improvement of the performance of PAI SMA / SMK teachers in Bogor Regency through the teacher certification program has been implemented, and has had an optimal impact. This is shown, among others, by the level of teacher discipline in implementing learning at least 24 hours a week, being active in participating in training activities, workshops and educational seminars and improving the welfare of Islamic Education teachers. However, improving teacher performance is still constrained by both internal and external constraints. Internal constraints include low understanding, skills and motivation to carry out their main tasks and functions as educators. Meanwhile, the external obstacle is that the supervision of principals, supervisors and related agencies is still not optimal in an effort to improve teacher performance. The recommendations of this study include: the government needs to finance the implementation of the Teacher Professional Improvement program, apply strict discipline by making regulations for certified teachers, and the existence of cooperation between various parties in encouraging the teacher certification program. This is done by implementing strategic management in planning, implementing, evaluating and supervising the effectiveness of the certification program.

Abstract

This article was conducted to discuss the fading of the response of some people to religion. This response grew in line with emerge of various social phenomena of disappointment. Faith is also considered by some people to no longer be able to support the problem of life. Religion is deemed to be irrelevant to the demands of modernity. God and Religion in the perspective of some societies are then different from the views of the community in general. The authority of the life guidance held by humans is that religion is often only understood as a system of belief or belief in the teachings of God, which has implications for the understanding that religion is a theological doctrine. It is due to the cult of "religion" rather than understanding the "core" of the teachings of religion itself. Religion is only seen as "form" and not as "essence" that teaches submission to God, truth, justice, ethics, and morality.
