Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of the Effect of Education and Training and Competence on the Performance of Village Population Administration Information System Operators (SIAPKEDESA) in Rembang Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey form or explanatory pattern. Research design with causal patterns. The population was the SIAPKEDESA application operator in Rembang with proportional random sampling technique. The sample size is 120 respondents. Data collection methods and using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this study education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, education and training have no positive effect on employee performance, competence has no positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, motivation is able to mediate the effect of education and training on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. Based on the results of this research, it is suggested that management pay more attention and increase employee motivation, so that it can provide maximum performance and more optimal quality of work results.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Serta Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Operator Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan Desa (SIAPKEDESA) Se Kabupaten Rembang Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif survey atau pola eksplanasi. Desain penelitian dengan pola kausal. Populasi adalah Petugas Operator Aplikasi SIAPKEDESA di Kabupaten Rembang dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data serta menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dan implikasi dari penelitian ini pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja pegawai, Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan ini disarankan agar manajemen dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, sehingga bisa memberikan kinerja yang maksimal dan kualitas hasil kerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research has the purpose of analyzing the communication, Self Esteem Self Efficacy to the job satisfaction and the impact on the performance of nurses in the ' Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. The research population is 146 nurses. Sample research of 120 respondents, sampling techniques using proportional sampling. Test the data instrument using validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used in AMOS SEM. Based on the results of the analysis shows that communication, self esteem and self efficacy to job satisfaction as well as to the performance of the nurse has a significant positive direct influence. That job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between communication to nurse performance. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self esteem on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self efficacy to performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis Komunikasi, Self Esteem Self Efficacyterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah SakitAisyiyah Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 146 perawat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan AMOS SEM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang positif signifikan. bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self esteem terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to understand and examine the effect of service quality and marketing on customer loyalty at Bank BKK Dawe Branch by considering customer satisfaction as an intervening varable. The method used is through the spread of quesinaries distributed to 100 customers of Bank BKK Dawe Branch. The data obtained were analyzed with SEM using the AMOS 24 analysis tool. The findings of this study confirm the following: (1) Quality of service has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) relationship marketing also has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) quality of service contributes positively and significantly to customer loyalty, (4) relationshipsship marketing also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and (5) customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health, work environment on productivity with job satisfaction as an intervention at the Department of Trade and Industry (Disdagperin) Kab. Pati. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the calculation of the Slovin formula, a sample of 132 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is SEM PLS analysis using the SmartPLS statistical test version 3.2.9. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that occupational safety and health directly and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Disdagperin Pati. Directly, occupational safety and health, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on the productivity of the Pati Industry Industry and Trade Agency employees. Indirectly, occupational safety and health, work environment has a positive and significant effect on productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the effect of online marketing, e-service quality, e-recovery service quality on loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Shopee users in Kudus Regency with a sample of 200 respondents. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with research results in the first mathematical equation Z (satisfaction) = 0.045 X1 (online marketing) + 0.594 X2 (e-service quality) + 0.367 X3 (e-recovery service quality) with R2 = 0.726 and the second mathematical equation Y = 0.296 X1 + 0.326X2 + 0.150X3 +0.409Z with a value of R2 = 0.989. And the conclusion is that there is a positive and insignificant effect between online marketing on e-recovery service quality satisfaction and loyalty. There is a positive and significant effect of e-service quality on satisfaction, e- recovery service quality on satisfaction, online marketing on loyalty, e-service quality on loyalty, satisfaction on loyalty. Satisfaction only mediates e-service quality on loyalty and does not mediate online marketing on loyalty and e-recovery service quality on loyalty.ABSTRAKPenelitan ini menganalisis pengaruh online marketing, e-service quality, e-recovery service quality terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Kudus dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan hasil penelitian dalam persamaan matematik pertama Z (kepuasan) = 0,045 X1 (online marketing) + 0,594 X2 (e-service quality) + 0,367 X3 (e-recovery service quality) dengan nilai R2 = 0,726 dan persamaan matematik kedua Y = 0,296 X1 + 0,326X2 + 0,150X3 + 0,409Z dengan nilai R2 = 0,989. Dan kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara online marketing terhadap kepuasan e-recovery service quality terhadap loyalitas. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan e-service quality terhadap kepuasan, e-recovery service quality terhadap kepuasan, online marketing terhadap loyalitas, e-service quality terhadap loyalitas, kepuasan terhadap loyalitas. Kepuasan hanya memediasi e-service quality terhadap loyalitas dan tidak memediasi online marketing terhadap loyalitas serta e-recovery service quality terhadap loyalitas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan Tiktok Shop (studi kasus pada remaja Kudus). Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari variabel independen yang terdiri dari shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value serta variabel eksogen impulse buying. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja Kudus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying serta shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of the work environment and leadership style on work motivation and organizational commitment as well as analysing the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Reliable Success by Jepara. This research design uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The population used in this research is all employees of PT. Reliable Success Karya Jepara as many as 224 people. Based on the established criteria, 142 respondents were used as samples in this study. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees. Reliable Success by Jepara. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of PT employees. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Handal Sukses Karya Jepara. 4) Leadership style has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of orientation, competence and entrepreneurial strategy on the performance of Muria coffee MSMEs by mediating competitive advantage in the Muria Kudus Coffee Cluster. This research is descriptive statistics by testing hypotheses. The sample was 150 business actors. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling. Data collection used in this research was the questionnaire method. Instrument testing uses validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. Analysis of the data used (SEM) Structual Equation Modeling which is operated through the AMOS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that (1) entrepreneurial orientation has no effect on the performance of MSMEs (2) entrepreneurial competence has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, (3) entrepreneurial strategy has an effect on the performance of MSMEs, (4) orientation has an effect on competitive advantage, ( 5) entrepreneurial competence influences competitive advantage, (6) entrepreneurial strategy influences competitive advantage, (7) MSME performance influences competitive advantage. Competitive advantage is able to mediate entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance but its influence is weak, competitive advantage is able to mediate entrepreneurial competence on MSME performance but its influence is weak and competitive advantage is able to mediate entrepreneurial strategy on MSME performance but its influence is weak

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews and brand image on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable at VJO Café and Bistro. The population in this study were customers of VJO Café and Bistro Kudus. The sample consisted of 120 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has an effect positive and significant on purchasing decisions. Consumer trust can be a mediating variable in the relationship between online customer reviews and purchasing decisions, and consumer trust can be a mediating variable in the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, live music facilities and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions through brand image as an intervening variable. The object of research is a coffee shop in the city of Jepara. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of coffee shops in Jepara whose number was unknown and the sample for this study was 150 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM AMOS 24 software. The results of this study were social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image, live music facilities had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and had a positive and insignificant effect on brand image, store atmosphere had a negative effect and not significant to the purchase decision and has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. brand image cannot mediate the influence between social media marketing and live music facilities and purchase decisions, brand image can mediate the influence between store atmosphere and purchase decisions.
