Abstract

This study examines the influence of innovative organizational culture and employee support on team productivity in manufacturing companies. The research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of manufacturing companies. The analysis uses the SmartPLS method to test the relationship between variables. The results revealed that employee support had a significant positive influence on team productivity, while innovative organizational culture showed a positive but not statistically significant influence. This study shows that human factors, especially in the form of support, motivation, and engagement, play a more decisive role in creating productive teams than organizational culture alone. The findings emphasize the importance of a systemic approach to human resource management, where employee involvement in decision-making, tolerance for experimentation, and opportunities for self-development are key factors in increasing productivity. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of team productivity and shows that productivity is the result of the complex interaction between organizational culture, support, and individual capacities of employees.

Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0. The model was tested to ensure validity, reliability, and predictive power before hypothesis testing. Government support has the strongest influence (β=0.41; p<0.01), then SDGs awareness (β=0.33; p<0.01) and access to funding (β=0.25; p<0.05). This model can explain 61% of the variance in SDGs implementation. The results of the analysis show that the three variables have a positive and significant effect on SDGs implementation. Abstract

Inclusive Education is an approach that aims to provide equal educational opportunities for all students, including those with special needs. At the high school level, this approach is important for developing leadership skills and preparing students for a diverse workforce. In the context of Islamic education, an inclusive approach not only emphasizes religious learning, but also instills character and moral values, creates an environment that respects differences and strengthens students' Islamic identity. This study aims to explore the application of an inclusive approach in guidance and counseling in Islamic education-based high schools, in order to help students adapt in a pluralistic society. The research method used is a qualitative case study design approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and literature analysis. The Data Analysis Technique used refers to the data analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman. It is hoped that this approach can form a young generation that is religious, has noble character, and has high social sensitivity to diversity. The results of the study show that the implementation of inclusive BK still faces obstacles, such as the diverse understanding of BK teachers, limited training, and minimal supporting policies. However, some teachers have applied Islamic values informally in BK. Strengthening group approaches and religious mentoring programs has the potential to increase the effectiveness of inclusive BK services.
