Abstract

Padi merupakan salah satu komoditas utama yang sangat dibutuhkan dan belum tergantikan bagisebagian besar penduduk Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk Indonesia telah menyebabkanfluktuasi produktivitas beras, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beras diperlukan upayamemberikan input untuk peningkatan produksi padi. Target yang ingin dicapai dari pengabdian iniadalah meningkatkan kemampuan anggota kelompok tani dalan pengaplikasikan penggunaan pupukorganik Biotamac dan Humic Acid, adapun luaran yang diharapkan adalah modul teknologipenggunaan pupuk organik dan video pelaksanaan pengabdian, Objek yang menjadi target ini adalahanggota kelompok tani Jabon Adiyasa Mandiri, di kelurahan Banjar Agung, Kecamatan Cipocok, KotaSerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan, Demplot dan Pendampingan. Hasil Pengabdianmenunjukkan bahwa petani antusias pada saat penyuluhan, dan pada saat Demplot petani melihatsendiri pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman padi yang menggunakan pupuk organik, sehinggapetani termotivasi untuk melakukannya. Perbedaan yang sangat mencolok pada padi yangmenggunakan pupuk organik adalah pada jumlah anakan dan malai, yaitu sekitar 40 anakan danjumlah malainya 35-40. Jika tidak ada kendala burung, maka di duga produksi gabah bisa mencapai3,5 ton untuk lahan seluas 4000 m2.

Abstract

Jatiwaringin Village, Mauk, Tangerang Regency is a village located in the north of Tangarang Regency or often known as Pantura Tangeranga, with land in the form of rice fields and rainfed moor. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, several food crop commodities have experienced a decline, coupled with government policies related to social restrictions (PSBB and PPKM). To deal with this condition, one alternative solution is to use the yard and yard of the house as land for plant cultivation through a mix farming program. A structured and solid institution both locally and nationally is the PKK, the involvement of the PKK in running the food program, especially Pokja 3 and 4, is very important in accordance with its role and function. To deal with these conditions, one alternative solution is to use the yard and yard for plant cultivation, but due to the limited knowledge and skills possessed and the relatively high patriarchal culture, the existing yard land is left unmanaged. Increased knowledge, insight and skills of the people of Jatiwaringan Village in managing yard land for plant cultivation where the PKK Group is one of the pioneers. To achieve the output targets according to the objectives, community service activities are carried out through several stages ranging from coordination and socialization to the community, implementation in the field, to monitoring and evaluation. The community service program carried out in conjunction with the thematic Student Work Kuyliah (KKM) activity in 2021 has been going well. This program was attended by administrators and PKK members, and supported by the RT Chair and Jatiwaringan Village Head. The results of the service show that the participation of the Jatiwaringin community in activities is high, the community is more skilled and very enthusiastic in managing the yard and is expected to provide broad benefits by being able to provide some food from the crops in the yard, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of tourist villages has now become an alternative to local economic development thathas been applied I various regions. One of the areas developed as a tourist village is Kamasan Village.This village is located in Cinangka District, Serang Regency, Province Banten, which is part of theAnyer Beach tourist village area. Kamasan Village has the potential to be development because itsclose to Anyer Beach tourist area. In addition, in this village there are some that have a strongattraction to tourists and allow them to become superior objects, for example related to agro potential.This tourism activity opens up economic opportunities so that it greatly affects the income that can befelt by the community. Based on the result of the study, coastal-based tourism in Kamasan PantaiAnyer Village still needs to be directed to tourism development strategies and policies by consideringthe environmental, social, and cultural potential of the local community. The current coastal-basedtourism management is still in a simple structure. In addition to the economic potential, of course,there are negative impacts from the existence of tourism itself, incluiding environmental and socialimpacts. The accumulation of garbage is a scourge and a problem that has not been resolved until nowas well as changes in people's lifestyles which tend to be negative, of course. Therefore, there is a needfor cooperation from the local government which is not only in the form of fund, but also more incommunity empowerment activities.

Abstract

Pangan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang paling utama sehingga pemenuhan panganmerupakan bagian dari hak asasi setiap warga negara. Pangan yang dimaksud dengan kaitannyaketahanan pangan nasional akan difokuskan pada jenis pangan yang mendominasi padakandungan karbohidrat. Jenis pangan yang dimaksud terdiri atas beras, jagung, singkong, danberbagai jenis ubi-ubian. Pada hakikatnya manusia sangat bergantung pada konsumsi beras, setiapharinya selalu mengonsumsi nasi. Padahal, banyak sekali bahan pangan lokal sumber karbohidratyang dapat dikonsumsi sebagai bahan pangan pengganti nasi. Hal ini yang dinamakandiversifikasi pangan. Diversifikasi pangan yang dimaksudkan bukan untuk menggantikan berassepenuhnya, namun mengubah dan memperbaiki pola konsumsi masyarakat supaya lebihberagam jenis pangan dengan mutu gizi yang lebih baik. Tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi kepadamasyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Cikeusik, Kecamatan Wanasalam, Kabupaten Lebak iniadalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait pengolahan bahan pangan sebagai programdiversifikasi pangan dalam mencapai pilar ketahanan pangan nasional. Dengan dikuasainyapengetahuan dan pengolahan bahan pangan mentah menjadi bentuk diversifikasi pangan tersebutmaka masyarakat terutama ibu rumah tangga dapat menerapkan pengolahan bahan pangan yangberagam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Manfaat kegiatan sosialiasasi kepada masyarakat ini bagikhalayak sasaran adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan panganlokal menjadi bahan pangan jadi yang lebih beragam dari biasanya.

Abstract

The continuous use of ground water will have an impact on the sustainability of groundwater. One way to maintain the quality and quantity of groundwater is to apply absorption wells. In addition to increasing the amount of groundwater, the amount of surface runoff that can cause flooding problems can also be reduced. By increasing the amount of water infiltrated would affect ground water level fluctuations, so as this will have an impact on dry season where water reserves are not significantly reduced. The greater the water infiltration will have an impact on the reduced surface runoff. The application of making absorption wells in the devotion to the community in Taman Sari Village was done with a single model. Through the concept of community empowerment training by making absorption wells is expected to be a change in community behavior that is increasingly concerned and responsive to the environment, especially about the problems of flooding and drought starts from the micro level.

Abstract

Paradigma baru memandang sampah sebagai sumber daya yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi, misalnyauntuk energi, kompos, pupuk ataupun untuk bahan baku industri. Pengelolaan sampah dilakukandengan pendekatan yang komprehensif dari hulu ke hilir, dilakukan dengan kegiatan pengurangan danpenanganan sampah.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa KaduBereum, Kecamatan Padarincang, Kabupaten Serang ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan danpraktek tentang teknologipembuatan kompos dari sampah atau limbah rumah tangga sebagai suatuupaya pengelolaan sampah secara zero waste. Dengan dikuasainya pengetahuan dan penerapanteknologipengolahansampahtersebutmakamasyarakatterutamaiburumahtanggadapatberkontribusi untuk pemeliharaan lingkungan sekaligus dapat memberikan tambahan pendapatanrumah tangga.Manfaat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bagi khalayak sasaran adalahpeningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang berartibermanfaat secara ekologis maupun ekonomis.Para ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan pengelolaansampah secara mandiri dalam skala keluarga untuk menunjang upaya mewujudkan lingkungan sekitaryang bersih, sehat dan berwawasan ekologis.

Abstract

DiKabupaten TangerangsendiriPrevalensistuntingnyamencapai23,3%,sehinggaperlupendampingan khusus dan penguatan kapasitas Pemda. Ada 10 desa lokus stunting di KabupatenTangerang salah satunya adalah Kecamatan Mauk. Di Kecamatan Mauk ada salah satu Desaterdapat sumber pangan melimpah kerang hijau, yang manfatnya cukup baik untuk di konsumsiBalittauntukmeningkatkangiziBalitakarenabanyakmengandungProtein.Tujuandaripengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang stuntingdan memberikan keterampilan mengolah kerang hijau sebagai alternative makanan balita untukmeningkatkan gizi balita.Metode Pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini dengan penyuluhan dandemonstrai pembuatan nugget kerang hijau. Hasil dari pengabdian ini terlihat antusias para kadermenyimak penyuluhan tentang stunting dengan banyaknya pertanyaan dan dengan dilakukannyademonstrasi pembuatan Nugget mayarakat menjadi terampil dalam mengolah kerang hijau ini,juga akhirnya timbul ide baru dari para peserta adonan nugget bisa dibuat bakso kerang.

Abstract

Lebak is a district in Banten province with high potential in agriculture and plantation. Rubber seed is produced from rubber plantation which was not well utilized. Rubber seed can be processed to be some food products, such as bread, chip, and traditional snack called opak. This program purposed to give the information to the society especially lived in Lebak district about food processing from rubber seed. Method used in this program was held by the socialization in front of Lebak district society in the form of discussion and practices. This program results food product ( bread, chip, and opak) from rubber seed.

Abstract

Based on the initial survey of the learning process in the classroom who do teachers in District Kragilan obtained the data that teachers still tend to use an approach teacher centered, so that the activity of students in the classroom tend to be passive. Students just sit quietly, listen and note what is presented by the teacher at the blackboard. Consequently the results obtained by the students learn less than satisfactory. One of the steps that can be taken to change the way teachers teach is to improve the learning process that emphasizes active student. Student centered emphasis will be successful when teachers have been able to apply active learning, with active learning based contextual issues described above will be overcome with good. The teachers are trained create a learning environment that supports active learning, understand the curriculum in 2013, the preparation of high-level questions and designing student worksheets and authentic assessment. So after this training of teachers capable of designing learning, and learning devices in accordance with the demands of active learning and curriculum 2013. After pelatiha activities continued with mentoring activities. Training in two schools turned out to have a positive impact, including experienced teachers directly in applying active learning because of the assistance. The results of the implementation in the classroom, students become positive attitude with good category.
