Abstract

This study explores the impact of service quality and mobile banking applications on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating factor (focusing on patrons of BCA Suryopranoto). The quantitative methodology examines hypotheses through a dataset comprising 280 customer responses. These responses were collected via direct surveys distributed to the customers. The Partial Least Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was utilized for the analysis, specifically through SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The data processing and analysis outcomes reveal that service quality and mobile banking applications significantly affect customer loyalty, which is crucial in mediating customer satisfaction. Research findings indicate that directly addressing service quality, mobile banking applications, and customer loyalty is pivotal in achieving customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Education integration in human resource development (HRD) has become a central issue in the modern context. This study aims to examine the role of education integration in human resource development and its impact on the transformation of the HRD management paradigm. The method used is a literature study. The results show that educational integration, through curriculum adjustment to industry needs and implementation of competency-based training programs, is able to improve the quality and competitiveness of human resources. In addition, collaboration between educational institutions and the industrial sector has proven effective in bridging the skills gap that exists in the labor market. The research revealed that innovations in teaching and learning methods, as well as the development of soft skills such as leadership, teamwork and problem-solving, contribute significantly to improving the quality of human resources. The paradigm shift in HRD management is also characterized by increased investment in continuing education and vocational training relevant to global market demands. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of a strategic approach to HR management that prioritizes education as the main foundation for creating an innovative, adaptive, and highly competitive workforce in the era of globalization and digitalization. Thus, education policies that are responsive to industrial dynamics and active participation from the private sector in the education and training process are key factors in creating a sustainable HR development ecosystem. This shows that the synergy between education and industry not only improves individual competencies but also drives overall economic growth.

This problem can be caused by various factors, such as slow economic growth, a mismatch between labor qualifications and market demand, and changes in economic structure.  Objective: To find out how much local government performance affects the increase in the human development index and unemployment rate. Method: the research that researchers use is descriptive quantitative method and inferential statistics. Researchers in conducting this research used secondary data. Results: Parametric data is a form of secondary data where this parametric data uses time series with existing data. Local government performance has a positive effect on the unemployment rate. Local government performance shows a positive relationship to the Human Development Index (HDI) seen from the t-test with the results showing at 5% alpha coefficient (t-stat=18.79279>1.833). The result of sobel test shows that there is a moderating effect of the intervening variable (HDI) to the Local Government Performance on the Unemployment Rate, it is shown by the P-value of 0.2518 (<0.05). Conclusion: The existence of local government performance has a significant influence in increasing the human development index and decreasing the unemployment rate.
