Abstract

Human resources are a very important asset for a company in supporting the achievement of company goals, so it is a necessity and necessity for companies to improve employee abilities and competencies through training and development. Training is an effort to increase short-term capabilities, while development is an effort to increase employee competency in preparation for developing higher responsibilities in the future. Human resource development is a systematic and targeted approach to equipping employees in an organization with the skills they need to fulfill job requirements, both on the one hand and on the other hand, a series of planned, implemented and planned activities. This research aims to find out how to analyze development training for employees.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the impact of the internet on community interaction patterns in Tawangharjo Village through a qualitative approach. Qualitative research methods are used to deeply understand how the internet has affected social interaction, communication, and relationships between individuals in the village context. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis of various online information sources relevant to the village community. The findings show that the internet has had a significant impact in expanding access to information, changing communication patterns, influencing the way people establish social relationships, and posing new challenges related to data privacy and security. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of improving digital literacy and awareness of the risks and benefits of the internet in the context of rural communities. This research contributes to further understanding of the role of the internet in social transformation in rural areas.

Abstract

Activities that take place in an office environment are closely related to the role of a company's human resources (HR) department. Human resource management is very important in efforts to increase organizational effectiveness and productivity. One aspect that needs to be considered is how an employee's social culture affects their performance and their relationship with employees as well as their overall work productivity. The literature review approach is the author's method of researching relevant secondary data to support the claims made in this article. Collected research shows that cultural interactions between employee habits have a significant impact on individual and team performance as a whole. This includes various physical and social aspects, therefore it is important to know and be aware of the importance of this. The results of the survey also revealed that the majority of respondents, even 70%, admitted that their relationships with co-workers had a significant influence on work life satisfaction and happiness. The influence of these social habits affects the productivity and comfort of employees' office environments. Where this will provide an increase or decrease in employee performance. Therefore, we hope that this article can be a useful resource for various companies to understand the importance of the impact of employee habits on a pleasant work atmosphere and overall employee productivity. Realizing this will hopefully lead to more proactive strategic steps in creating a work environment that supports individual and team development and increases overall efficiency and productivity. The theme raised in the title of the article is "Knowing the dynamics of culture in the workplace which correlates with cultural interactions within the organization which influence the comfort of the work environment and work productivity from a physical and social perspective." In line with this, the title of this article highlights the importance of understanding the dynamics of organizational culture to create a work environment that encourages sustainable growth and productivity. Therefore, efforts to improve workplace comfort and employee productivity should be seen as a long-term investment in the success and sustainability of the company.

Abstract

Effective document management plays an important role in the smooth running of an organization and the performance of its employees. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of records management on employee performance. We investigated record-keeping practices at the Polban Business Lab office through participatory observation methods. Observations show the need to improve the system for storing, recording, maintaining and depreciating records. Centralized storage systems and lack of logs make access difficult and degrade performance. Poor maintenance and inefficient filing increase the risk of losing information and slow down workflow. In short, increasing the effectiveness of employee performance and maintaining the continuity of organizational information requires improved records management, including the use of computer technology, better records management, routine maintenance, and effective records management.

Abstract

Offices or companies are places often traversed by workers in completing tasks related to the company to achieve its goals. Therefore, offices are places that have potential hazards which certainly affect the safety and health of workers in the office. Data from Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan shows an increase in the number of work-related accidents in Indonesia from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, there were 147,000 cases recorded, followed by 114,235 cases in 2019. In 2020, the number of work-related accidents increased to 177,161 cases. This study aims to assess the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) programs at Hotel X located in Bandung. Data was obtained through observations and interviews, discussing K3 training, incident handling procedures, and K3 program evaluation at the hotel. The results show the existence of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training for employees, management involvement in K3 policy development, and routine evaluations to ensure good occupational safety and health.

Abstract

Mojokerto's Gartenhutte Cafe is one of the recommended cafes which is considered a contemporary place to relax with a hidden gem concept. To introduce its products to consumers, the Gartenhutte cafe uses Instagram as its marketing social media and also carries out electronic word of mouth promotions. Research was conducted to determine the impact of Instagram social media marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Gartenhutte café Mojokerto. The research approach was carried out quantitatively. Researchers used questionnaires, interviews and observations to collect research data. This research used purposive sampling to obtain 100 consumer respondents at the Gartenhutte Mojokerto cafe. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing. Analysis of these data illustrates that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Gartenhutte café Mojokerto. The coefficient of determination of 0.625 shows that marketing using these two methods influences purchasing decisions by 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% represents other influential factors which are not discussed in this research. Based on this evidence, researchers suggest that companies maximize uploaded content to interact more with consumers and increase the use of Instagram social media for promotions so that it is discussed more often by the public.

Abstract

Converse shoes are foreign sneakers brand that is considered a classy product that is still a favorite of many people in the world, including in Indonesia. Consumers purchase a product that was in line with their tastes and lifestyle., and to influence consumers to make purchase, Converse offers good quality product. The goal of this study is to understand how lifestyle and product quality affect consumers' decisions to purchase Converse sneakers. 65 D4 Marketing Management students at Malang State Polytechnic who had purchased Converse shoe goods participated in this quantitative study. Data was gathered utilizing a questionnaire-based approach. To choose responders, the Accidental Sampling method was applied. Testing hypotheses and multiple regression analysis are two techniques for data analysis. Study findings on the relationship between lifestyle and product quality and purchase decisions indicate that Fcount>Ftable, or 42.517>3.15, with a coefficient of determination of 0.565. The study's findings indicate that lifestyle and product quality account for 56.5% of purchase decisions, with other factors accounting for 43.5% of decisions that were not examined. According to this study, judgments on what to buy are influenced by both product quality and lifestyle. It is also expected that Converse companies can pay attention to consumer lifestyles and maintain the quality of Converse products and continue to innovate to stay superior to other shoe brands.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the service quality of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) delivery services. The results show a positive influence of SOP implementation on the service quality of JNE's delivery services. Clear and easily understood SOPs help JNE employees complete tasks consistently and efficiently, reducing the likelihood of errors and omissions. Additionally, employee commitment and discipline in applying SOPs, along with support and supervision from management, are crucial in improving service quality. The suitability of SOPs with the needs and conditions of the company is also a key aspect to be considered. Based on these findings, it is recommended that JNE continuously improve the quality of its SOPs and ensure their implementation by employees. Furthermore, enhancing other factors such as infrastructure, technology, and human resources is essential to achieve sustainable excellent service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of talent management at SD Kharisma Bangsa. The approach to this research is qualitative. The main method of this research is studies supported by field research. Data is collected through documents, research records, and interviews. The data was taken through several research instruments including documents completeness tables, research notes, and interview guidelines. Data analysis is achieved through content analysis techniques. The results showed that SD Kharisma Bangsa has implemented talent management through training programs to support career paths and employee retention. The training includes; Development Teaching Proficiency (DTP), Future Path, Teacher Motivational Day (TMD), and Out-of-school Training.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: how baggage carried by passengers is not free from various problems with baggage service deviations, which usually occur when passengers arrive at the final destination station or during post-flight service, this can be one of the performance benchmarks for a ground handling company. , whether it is good or not in providing service to passengers. In this case, the role of the loading master officer plays an important role in the process of loading and unloading cargo, preventing unwanted things from happening. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were, observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed the Loading Master officer 3 sources with document data obtained by the researcher. from documentation of the activities of Loading Master officers when carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of Loading Master officers is very important at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport, both from the implementation of standard operational procedures and also influences improving the performance of Loading Master officers for air cargo handlers. Not only that, researchers also found that Loading Master officers are very fast in Loading-Unloading if officers are slow or if you are not careful during the Loading-Unloading process, it will result in the plane being delayed.
