Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of using bibliometric methods in identifying literature on business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the creation of long-term value for companies. Bibliometric methods are used to analyze and present research trends, theoretical contributions, and best practices related to this topic. Through a literature synthesis, this research identifies the relationship between ethical business practices and CSR with increasing public trust, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and a positive impact on the company's long-term performance. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for academics, practitioners and managers in strengthening ethical and CSR practices as strategies for achieving sustainability and sustainable company growth.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the concepts, benefits, applications and challenges experienced in Information Management Systems. Management Information System (MIS) is a very important and strategic system in the modern digital era. This system functions as the main means of collecting, processing and presenting relevant and accurate information to management, so that it can assist in making better decisions. In this article, researchers use the literature study research method to analyze data by describing data that has been collected from various sources such as books, journals, articles, research reports, and other sources that are relevant to the topic being studied. Through a literature study, this research explores the definition and main benefits of MIS, which is a combination of human resources, information technology, and procedures to produce quality information for decision making. Effective implementation of MIS can provide a competitive advantage for organizations in increasing productivity, efficiency and competitiveness. However, SIM implementation also faces various challenges, such as system integration, data security, data quality, user resistance, investment costs, rapid technological changes, and organizational complexity. This research contributes to providing a comprehensive understanding ofManagement Information Systems, as well as highlighting the importance of utilizing information as a strategic asset for organizations in achieving their business goals

Abstract

With rapid developments in the fields of technology and information, people must start learning about the internet and staying connected to it. One of the things that is done is shopping online, or e-Commerce, which is a new lifestyle that is emerging at the moment. Large companies and UMKM utilize e-Commerce in the business world. As is the case in Lhokseumawe City, Banda Sakti District, Aceh Regency. The aim of this research is to apply e-Commerce to increase the competitiveness of UMKM.. Trade competition is normal. However, sellers, or manufacturers, have many ways to offer their goods or services. This can be via the internet, newspapers, magazines, etc. Therefore, an effective trading plan is needed for trading on this electronic platform. One of the UMKM in Lhokseumawe City which is the subject of this case study is to provide a complete picture of how e-Commerce is implemented in UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether competence has a direct and significant effect on employee work productivity and whether competence has a direct and significant effect on employee work productivity through work motivation at PT. Bukit Tinoring Raya in Manado, the type of research used is quantitative with a survey method approach. The main data collection technique is through a questionnaire. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of research hypothesis testing show that (i) competence does not directly have a significant effect on employee work productivity through work motivation, (ii). Competence has a significant effect on employee work productivity through work motivation.

Abstract

On certain days, schools participate in Market Day by asking children to make real-life sales and purchases. Students participate in all stages of the supply chain from manufacturing to distribution to consumption during Market day, an example of an integrated entrepreneurship education program. Students can also appreciate their abilities during Market Day. The aim of this research is to help Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hamidiyah Depok students become more imaginative. A qualitative research approach was used in this research. Observation and interviews are the methods used to collect data. These findings indicate that students' originality develops after they participate in Market day at school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Motivation (X1) and Entrepreneurial Literacy (X2) on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) in Students Participating in PMW Untag Surabaya. With the large number of unemployment problems, the Entrepreneurial Student Program is needed to improve entrepreneurial skills among students, so that it is hoped that it can encourage students to start and develop their businesses. This research has the title "The Influence of Entrepreneurial Motivation and Literacy on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students Participating in PMW Untag Surabaya" using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 students participating in PMW Untag Surabaya. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique which is included in the type of non-probability sampling. The research results show that the Motivation variable and the Entrepreneurial Literacy variable have a simultaneous influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. However, partially the Motivation variable has no influence on the Entrepreneurial Interest variable, this is because some students who participate in PMW are not motivated for the reason that some students take part in PMW only to get conversion grades in several courses. Therefore, it is recommended that universities pay more attention to programs that can increase entrepreneurial motivation and literacy towards entrepreneurial interests, such as holding regular training, provisioning or socialization activities related to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is a company engaged in the production of various types of food and beverages. In an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its operational activities, PT Indofood has implemented various operational strategies. This analysis discusses the implementation of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's operational strategies including the use of the Just In Time system, ABC analysis, vendor-managed inventory, and inventory management software. The results show that PT Indofood's operational strategies are effective in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its operational activities. In this way, the company can reduce the risk of stock-outs or excess inventory and improve the quality of its products.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the most important factors in the success of an organization. Proper strategic planning in HR management can help increase employee motivation and productivity. The purpose of this study is to understand the strategies used by Human Resource Management to improve employee motivation and performance efficiency. The research findings show that strategies such as training and development programs, leadership style, and transparency have a significant impact on employee motivation and performance. This can be interpreted that a holistic approach in HRM development is essential to increase employee motivation and productivity.

Abstract

PT. XYZ, a plastic bag packaging industry, is still facing poor quality problems and a high level of malfunction. The sewing and printing sectors are the biggest contributors to defects in the production of Jumbo Bag. The objective of this research is to identify the causes of dominant defects, provide repair solutions, and reduce product defects, as well as decrease the value of defects per unit of dominating defects. To solve this problem, the researchers used the plan-do-check-action method (PDCA). The PDCA method is used to identify and address defects, while the 5W1H is used for identifying the cause of defects and developing corrective solutions. Using this method, PT. XYZ can reduce product defects and improve the quality of the Jumbo Bag. The result is a reduction in defects per unit of wrong sewing defect from 0.014 DPU to 0.005 DPU, accessory deficiency defects from 0.008 DPU to 0.04 DPU, hole defects of 0.007 DPU to 0.001 DPU, and printing defects from 0.004 DPU to 0.044 DPU. Thus, the company can improve product quality and meet customer expectations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of marketing strategies in increasing clothing online shop sales that utilize social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp which can increase clothing online shop sales. This research was conducted in Bengkayang, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan, using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that analysis of marketing strategies in the use of social media is considered to be a form of marketing strategy chosen by Clothes Shop to increase the achievement of marketing goals, one of which is increasing sales of Clothes Shop quite effectively, because most consumers more often use the Whatsapp media application. , Instagram and Facebook to place online clothing orders. The marketing strategy that most influences consumers is promotion through social media and this influences consumers to buy clothing online shop products, for this reason clothing online shops need to develop further marketing strategies in improving clothing online shops so that they can influence consumers' buying interest more optimally.
