Abstract

Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) adalah proses bayi menyusu segera setelah dilahirkan, dimana bayi dibiarkan mencari puting susu ibunya sendiri (tidak disodorkan ke puting susu). Pemerintah Indonesia mendukung kebijakan WHO dan UNICEF yang merekomendasikan IMD sebagai tindakan penyelamatan kehidupan, karena IMD dapat menyelamatkan 22% dari bayi yang meninggal sebelum usia satu bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh penatalaksanaan inisiasi menyusui dini terhadap waktu pengeluaran ASI pada Ibu postpartum. Metode penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi sebanyak 36 orang ibu hamil yang melahirkan dan dilakukan IMD. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel asidental sampling. Variabel bebas yaitu Penatalaksanaan IMD dan variabel terikat adalah Waktu pengeluaran ASI. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunaka uji statistik Chi Square (X2). Hasil penelitian: distribusi berdasarkan penatalaksanaan IMD, dilaksanakan pada 18 responden (90%), tidak dilaksanakan pada 2 responden (10%), sedangkan distribusi sesuai waktu pengeluaran ASI, Normal pada 17 responden (85%), tidak normal pada 3 responden (15%), kemudikan diukur dengan menggunakan rumus chi square didapatkan X2 hitung = 2,135 dan; X2 tabel, ; 0,05 =3,481 maka X2 tabel lebih besar dari X2 hitung. Kesimpulan; tidak ada pengaruh penatalaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) terhadap Waktu Pengeluaran ASI di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

The inhibition efficiency of steel corrosion by tea leaf extract and mixture of tea leaf extract and calcium gluconate was studied by using weight loss techniques. The steel sample has the code of ASSAB 760 (AISI 1148, 0.5%) and the tea leaf sample used is the old tea leaf. The inhibition efficiency by mixture of tea leaf extract and calcium gluconate is higher than the inhibition efficiency by tea leaf extract. Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the Demographic and Health Survey/DHS in Gorontalo Province 2007. It used a descriptive method. The research subject is the Latbang BKKBN Gorontalo Province, Health Department Gorontalo Province, and Division Data Colecting BPS Gorontalo Province. The data were collected by using the guidelines interview. The data analisys is the qualitatif descriptif tecnique. The research finding indicate that Demographic and Health Survey in Gorontalo Province 2007 (1) The implementation of Demographic and Health Survey at Gorontalo Province has indicated that BKKBN, BPS, and Health Department of Gorontalo Province are well-prepared.(2) There has not been good cooperation as a system of setting a goal, i.e. the success of SDKI 2007 in Gorontalo), (3) Each department has been playing its roles well.

Abstract

This research aim to analyse factor influencing nurse performance in applying of treatment process [in] RSUD Toto Sub-Province of Bone Bolango. this Type Research is analytic research [of] observasional with method " study sectional cross" meant to study dynamics of variable which included in research title " Factor Influencing Performance Nurse in Applying Of Process Treatment". Amount of responders counted 51 people as nurse of executor [in] room take care of to lodge. Research result indicate that : nurse have enough motivation counted 45,1 % from 51 responder, earnings / enough salary counted 51 %, nurse owning enough supervision counted 62,7 %, development of enough career counted 45,1% and motivation is strongest factor [of] influence of to nurse performance at home [Common/ Public] Pain [of] Area of Toto Sub-Province of Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo. Result Research can be concluded that nurse performance in applying of treatment process can influence by some factor that is motivations, development of career, earnings and supervise / salary. Is for that suggested [by] the importance of improvement of nurse performance in applying of treatment process [pass/through] support of related/relevant government by budget allocation to nurse service in documentation process treatment and also perform [a] training to commisioned nurse at home Pain, so that service of more maximal treatment and can give satisfaction to society.

Abstract

During a century and half of development and refinement of techniques, calculus consisted of these paired operations and their applications, primarily to physical problems. Newtons theory of fluxions, which was based on an intuitive idea of limit, would be familiar to any modern student of differential calculus once some changes in therminology and notation were made. But the vital observation, made by Newton and, independently, by Gottfried Leibniz, was that areas under curves could be calculated by reversing the differentiation process. The exciting technique, one that solved previously difficult area problems with ease, sparked enormous interest among the mathematicians of the era and led to a coherent theory that became known as the differential and integral calculus. This paper will develop the theory of diffentiation. We will assume that the reader is already familiar with the physical interpretations of derivative of a function as described in introductory calculus courses. Consequently, we will concentrate on the mathematical aspects of the derivative and the applications in physics. The first section is devoted to a presentation of the basic form of non-linear differential equations. A discussion of Krylov-Bogoliubov Method is also given. Abstract

The objectives of this study were to count the microbial biomass on sediment and water of Limboto lake and to determinate the microbial diversity on sediment and water based on their metabolic activity through the enrichment ex-situ microcosmos technique. The study done in 2 steps were sampling of sediment and water on Limboto lake and laboratorium observation. pH and temperature were physical indicator of sample and laboratory observation was microbial count (bacteria) based on plate count method. The microbial diversity determinated by the enrichment ex-situ microcosmos technique (winogradky colomn). The microbial diversity observed in 21 days base on the physical and chemistry changing. The study was succesfully counting microbial biomass on sediment and water Limboto lake. The count of microbial biomass was 6.45x107 CFUgr-1 (in sediment) and 2.18x106 CFUml-1 (the water). The enrichment ex-situ microcosmos technique with winogradsky colomn was succesfully determinate microbial diversity based on microbial metabolic activity. The microbial metaolic activity was show through physical, chemistry and biological change on sediment and water sample. That means was aquatic ecosystem on Limboto lake contain some microbial metabolic groups (guilds). The guilds were show microbial activity in the ecosystem, especially on sediment colomn, microaerophylic and water colomn.

Abstract

Ide dasar bahwa penyebaran suatu zat dapat dikurangi atau dihalangi dengan sistem bloking diuji denganmenggunakan metode komputasi dinamika fluida (CFD). Keragaman kondisi fisik pembatas antara sumber zatdan penerima zat meliputi : kerapatan, besaran (tinggi dan panjang), perletakan terhadap bangunan/jalan danarah angin diuji pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan mengurangi penyebaran debu halus dari jalan raya ke dalambangunan yang lokasinya berdekatan dengan jalan tersebut. Kondisi cuaca yang menyertai pengujiandikhususkan pada kondisi iklim tropis lembab. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pagar pembatas yangterbuat dari bahan dengan kerapatan 100% mampu mengurangi penyebaran debu halus di balik pagar sampai11 %.

Abstract

This research purposed to know how the density of phylum echinodermata in intertidal zona pantai indah Tanjung Kramat. Gorontalo city. This research is descriptive kuantitative, research with survey methode do observe the data directly. Time of research in two days in night time, taking sample of objects doing in all of points of samples using kuadran size 20x20 meter. Each of classes spesies of objects in kuadran, counted and noted then entried in the place. Identification doing in the lab. The result of the research shown that phylum echinodermata with the highest density index is ophiuroidea, with density indeks 0,375indv/m2 and the lowst is population of holoturoidea with density indeks 0,007 indv/m2.

This study aims to analyze the voltage of each bus on Electric Power System Gorontalo under normal conditions. The problem of this study is limited to the determination of the voltage at various points / bus and channels. The approachmethod of power flow used in this study is the Newton-Rhapson by an accuracyfactor of 0.0001 through simulations with the aid of ETAP 4.0 (Electrical Transient Analyzer Program).

Abstract

Sorghum and millet are food crop cereals that grow well in diverse climate and soil condition including in dry climate in Indonesia. This high dry climate adaptability among other beneficial characteristics such as resistance to pests and high productivity, makes them very potential food plants to cultivate to support food availability for mankind. Recently it has been reported than both sorghum and millet have health functionality due to their bioactive components in addition to the normally existing nutrient content such as phenolic and fibers compounds. ?-glucan is among the fiber content in sorghum and possibly millet and has been reported to produce good health effects such as prevents diabetes, radiation, and inflammation, and lowers cholesterol. Our previous research has shown that both sorghum and millet have high antioxidant activities. The method of research in this study consists of two procedures. The first one consists of trying of processing procedures of sorghum and millet. The best processing procedures were screened by organoleptic evaluation and chemical analysis. The second procedure consist of ?-glucan extraction and testing in immune-modulator on human lymphocyte cells. The results of this research showed that both sorghum polished for 20 second and millet for 100 second as the most accepted by limited panelist. Extract glucan are the highest from unpolished (12%) and polished for 20 second (6.7%) while millet polished for 100 second resulted in 3.2% glucan. Sorghum and millet that have the highest glucan content also showed the highest lymphocyte proliferation stimulation activity obtained in our previous research, which indicate immunomodulator activity of both sorghum and millet related to their glucan content. Abstrak: Sorgum dan jewawut merupakan tanaman serealia yang dapat tumbuh di berbagai keadaan lingkungan sehingga sangat potensial dibudidayakan dan dikembangkan, khususnya pada daerah-daerah marginal dan kering di Indonesia. Keunggulan sorgum terletak pada daya agroekologi yang luas, tahan terhadap kekeringan, produksi tinggi, lebih tahan terhadap hama dan penyakit dibandingkan tanaman pangan lain. Sorgum dan jewawut merupa-kan serealia yang menyehatkan dan berpotensi menggantikan beras sehingga menunjang program diversifikasi pangan sumber karbohidrat, mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan dan kandungan vitamin dan mineral, juga merupakan sumber serat pangan yang sangat baik bagi kesehatan pencernaan dan kesehatan secara umum. Serat pangan ?-glukan merupakan komponen penting yang terdapat pada sorgum dan jewawut dilaporkan memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kesehatan seperti antihiperkolesterol, antiradiasi, antiinflamasi dan antidiabetes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkat-kan potensi serealia sorgum dan jewawut sebagai pangan fungsional yang berfungsi sebagai imunomodulator. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap yakni tahapan pertama meliputi pengolahan sorgum dan jewawut berdasarkan waktu penyosohan. Tahapan kedua adalah analisa kandungan gizi seperti analisa proksimat, ekstraksi ?-glukan, uji aktivitas imuno-modulator terhadap proliferasi sel limfosit. Hasil penelitian terhadap tepung biji sorgum dan jewawut berdasarkan waktu sosoh 20 detik untuk sorgum dan 100 detik untuk jewawut terpilih beberapa formula yang digunakan untuk analisa terbaik. Ekstrak glukan tertinggi pada sorgum non sosoh (12%) dan sosohan 20 detik (6.7%) sedangkan untuk jewawut pada sosohan 100 detik (3.2%). Ekstrak serat glukan tertinggi signifikan terhadap indeks stimulasi proliferasi sel limfosit dan berbeda nyata dengan kontrol. Hal ini menandakan adanya aktivitas imunomodulator ekstrak glukan dari sorgum dan jewawut. Kata Kunci: Sorgum, Jewawut, Ekstrak Glukan, Proliferasi sel limfosit.
