Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits felt by MSME actors from the results of providing MSME cash direct assistance and to determine the extent to which the results of economic growth in Kedumulyo Village are a result of the provision of direct cash. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in the form of sources, events and activities, as well as documents. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis. The validity of the data is done by using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that related to the form of distribution of MSME BLT, namely through the nearest BRI Bank, MSME actors received MSME cash assistance 1 time, which was Rp. 2.400.000 million which was used to increase business capital. business development of MSME actors in Kedumulyo Village. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the provision of direct cash assistance to MSMEs can have an impact on economic growth in Kedumulyo Village.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Santri brand bottled drinking water in Sidoarjo Regency. This is survey research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this research consisted of 100 consumers of Santri bottled drinking water selected through the purposive sampling method. The inclusion criteria were the consumers who regularly purchased this brand product. Data were collected through a questionnaire. To analyze the data, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination (R2), effective contribution, and relative contribution were used. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous relationship between product quality and brand image variables on purchasing decisions. These two variables contributed 56.8% to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to depict the marketing strategy implemented by The Heritage Palace in increasing sales and to describe the constraints and solutions applied by The Heritage Palace in marketing activities. This type of research is qualitative with a case study research design. Research sources were managers, employees, and tourists of The Heritage Palace. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study employed the source and method triangulation. The data analysis technique utilized interactive analysis in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicated that the marketing strategy used by The Heritage Place in increasing sales was to determine the price according to the facilities obtained and conduct promotions by utilizing social media, newspapers, and television and collaborating with tour and travel agents. Heritage Place also had a constraint in performing marketing activities in the pandemic condition that made the government issue regulations to temporarily close tourist attractions. From this constraint, The Heritage had a solution to overcome problems by monitoring and evaluating the situation. These solutions make Heritage Place easier to make decisions to conduct marketing strategies according to government regulations that shift during the pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether the level of work productivity has a relationship with product quality at PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment. The number of samples in this study was 45 employees with a random sampling technique (probability sampling) where the sample selection method for each member of the population had an equal chance of being selected as a member of the sample. Data collection method using questionnaires. The results showed an increase in work productivity carried out at PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment has a moderate degree of correlation or relationship with the quality of the products produced in the company. So that researchers can conclude the level of work productivity in PT. Sari Warna Asli Garment can be improved by the methods and research provided by the company to employees so that there is no decrease in the quality of the products produced.

Abstract

In facing the dynamics of progress in the industrial revolution era, entrepreneurial values become an essential part that university students must own. For this reason, this study aims to describe the entrepreneurial values of university students. This qualitative research used an ethnographic design. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Respondents comprised students from the accounting education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, totaling 12 people. The data validity employed the source and method triangulation analyses, whereas the analysis technique utilized data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results uncovered six entrepreneurial values in accounting education students. 1) Students had self-confidence, seen from their confidence level in their abilities. 2) Students were highly responsible for the tasks given and were task and result oriented. 3) Students were brave and could take risks and anticipate risks that might come at any time. 4) Students had a foresight regarding business opportunities. 5) Students had a leadership spirit and could establish good communication. Also, 6) students could think creatively and innovatively in seeing new opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the management of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah funds at LAZISMU Surakarta City, as well as to describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors faced LAZISMU Surakarta City in carrying out its management. The type of research is qualitative with ethnographic design. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Where for the validity of the data, the researchers used source triangulation. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the management of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at LAZISMU Surakarta City included the management of collection and distribution. Its management consists of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The supporting factors for its management are having clear guidelines, qualified human resources in their fields, high public trust and Muhammadiyah associations, while the inhibiting factors are the density of Islamic education activities, not being able to enter large institutions or companies, as well as changing work patterns and habits in idealizing management. As a result, it is possible to conclude that LAZISMU Surakarta City has implemented a systematic and structured management system.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how much local soybean production is, to explain how much soybeans are needed for tofu entrepreneurs in Mojopuro Village, Jatiroto District, Wonogiri Regency, and to explain how much the price increase is felt by tofu entrepreneurs in Mojopuro Village, Jatiroto District, Wonogiri Regency. The problem in this study is the increase in soybean prices which has an impact on the income of tofu entrepreneurs where their income has decreased since the increase in the staple of their tofu production, namely imported soybeans. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study design. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use interview and documentation techniques. To test the validity of the data used in this study, namely triangulation techniques. In this study, the results of the study obtained that the large number of local soybean production is still insufficient for the needs of tofu entrepreneurs, especially in Mojopuro Village, Jajtiroto District, Wonogiri Regency, because local soybean production in that place is still relatively low. The need for soybeans is also different because the production process itself is also different every day according to market needs or market demand. The increase in soybean prices is indeed very worried by entrepreneurs knowing that if there continues to be an increase, inevitably they will continue to look for strategies so that production costs are covered, but the profits they get will be smaller if the increase in imported soybeans continues to occur in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Kadipiro Village government as measured by the balanced scorecard method. This research uses qualitative research with case study design. The resource persons in this study were the village head, village secretary, village treasurer, head of the welfare section, chairman and secretary of the Village Consultative Body, head of RT, early childhood education teacher, and head of village youth and sports. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Kadipiro Village Government had good performance, (1) The service bureaucracy for the community was in accordance with procedures or rules including the service of making population documents that made it easier for the community, as well as community empowerment contained in the Village Government Work Plan that was right on target and brought many benefits to the community. Public. The Kadipiro Village Government in managing finances has used the SISKEUDES application which makes it easy to compile financial reports, puts forward the principle of transparency by providing an accountability report at the end of the year, namely the preparation of a Medium-Term Development Plan which will be submitted to the BPD, sub-district and district, in addition to reporting in the mass media so that known to the public. The infrastructure development contained in the Village Government Work Plan is right on target by building several facilities and infrastructure such as paving roads, concrete rebates, construction of embankments and bridge repairs. For a good village community security and order system, there is a security system in every RT. The village apparatus has carried out the main tasks of their respective authority functions in accordance with the Sragen Regency Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2017 concerning Organizational Structure and Village Governance.

Abstract

Business to consumers based e-commerce is a business carried out between business people and consumers. ECommerce is part of e-business, where the scope of e-business is wider, not just commerce but also includes collaborating with business partners, customer service, job vacancies etc. This study aims to describe the development of e-commerce in increasing sales of Queen Fashion products through promotion. This study uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The object of this research is the owner, employee and customer of Queen fashion. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Research sources include owners, employees and customer of Queen fashion. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, generally subjective. In conclusion, promotion through e-commerce with the existing marketplace in Queen fashion, can expand the marketing of Queen fashion products to outside the Sragen Regency area, and can be accessed quickly. With this e-commerce can make it easier for consumers to order, choose products, transactions and others. E-Commerce has a very good impact on sales of Queen fashion products, this is based on sales and orders.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research. This study aims to describe the influence of economic literacy and social environment on impulsive buying behavior through online shop media in Karanggeneng village community. The sample used in this study was the Karanggeneng village community, totaling 152 samples. Samples were taken through random sampling method. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was applied in the google form. The result of this research is that economic literacy has no significant and positive effect on impulsive buying behavior, because the value of tcount -2.141 < ttable 1.655. While the social environment has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior, because the value of tcount is 3,221 > ttable 1,655. And the combination of economic literacy and social environment has a significant and positive influence on impulsive buying behavior, because the calculated f value is 8.918 > f table is 3.06.
