Abstract

This research aims to (1) identify the company's internal and external factors in marketing modern broiler products (2) Formulate strategies that can be carried out by companies to increase marketing of modern broiler products in the market regarding product, price, promotion and distribution, (3) Recommend the best strategy from a variety of alternative strategies that can be formulated. This research used qualitative method with a case study research design. The subject is CV. Berdikari Putra Abadi which located in Grogol, Sukoharjo, Indonesia. While the object is modern broiler products. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, participatory and documentation, while the analysis technique uses mile and huberman data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result formulation of an alternative marketing strategy that is obtained based on external and internal factors by entering into a cooperation contract for the distribution of modern broiler and offering custom chicken meat. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the promotion of custom chicken meat is the main recommended priority strategy.

Abstract

Nowadays, internationally recognized test results of construction materials are critical for companies handling government projects in the construction sector. A university's Concrete and Construction Laboratory sees commercialization as a way to expand its capacity and usage to this potential market. The standardization strategy employed in this research is to implement and obtain ISO 17025:2017 accreditation. Preparation of required documents is carried out as the first step in preparing for accreditation. Preparation is done by identifying document requirements, identifying business processes, identifying document completeness using a checklist, analyzing document completeness, and generating conclusions. The results of the identification and analysis of the completeness of the documents using the checklist show that the documents that need to be made by this University’s Concrete and Construction Laboratory are as many as 70 documents and the four documents that have been owned need to be adjusted according to the requirements of ISO 17025:2017.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze profitability, leverage, firm size, and the board of directors on the sustainability report (SR) disclosure. The indicator used to measure SR disclosure was the GRI standard index (2018). The population in this study involved companies listed in the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRR). The sample selection method employed purposive sampling, with a total sample of 189 data. The data were obtained using secondary data from the annual report and sustainability report for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical method utilized was multiple linear regression analysis. The study results empirically proved that profitability, leverage, firm size, and the board of directors affected the disclosure of sustainability reports.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of digital marketing on Firefly Distro. This type of research is qualitative with a case study design. Data collection techniques in this study were: observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation techniques and sources. The data analysis technique used an interactive data analysis model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The object of this research was digital marketing Firefly Distro. While the subjects were admins, employees, and consumers of Firefly Distro. There were three sources in this study, namely admin, employees, and consumers. This research was conducted in Firefly Distro, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java . The results of the research were: Firefly Distro has utilized various e-commerce and social media to reach its consumers. So that they can monitor, provide for the needs and wants of their potential customers, besides that, potential consumers are also easy to find and obtain product information by exploring the virtual world. Various kinds of Instagram features have also been utilized such as captions, hashtags, highlights, bios, stories, feeds, and reels . Through the use of social media, it has the potential to help the marketing process.

Abstract

Accounting standards are an agreement in terms of preparing financial statements. The development of accounting standards in Indonesia continues to increase so that currently there are several kinds of standards for preparing financial statements. The purpose of this study is to understand about Accounting Standards, provide a description of Accounting Standards in Indonesia as well as explain the types of Accounting Standards in Indonesia. The research uses a literature review method in which researchers look for data sources from several university repositories as well as national and international journals. Based on the study conducted, in Indonesia there are 5 types of Accounting Standards in the preparation of financial statements, each of which has its own purpose in its preparation.

Abstract

Vocational high schools are always required to prepare graduates to become ready-to-work graduates in the business and industrial world. Moreover, student job readiness is influenced by internal and external factors. For this reason, this study aims to examine 1) the effect of industrial work practices on vocational high school students' job readiness, 2) the influence of learning achievement on vocational high school students' job readiness, 3) the effect of self-efficacy on vocational high school students job readiness, 4) the influence of industrial work practices, achievement learning, and self-efficacy simultaneously on the vocational high school students' job readiness. This quantitative study used a survey method involving 78 samples of respondents, while the research location was at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. The data collection technique employed a questionnaire, while the data analysis utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The study results revealed: 1) Industrial work practices had a significant effect on job readiness; 2) Learning achievement had a significant effect on job readiness; 3) Self-efficacy had a significant effect on job readiness; 4) Industrial work practices, learning achievement, and self-efficacy simultaneously had a significant effect on job readiness. It proves that job readiness can be influenced by industrial work practices, learning achievement, and self-efficacy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of business actors, accounting knowledge, and business experience on the use of accounting information in SMEs in Ngaringan District, Grobogan Regency. Respondents in this study were MSME actors registered with the SME Cooperative Service in Grobogan Regency; as many as 253 respondents were MSMEs who had used accounting information. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this research is data instrument test (validity test and reliability test), assumption test (normality test, linearity test, multi collinearity test, and heterodastisity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (coefficient of determination, t-test, and test f) which is assisted by the SPSS version 25 application program. The results show that simultaneously the perceptions of business actors, accounting knowledge, and business experience together have a significant effect on the use of accounting information on MSMEs in Grobogan Regency. While the partial test of the perception of business actors, accounting knowledge, and business experience has a significant effect on the use of accounting information on MSMEs in Grobogan Regency. Among the independent variables, only the business experience variable has a not too considerable influence on the use of accounting information.

Abstract

This study aims to identify: 1) Forms of financial management for vannamei in Tasikharjo Village, and 2) Constraints and solutions to financial management problems for vannamei. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study taking the research location in the village. Tasikharjo with shrimp cultivators as resource persons. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction analysis, data validity by triangulation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show: 1) The form of financial management of cultivators in business activities with funds sourced from internal and external, financial planning is carried out starting from pre-dispersal of seeds to the harvesting process and searching for market price information, there is no recording by business actors, reporting is used only profit/loss , then financial management is still mixed with family finances, and saving activities are carried out at the bank. 2) Financial management problems, business actors do not understand proper financial management and assume that there is no need for regular financial management because small businesses are not. The solution to financial management problems for business actors is to try to find a way out by asking their children for help to use financial applications on cellphones and controlling finances so they don't get mixed up with family finances.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out 1) whether there is an effect of visualizing TikTok content videos on the interest in buying fashion for village youth by Makmur, 2) whether there is an effect of OOTD Style creator content on buying interest in fashion for village youths by Makmur, 3) whether there is an effect of video visualization of TikTok content and OOTD Style of creator content on interest in buying fashion for village youth by Makmur. The sample in this study amounted to 171 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method with a comparative causal survey approach. Sampling technique used non-probability sampling with Quota sampling where the researcher took samples from the population that met the requirements. The data collection tool used in this research is the Likert scale in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant effect of visualizing TikTok video content on the interest in buying fashion for village youth by Makmur, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of OOTD Style creator content on the interest in buying fashion for village youth by Makmur, 3) there is a positive and significant effect of video visualization of TikTok content and OOTD Style of creator content on the interest in buying fashion for village youth by Makmur.

Abstract

Research on the potential analysis of Kalimosodo River Tourism in an effort to improve the economic welfare of the community in Sudimoro Village aims to find out how the efforts to develop the potential that exist in Sudimoro Village, to determine community involvement in tourism management in Sudimoro Village, and to determine the economic welfare of the community in the environment around tourism, seen from the increase in people's income before and after the tourism. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the efforts made in developing the potential are through the APBDes which is then budgeted for the manufacture of tourism supporting facilities (2) the community is involved in tourism development, decision making, and trade (3) with this tourism opening opportunities especially for the people of Sudimoro Village, so that they can increase their income.
