Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) is a condition of nutritional deficiency in pregnant women. The issue in this study is the increase in CED cases at Lingkar Barat Health Center, which rose by 10.02% from 3.68% in 2016 to 14.7% in 2017. This study aims to determine the correlation influencing CED among pregnant women at Karya Sakti Health Center, Musi Rawas. This research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size is 44 pregnant women.The study was conducted using univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed that education (p=0.016) and early-age pregnancy (p=0.033) were correlated with the incidence of CED. It is hoped that the health center will enhance programs to manage CED in pregnant women and perform early detection of factors causing CED.Midwives are encouraged to improve their services to pregnant women by increasing knowledge through updated literature and providing direct education to pregnant women about the nutritional needs during pregnancy. They should also offer recommendations on foods rich in folic acid and iron to prevent anemia caused by CED in pregnant women.

Based on a pre-survey of 10 female students, 9 experienced dysmenorrhea during menstruation. Then interviews were conducted with 9 female students who experienced dysmenorrhea, the results were 8 people felt that their activities were disrupted because of the dysmenorrhea experienced, so they felt limited to carry out activities and chose to rest for a while. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at MTS Azhariah Lubuklinggau City. The type of research used is analytic survey research with a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study was MTS students in class VIII and 1X at MTS Azhariah Lubuklinggau City, totaling 54 students. Side taking technique in this research is accidental sampling, Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis using chi square. The results of the study showed that the age of menarche respondents in the normal category aged 11-12 years as many as 30 people. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it is known that respondents with menarche age 11 years were 18 people, respondents with menarche age 12 years were 12 people and respondents with menarche age 13 years were 20 people and age 14 years were 5 people. The results of the study also found that the age of menarche with abnormal categories of age < 12 years and > 14 years was 48 people with details of menarche age < 12 years 48 people and menarche age 14 years as many as 7 people. The researcher suggested that the MTS should be able to work with the Health Center in the relevant area to hold counselling activities regarding dysmenorrhea continuously for students to improve the reproductive health of female students and study concentration of learning.

Early marriage carried out at a young age has a negative impact or risk in a person's life including their health status, both physically and psychologically. Early marriage has an impact on the birth of Low Birth Weight (LBW) children and reproductive health. In 2021 in the Swasti Saba Health Center Work Area, there were around 3,600 children, 8.8% or 388 children who were in early marriage. Knowledge is one of the internal factors in early marriage. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between adolescent knowledge about early marriage and the incidence of early marriage in the Swasti Saba Health Center Work Area. This research is an observational analytical study using a Cross Sectional approach. The research respondents were determined by quota sampling technique with a total of 155 adolescent respondents in the Swasti Saba Health Center Working Area aged 15-21 years. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used was the Chi-Square test. From the results of the data analysis, the level of knowledge of adolescents about early marriage in the good category was 119 (76.8%) respondents, the incidence of early marriage was 10 (6.5%) respondents. The results of the Chi-Square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so there is a significant relationship between adolescent knowledge and the incidence of early marriage. There is a correlation between adolescent knowledge and the incidence of early marriage. It is expected that students will be able to know the impact of early marriage on life and their health status. And have the knowledge to be able to contribute to preventing early marriage in the future.

This research is motivated by the increasing demand for salted fish in Bengkulu City, to find out the factors that affect the demand for salted fish, this research was conducted. One of the areas famous for salted fish is the coastal area of Malabero Beach, Bengkulu City. The objectives in this study include (1) To determine the level of demand for salted fish on the coast of Malabero Beach, Bengkulu City. (2) To analyze what factors affect the demand for salted fish on the coast of Malabero Beach, Bengkulu City. This research was conducted at the stalls of salted fish sellers within the scope of Malabero Village. With a sample of 96 people who are salted fish consumers. Factors that are thought to affect salted fish demand consist of salted fish prices, chicken egg prices, number of family members, total family income, and consumer tastes. The data analysis used is with a Likert scale, and multiple linear analysis. The conclusions of this study are (1) the level of demand for salted fish on average 280.2 which is included in the moderate category. (2) factors that have a real effect on the demand for salted fish are family income, and consumer tastes.

Kopi Janji Jiwa, located in Bengkulu City, has become part of the coffee-loving community, with various menu variants offered, making more and more consumers come, the menu offered at Kopi Janji Jiwa is very diverse, starting from menus containing coffee, without coffee, earl gray series, soeram series, berry series, pandan series and the newest series, namely the milk tea series. The decision to purchase a product is the final action in the process of purchasing a product. Producers must understand what consumers actually expect from a product, so they can carry out appropriate marketing strategies to achieve sales goals. Several factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions include price, product, consumer tastes, location and promotion. This research aims to analyze purchasing decisions at Kopi Janji Jiwa, Bengkulu City and to analyze factors related to purchasing decisions for Kopi Janji Jiwa, Bengkulu City. Determining the research location was carried out purposively, using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis which aims to answer the first objective of this research, namely the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bengkulu City. To analyze factors related to purchasing decisions, non-parametric statistical analysis methods are used, namely the Spearman Rank correlation test. To find out whether there is a relationship between variable X and variable Y, a non-parametric statistical analysis tool is used, namely the Spearman Rank correlation test (Rs). The results of this research, namely answering the first problem formulation with the Purchase Decision Assessment, have a final score of 4.04, which means it is included in the good category. Factors related to the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee are product, price, place and promotion with the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee having a very significant relationship with a strong relationship with the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bengkulu City.

Corruption is one of the serious challenges facing Indonesia, with widespread impacts on various aspects, including the economy, social life, and the level of public trust in the government. To overcome this problem, various regulations have been issued and eradication efforts continue to be carried out, involving the active role of the government and law enforcement officers. This study uses two approaches, namely the normative legal approach and the empirical legal approach. The data collected include primary data, obtained through interviews with respondents related to the subject matter of this thesis, as well as secondary data taken from literature studies. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results and discussion of the study show that the Prabumulih City Government through the Regional Inspectorate has shown commitment in efforts to prevent corruption by implementing the principles of good governance, transparency, and accountability.

During pregnancy, regular supervision or examination is required or better known as Antenatal Care (ANC). Antenatal Care is the most important thing of pregnancy, by checking pregnancy regularly, it is hoped that it can detect conditions that contain risks in pregnancy and / or childbirth for both the mother and the fetus. Good communication between midwives and pregnant women greatly affects the satisfaction of pregnant women in receiving services by midwives. So that mutual trust between midwives and patients can be obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between midwife communication and the level of satisfaction of pregnant women in Antenatal Care services. The method in this study is descriptive correlative with a cross sectional approach. The sample was 40 people using total sampling technique. Data analysis using chi square test.The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between midwife communication and the satisfaction of pregnant women in ANC services with a P-value = 0.000. The results of this study are expected to increase self-awareness to pay more attention to the health conditions of the womb by conducting ANC visits according to standards.

The Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Jakarta has recently come under public scrutiny due to various issues, including allegations of corruption and dissatisfaction among business operators regarding the services provided, which indicate problems in employee performance effectiveness. The implementation of training programs and the low work motivation of employees have also affected work outcomes, as evidenced by delays in program completion and poor adherence to attendance standards. This study is crucial for understanding how training and work motivation can enhance employee performance effectiveness, contributing to the optimal achievement of organizational goals. This research will be conducted at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Jakarta from May to July 2024, using a quantitative descriptive approach. The location was chosen for its relevance to the research focus, which aims to examine the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance effectiveness. The research sample consists of 22 respondents, with training (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variables, and employee performance effectiveness (Y) as the dependent variable. The analysis results show that training (X1) has a 58.7% influence on employee performance effectiveness at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Jakarta, while work motivation (X2) has a 39.3% influence. Simultaneously, both variables affect employee performance effectiveness by 44.2%.

The performance of the HKBP Tanjung Karang Church Council members is crucial in supporting the church's vision and mission, yet it is still affected by suboptimal motivation and work ethic. Data indicate a high level of absenteeism and tardiness, reflecting low motivation. Although most work programs have been implemented, performance outcomes have not met the expected targets. This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation and work ethic on the performance of Church Council members, with the hope of providing recommendations to improve the performance and effectiveness of the church organization. The research will be conducted at HKBP Tanjung Karang from June to July 2024 using a descriptive quantitative approach, aiming to present factual and accurate information about a specific population. Field research methods will be used, with all 35 council members serving as the sample, making this a population study. The variables investigated include the independent variables, Motivation (X1) and Work Ethic (X2), and the dependent variable, Church Council Performance (Y). A Likert-scale questionnaire will be used as the data collection instrument. Quantitative analysis results show that Motivation (X1) influences Church Council Performance (Y) by 59.5%, while Work Ethic (X2) influences it by 61.2%. Simultaneously, these two variables impact Church Council Performance at HKBP Tanjung Karang by 60.5%, with the remainder influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
