Abstract

The rapid growth of the hotel business has resulted in a very high level of competition between these hotels. For this reason, hotel managers must try their best to run and take advantage of the existing market by providing a good image and special services to their guests. In the era of globalization, the world of technology and information is developing very rapidly, one of which supports technology is the internet, which is an unlimited global online network that provides millions of types of information. So that many hotels use internet facilities in the room reservation process. This is because this method is considered to have several other advantages compared to a direct room reservation system, which will affect the behavior of the hotel both in terms of management and ordering and information services provided. Online media is one of the promotional tools that really helps the development of a hotel, in line with the development of technology, hotel room reservations are carried out by various methods: the reservation method is the method used by prospective guests to make room reservations, including telephone, letter, fax, hotel website, walk in and online travel agency. This type of travel agent provides online reservation services. Which later at check-in, guests will get a room voucher given by the OTA. Based on the findings in the field when carrying out observations or observations at the Front Office, there are several things that have not been maximized in carrying out the duties of this department. So it was found in the field that there were differences in views in the check-in process carried out by the receptionist against guests who came through the Online Travel Agent (OTA) in terms of the receptionist who did not ask for the voucher brought by the Online Travel Agent (OTA) guest so that receptionist officers do not carry out appropriate procedures in receiving guests through Online Travel Agents, so that when guests check-in, there are several guest complaints about front office services, especially in showing the identity of a legal husband and wife to the receptionist. Also at check-in, guests feel uncomfortable when showing the identity of the couple. Sometimes the clerk also forgets to ask for the room booking voucher that has been given by Traveloka and causes guests to be unhappy, which should be a very important thing in order to avoid mistakes when registering guests who will stay.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that: 1) The role of sharia financing savings and loan coorperative (KSPPS BMT) in supporting capital for micro, small and medium enterprises in the Bukit Gado-Gado sub district is to improve the walfare of members, especially mocro, small and medium enterprises. But this role is not working properly. This is evidenced by the 11 people who received financing, 9 people entered the non current category and 2 people entered the current category. The reason is because the profits from the business they run are used to meet their daily needs. 2) The obstacles faced by sharia financing savings and loan coorperatives are the non performing of micro, small and medium business actors in paying installments. So that the performance of coorperatives in carrying out their roles as institutions that support capital for micro, small and medium enterprises is disrupted and the lack of socialization carried out by coorperatives to micro, small and medium enterprises. The suggestions for this research are as follows: 1) KSPPS BMT Bukit Gado-Gado needs to conduct socialization related to the benefits of getting access to capital from coorperatives to all mico, small and medium business actors so that they can increase the number of micro, small and medium business actors who become members of financing from coorperatives. KSPPS BMT Bukit Gado-Gado must improve services and form programs to attract micro, small and medium enterprises to become members of the coorperative. 2) Micro, small and medium business actors who take loans from coorperatives must have a high awareness of making installment

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Padang City until the end of 2019 has an important role, in recruiting workers, and deciding the unemployment rate. Entering the beginning of 2020, all predictions collapsed. The Covid -19 outbreak has destroyed the economic order and undermined self-reliance. This research is structured using analytical descriptive method - a method that serves to describe objects, through samples that have been collected. Since the end of 2019 it is known that 40 thousand UMKM have been developed by the Padang City Government. Since Covid-19, as many as 10,468 UMKM from 11 sub-districts and 104 urban villages in Padang City have experienced shocks and cannot move - especially from the food industry sector. To break the chain that destroys UMKM, the Government is trying to provide debt, through the Sharia Financing Savings and Loan Cooperative, collaborating with BUMN, and others

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the process of providing People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sungayang Unit, Sungayang District, Tanah Datar Regency, 2) To find out how the obstacles are faced, 3) To find out how efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles encountered.This study uses a descriptive method. Based on the result of analysis data authors draw the following conclusions: 1) The process of granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sungayang Unit, Sungayang District, Tanah Datar Regency consists of: Credit Application Stage, Credit Analysis Stage / Examination Stage , Stage of Giving Credit Decision, Stage of Credit Disbursement/Credit Agreement and Stage of Repayment of Credit Facilities. 2) Obstacles faced include: non-performing loans and the decreasing number of debtors of People's Business Credit (KUR). 3) Efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles faced, including: conducting continuous collections and tightening credit analysis and carrying out socialization of People's Business Credit (KUR) to the public and related parties, that people's business loans are for productive businesses that emphasize feasibility. Abstract

Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Community Participation in the Main Program of Family Welfare Development in Nagari Sungai Dareh, Pulau Punjung District, namely a) Participation of thoughts, namely the proposal to make a toga planted with red ginger for a competition to make red ginger candy and work together in case of disaster. b) Participation of personnel, namely participating in mutual cooperation in cleaning the environment and participating in helping communities affected by floods, c) Participating in property, namely by giving the community a table for posyandu activities in Jorong Koto Tangah, donating a plot of land for Poskesri development, donate kitchen utensils that are used as PKK assets, namely glasses, plates and cauldrons and donate assets in the form of money and also become monthly donors, d) Skill participation, namely skills in making bags, purses, baskets and tablecloths, cooking skills and making cakes so that the community can help the household economy. 2) Factors Affecting Community Participation in the Main Program for Family Welfare Empowerment in Nagari Sungai Dareh, Pulau Punjung District, namely a) Communication that fosters effective or successful understanding. b) Changes in attitudes, opinions and behavior caused by understanding that raises awareness. c) Awareness based on calculations and considerations. d) Willingness to do something that grows from the bottom of one's heart without being forced by others. e) There is a sense of responsibility towards the common interest. Based on the conclusions above, the authors provide the following suggestions: 1) It is hoped that the PKK will involve all elements of society in every program implemented. 2) To be more creative in utilizing all available resources in the surrounding environment, so that all program activities in various fields driven by the PKK driving team can run well

Abstract

Based on the description in the previous chapters, the author draws the following conclusions: 1) The role of public relations at the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency is as a Communicator, Relationship Builder, as Image Builder. 2) Constraints faced in relation to the role of public relations in the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency include the Coordination Pattern, Position, unprofessional public relations human resources or placement not in accordance with their competence, lack of support for facilities and infrastructure in the Public Relations Board. Regional Representatives (DPRD) of Solok Regency due to the lack of availability of funds. 3) Efforts made in overcoming the constraints faced in relation to the role of public relations at the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency include the commitment of the leadership to provide space for PR to work according to their functions so that the pattern of coordination between public relations and other parts can be bind up with good. The position of public relations needs to be maintained even its role must be increased. One of them is by establishing good cooperation and coordination with other parts of a government environment in terms of providing accurate information. Abstract

Jalan Padang By Pass is a development project carried out by the government in 1991 which was precisely carried out during the Repelita IV period. The Padang By Pass Road construction project was built to extend east of Padang City, from Lubuk Begalung Village to Duku Village, Pariaman Regency. The construction of the Padang By Pass Road was completed in 1993, which was marked by the opening of the Padang By Pass Road to the public. The construction of Jalan Padang By Pass has had an impact on the surrounding community. The impact of this development can not only be felt after the project is completed, but has been felt before the project is carried out, namely in the process of land acquisition. In the case of land acquisition, the government uses a method called land consolidation.

Abstract

The research was aimed to find out how the treasurer financial administration at MAN 5 Agam Regency, the obstacles faced, and also efforts were made to overcome the obstacles faced. The result of this research find that the financial administration of the spending treasurer at MAN 5 Agam consists of: a) The Expenditure Treasurer records evidence of fund spending transactions into BKU, b) From this recording process in produce documents in the form of a Cash Receipt and Expenditure Book, a VAT / PPh Tax Book, an advance book, an Expenditure Recapitulation Book per Object Details, c) Then the Spending Treasurer makes SPJ the Spending Treasurer consisting of BKU, VAT / PPh Tax Book, and proof of tax payment, Cash Receipts and Expenditures Book, Advance Book, Expenditure Recapitulation Book Per Detail. 2) The obstacles faced include a) SPJ submitted there are still many errors, b) Delays in submitting SPJ, c) Financial reports of MAN 5 Agam are generally still far from expectations. 3) The efforts made include: a) Making improvements and adjustments to the PN and Ph treasurer expenditure tax book reports, b) Increasing the attitude of discipline and responsibility to all human resources, c) Increasing the coordination of cooperation / cooperation for compilers and evaluators of documents. budget documents.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic is a major public problem that must be resolved by the government as its obligation to protect all citizens. Puskesmas as a national health system is a means of providing individual and community health services. This allows the puskesmas to provide vaccine services to all levels of society in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine community satisfaction with vaccination services at the Puskesmas. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive method, which was carried out from July to September 2021. The population in the study was people who received the first dose of vaccination at the Mandiangin Health Center, Bukittinggi City. The level of patient satisfaction was measured using the servqual method by distributing questionnaires to 89 people participating in the Covid 19 vaccine. Each statement was scored using a Likert scale of 1-4. In this study, the highest community satisfaction scores were produced in each dimension, namely; Appearance of health workers (87.6%), timely implementation of vaccines (78.6%), vaccine complaints handled properly (75.2%), patient confidentiality maintained (89.8%), and vaccine services do not discriminate differentiate community status (94.3%). Puskesmas need to maintain and improve existing achievements. Some things that need to be considered for further improvement include providing detailed information to the public regarding vaccines as a whole so that the public can receive clear and detailed information.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze in depth the application of Finger Print in improving employee work discipline at the Palembang City Youth and Sports Service Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While testing the validity of the data is done by persistence and observation and triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is technical triangulation. The results of the study show that the application of Finger Print in improving employee work discipline at the Palembang City Youth and Sports Service Office has been carried out well, this is because employees have carried out their responsibilities very well, and their employees are able to adapt well. This can be seen from the results of interviews with the Head of Service, Secretary of Service, Head of Umpeg Subdivision, Umpeg Staff in the field of Finger Print and the results of observations made by the researchers stated that the indicators the author used had been implemented so that it made the application of Finger Print effective and efficient
