Abstract

This study  was conducted to determine the response of superovulation by giving 16 ml dosage  of FSH hormone to female Pesisir cattle.  The estrus schedule of 15 Pesisir cows was set by inserting CIDR (Controlled Internal Drug Release) into the vagina for 12 days. At day 10, all cattles were injected with FSH for three consequent days but with decreasing dosage. On the 3rd day, FSH injection was accompanied by PGF2α injection and CIDR was removed. The detection of estrus was performed at  day 13. Natural mating was proceeded after the estrus signs visible. Collection of donor embryos was done on the 6th and 8th day after mating. The variables  measured were the response of superovulation, total number of corpus luteum, number of embryos and sex ratio. The results obtained were all  Pesisir cows responded to superovulation. The  average number of of corpus luteum and embryoes per cow were  5.93±3.17 and -----, respectively,  while the total of transferable embryoes were 90, with an average of 6.00 or 61.64%. The sexing of embryoes obtained in this study from 146 embryoes awere 76.03% males (111 embryoes) and 23.97% females (35 embryoes). Based on total of transferable embryoes, there were 51.37% male embryos and 11.28% of females embryos. The result of this study showed that the sex ratio of male embryos was higher than female embryos.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemberian informed consent sebelum pre operasi mempengaruhi penurunan tingkat kecemasan dengan baik oleh pasien.Persetujuan tindakan medik informed consent adalah persetujuan yang diberikan oleh pasien atau keluarganya atas dasar penjelasan mengenai tindakan medik yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian informed consent dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi di RS Bina Husada Cibinong Tahun 2021. Metode: Metode penelitian ini bersifat korelasi kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 siswa dan Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 51.  Angket kuesioner yang dipakai berskala baku yaitu tingkat kecemasan DASS42.  Analisa data menggunakan Uji Rank Spearman (Spearman's rho). Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik yaitu uji rank spearman (Spearman’s rho). Didapatkan hubungan antara pemberian informed consent dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di RS Bina Husada Cibinong p-value 0,023 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pemberian informed consent dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di RS Bina Husada Cibinong.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit yang meyebabkan kematian dini,  dan penyebab utama kebutaan, penyakit jantung, dan gagal ginjal di dunia dengan prevalensinya semakin meningkat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam diabetes pada lansia terhadap nilai kadar gula darah. Metode: Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan penelitian quasi experimen dengan desain penelitian pre-test dan post-test nonequivalent control grup. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien diabetes mellitus yang menjadi anggota PERSADIA di kelompok senam PKJN RSJ dr.H. Mazoeki Mahdi Bogor yaitu berjumlah 196 orang. Pemilihan  sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling (purposive sampling) sehingga jumlah sampel yang didapat sebanyak 34 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariate dengan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil: Dari hasil pengujian data univariat didadapatkan distribusi jenis kelamin sebagian besar adalah perempuan (70,6%) dengan lama riwayat diabetes 1-5 tahun (55,9%) dan memiliki riwayat keluarga dengan diabetes mellitus (67,6%). Dari hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan pengaruh senam diabetes terhadap gula darah dengan  ρ-value = 0.004 < 0.05. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dapat di simpulkan adanya penurunan gula darah pada pasien diabetes mellitus setelah melakukan senam diabetes.

Abstract

Islamic education management requires continuous innovation to stay relevant and beneficial. This system relies on the Qur'an and Hadith to guide individuals towards a better life in this world and the Hereafter. Key principles include integration, balance, universality, and dynamism. This study explores these principles in shaping noble character through Surah Al-Ahzab 33:70, using textual and contextual analysis. It draws from primary data in the Qur'an and secondary sources like tafsir books. The findings show that Islamic education management principles influence behavior towards God, oneself, others, and the environment, emphasizing honesty to foster progress and contribute to effective planning.

Abstract

Epistemology in Islam and its relation to the content and process of Muslim education is the subject of study in this article. Perceptions related to Islamic revivalism that spread in several regions of the world demand an integrated education system based on Islam. Spiritual education provides religious and academic currents with various implications for forming mental health. This article examines the reorientation of spiritual education thought in Islam. This study is interesting to do considering the thought of spiritual education from the point of view of the Al-Quran and Sunnah does not appear as a disconnected educational thought but a living and dynamic thought construction. This study is a literature study with a qualitative approach, while the theory used was the theory of Islamic education initiated by educational thinkers. Hence, spiritual education’s ultimate goal is identical to creating servants in realizing servitude, giving rise to mental health as a parameter of happiness in life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing medication adherence in heart failure patients at Persahabatan Hospital. The research method used is observational analytics with a cross-sectional study approach using a retrospective system. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents who adhered to taking medication were 78 people (56.1%). Factors that are significantly related to medication adherence are anxiety and family support, and the most dominant variable is the Anxiety variable (p-value: 0.018., OR: 3.157., 95%CI 1.220 – 8.171). In conclusion, the more optimal the family support received by the respondent, the better their compliance with treatment. The more the respondent does not experience anxiety, the more obedient the respondent is in taking medication. Keywords: Determinants of Compliance with Medication, Heart Failure.

Abstract

This research was designed to find out the biography, thoughts of Ibn Sina, and the relevance of these thoughts to contemporary Islamic education in Indonesia. The research method used is the library research method which carries out literature studies through various sources of information. At the data analysis stage, the author uses a content analysis method which is useful for compiling and selecting data related to thoughts from various sources of information related to Ibn Sina's thoughts on education. The results obtained are that there is relevance in the aspect of educational goals and learning methods from the thoughts conveyed by Ibnu Sina with Contemporary Islamic Education in Indonesia. Where the educational objectives conveyed by Ibnu Sina are regarding the development of all aspects of students by paying attention to character, this is in accordance with the general educational objectives in Indonesia. Apart from that, the learning methods presented by Ibnu Sina have relevance in their application to learning methods in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

A strong approach to the formation of religious character in schools can indeed be reflected through the school culture implemented. School culture is a characteristic of every school that only each school has. So it's no wonder every school has different rules. This study aims to find: 1). The form of school culture programs in building religious character, 2). The implementation of school culture in building religious character, 3). The impact of the success of school culture in building religious character. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at MTa Ar-Rahmah Kediri. Data analysis used by researchers is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are known that: 1). The form of school culture programs in building the religious character of participants carried out with 6S such as cultured manners, amaliah dhuha, tahlil, reading the Qur'an, focuses on fundamentals. 2). Implementation of school culture in building the religious character of students through Islamic values, Islamic activities, and Islamic symbols. 3). The successful implementation of school culture in building the religious character of students has a significant and increasing impact on students, teachers, and staff on the school.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate ideas on character education in Islam, referring to the Quran and Sunnah as the main guidelines for Muslims. The study also examines how these concepts relate to the current era of globalization. The focus of this study is character issues, which are very important to study, especially because of the dynamics of life in the current era of globalization. The research method used is literature study, which involves the use of primary data sources from the Quran as well as various relevant scientific papers. The Quran offers character education concepts such as faith in Allah (monotheism), compassion (including filial piety to parents and children), responsibility, and peace-loving. The results of this study increase our understanding of the importance of character education in overcoming the challenges faced in the era of globalization. This research finds that applying Islamic character values as the main foundation for building a firm and characterful character is very important in facing the increasingly complex dynamics of globalization.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) merupakan salah satu penyakit autoimun yang berupa inflamasi arthritis pada pasien dewasa, sehingga penderita penyakit rheumatoid arthritis akan mengalami gejala berupa rasa nyeri pada bagian sinovial sendi, sarung tendon, dan akan mengalami penebalan akibat radang yang diikuti oleh erosi tulang dan destruksi tulang disekitar sendi. Jahe (Zinger Officinale Rose) mempunyai manfaat yang sangat beragam, antara lain sebagai  rempah-rempah, minyak atsiri, pemberi aroma pada masakan, bahkan dapat menjadi obat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Kombinasi Kompres Jahe dan Senam Rematik dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien Rhematoid Arthritis. Metode: Menggunakan rancangan quasy experiment dengan pre-post group control design dengan 30 responden yang dibagi secara acak menjadi 3 kelompok. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan keluhan nyeri pada lutut atau sendi. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah data karakteristik responden yang terdiri dari usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, terapi kompres jahe dan senam rematik sebagai variabel Independen dan nyeri pada  rheumatoid arthritis sebagai variabel dependen.  Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala nyeri NRS. Penilaian nyeri dilakukan dengan melalukan observasi skala nyeri. Nyeri ringan dengan skala 1-3, nyeri sedang 4-6 dan nyeri berat 7-10. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil: Dari ketiga kelompok uji normalitas menggunakan shapiro wilk menunjukkan nilai P-value < 0,05. Dan uji stastistik menggunakan paired T-test menunjukkan nilai p-Value 0,05. Kesimpulan: Pemberian kombinasi kompres jahe dan senam rematik menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan untuk menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien Rheumatoid Arthritis.
