Abstract

Misconceptions of students or a wrong understanding of a mathematical concept are often found during learning as above the problem. Therefore, misconceptions are one of the things that must be considered in the world of education. All efforts to improve the quality of education ultimately aim to improve the abilities of students. One of the abilities of students can be seen from the students' understanding of a concept. Misconception is a part of the conceptual framework that is wrong but is considered correct by the learner so that errors occur that appear repeatedly and consistently. Analysis of the thinking process of students on this topic of inequality is carried out in order to obtain a clear picture of the occurrence of misconceptions experienced by students. So that a clear picture of this misconception will be used as a way to prevent misconceptions. The investigation of misconceptions in this study begins with describing the learners' mistakes in the topic of inequality. Continue to trace what misconceptions the learners experienced. So that a clear picture of the misconceptions of students on the topic of inequality is obtained. Based on this description, the researcher will examine with the title "Misconceptions of The Thinking Process of Students with Educators on the Topic of Inequality". The following will be presented the various misconceptions experienced by learners on the topic of inequality found by the researcher: 1) The learner considers that when completing A variable inequality (e.g. x) must always be present on the left or on the left segment; 2) The learner considers that the process of solving the inequality is the same as the equation; 3) The learner considers that when multiplying or dividing the two condiment segments by a negative number the sign of adversity does not need to be changed; 4) The learner assumes that when the form of a fraction is in the form of a fraction, the segment that has a fraction must be multiplied by the KPK from the denominator, and vice versa; 5)The learner assumes that if the absolute value of the sign is omitted it is equal in value

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia had resulted all activities having to be done at home. Therefore, the world of education must be able to create learning media that can be operated effectively from home. The problem of this research is the use of the Google classroom application in the physics learning process at SMAN 1 Sariwangi. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to identify and analyze the use of the Google Classroom application in the learning process. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through interviews and observations. The subjects in this study were students of Class X IPA 1.The results showed that the Google Classroom application is a very flexible learning medium in place and time. The use of the google classroom application is also effective for distributing teaching materials and collecting assignments cause they use stationery. Any teacher can easily upload PowerPoints, videos and questions using Google Classroom. The conclusion of this research is that learning through the Google Classroom application is the right tool chosen for teachers, even though there are several obstacles that must be faced in the face of limited internet networks in some areas, the use of quotas, and at the same time the faciloties faced by some students

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in education is a continuous effort by schools, especially school leaders, to make schools more qualified. This entrepreneurial spirit is about reading opportunities carefully, examining all elements of the institution to look for new and innovative, researching realistic and available resources, managing risks and well-being (making profits). (including striving to The problems with this scientific study are: 1) How is entrepreneurship education implemented in schools? Abstract

Basic network subject is productive subject in computer and network engineering major. In the learning process,the teacher wants the student to be able to master not only cognitive but also psychomotor and attitude ability. To solve the problem, the teacher apply Project Based Learning. The goal of the research is to measure the result from psychomotor and affective aspect in Project Based Learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by using questioner and observation during learning in class. Based on the results of the study, it was found that work attitude became the highest psychomotor aspect of 86.30% and work results became the smallest aspect of 74.10%. Meanwhile, other aspects have met the minimum completeness, namely, work preparation of 84.30%, work process of 77.00% and implementation time of 78.60%. The value of the Cooperation aspect is 85.10% better than other aspects, while the confidence aspect is the smallest aspect of 76.20%. Meanwhile, for other aspects, satisfactory results were obtained, for aspects of manners 78.10%, discipline 80.70%, and responsibility 76.90%

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya which was studied, there are still problems in the learning process, such as there are still teachers who have not prepared learning before teaching, teachers have not used varied learning strategies so that students feel bored and do not focus on participating in learning activities. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) How is the teacher empowerment program in improving school achievement? 2) What are the priorities of teacher empowerment programs in improving school achievement? 3) How is the implementation of teacher empowerment programs in improving school achievement? 4) How to control teacher empowerment programs in improving school achievement?; 5) What are the barriers to teacher empowerment programs in improving school achievement?; 6) How to overcome the obstacles of teacher empowerment programs in improving school achievement? In this study, descriptive and explanatory methods were used. In the research, the data source chosen was all teachers at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya. The sampling technique uses census techniques so that all populations are sampled, namely 57 people. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 1) The Head of SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya in implementing the teacher empowerment program has sent teachers to take part in workshops, upgrades, and training at the sub-district, district, provincial, and even national levels as long as there is an opportunity. 2) The principal has priority in carrying out teacher empowerment programs, namely the existence of priority programs that can improve the ability of teachers so that school achievement increases, namely holding a work shop that is carried out to provide new insights to teachers; 3) The principal has implemented a teacher empowerment program to improve school achievement by including teachers in various MGMP programs and trainings organized by the religious affairs department. 4) The principal has controlled the teacher empowerment program in improving school achievement by carrying out supervision and supervision to improve and improve the quality of learning in the classroom which ultimately also has an impact on improving the quality of education. 5) Some of the obstacles faced by the principal to improve school achievement include: there are differences in the thinking ability of educators, education staff and students in understanding the vision and mission to produce educational personnel with strong and intelligent characteristics. 6) Efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by the principal to improve school achievement, including conducting continuous and systematic socialization so that teachers have the same perception of the existing vision and mission, planning work programs carefully and meticulously so as not to clash with existing rules

Abstract

Google Classroom's approach to learning is part of our strategy to use technology to facilitate the learning process for teachers and students. Through this Google Classroom, teachers can provide materials related to the subjects they teach. This is so that students can immediately see their grades, such as presenting materials, submitting assignments, and uploading student grades. Additionally, Google Classroom could be an alternative to replace late meetings when teachers are out of town or busy during class hours. The formulation of the problem in this study is as follows. How can using Google Classroom for online learning improve history learning outcomes? The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research related to problem-solving strategies. The reason for using this qualitative descriptive study is that the authors want to improve and enhance the quality of learning. Based on our findings: 1) On Basic Skills 3.7, 2 (5.6%) students had the lowest scores with values between 75 and 79, and 13 (36.1%) participants had the highest scores with values between 85 and 89; educate the 2) For baseline competency 3.8, 12 (33.3%) students had the lowest scores with values between 80 and 84, and 8 (22.2%) students had the highest scores with values between 90 and 94. 3) For Basic Competency 3.9, the lowest score with a value less than 75 is 1 (2.8%) student and the highest score with a value between 90 and 94 is 4  (11.1%) students. 4) For Baseline Competency 3.10, 3 (8.3%) students had the lowest score with a value less than 75 and 4 (11.1%) students had the highest score with a value between 95 and 100

Abstract

GoEntrepreneurship is the attitude, soul and ability to create something new that is valuable and useful to yourself and others. Entrepreneurship is a mindset and spirit that is always positive or creative, empowering, creative, creative, humble, and seeks to increase income through business. Entrepreneurship occurs when someone tries to develop a new business or idea. Entrepreneurs are always dissatisfied with their performance. An entrepreneur is someone who can seize the opportunity to develop a business in order to improve the standard of living. Against this background, the author believes that entrepreneurship should be cultivated in schools with the aim of making it a habit, so that young entrepreneurs grow from an early age. The problem in this case study is the impact of e-commerce SOS (SMANKA online shop) on increasing entrepreneurship in schools. Based on our findings, we are very satisfied with the results, more than 1000 users, 512 partners, and 600 transactions registered on E-commerce SOS within 100 days of using e-commerce SOS. Students feel an advantage in personal character/ethics, online sales procedures, and store setup to attract buyers. This study is therefore of great value in preparing students for the future

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve critical thinking skills and mathematical connections in learning mathematics. This research is an action research with collaborative implementation between observers and researchers as actors of action. The research step is a reflection of action with the pattern of "Recycled Assessment Process (Cycle)". This step is carried out repeatedly consisting of Planning-Action-Observation-Reflection. The research was carried out from July 2022 until the end of semester 1 in December 2022. The subjects in this study were class VII E students of SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka in the academic year 2021-2022. The number of students is 32 people consisting of 16 male students and 16 female students. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the effect of learning using the implementation of the differentiated instruction approach on improving connection skills and critical thinking skills of Class VII E students of SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka, Majalengka Regency, the following conclusions are put forward: Improving connection skills and critical thinking skills of students who receive learning by using the implementation of the differentiated instruction approach is significantly better

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see that the use of the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) Learning Model Can Improve Students' Speaking Skills in Kennenlernen Material, German Language and Literature subjects in class X IPS 3, SMA Negeri 23 Bandung, Semester 1, 2017-2018 academic year. . Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in class X IPS 3 with a total of 31 students, consisting of 13 male students and 18 female students. The data collection techniques used in Classroom Action Research are as follows: 1) Observation is used to collect data about improving speaking skills on the Kennenlernen material for 2 cycles using observation sheets. 2) Tests, pre-tests and post-tests are used to obtain data on student learning outcomes for success and measure the level of student learning knowledge. 3) Discussion with colleagues to reflect on the results of each cycle of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Based on the results of the overall discussion of Class Action Research (CAR) data, it can be concluded that the use of the "Inside Outside Circle (IOC)" learning model has been shown to significantly improve students' speaking skills in the Kennenlernen subject of German Language and Literature in class X Social Studies 3 semester 1 of SMA Negeri 23 Bandung for the 2017-2018 academic year

Abstract

This paper presents the findings from a pretest-posttest experimental control group design conducted by using problem based learning   assisted with  computer program to investigate students’ spatial sense  and problem solving  abilities.The study involved  72 grade-10 students in Karangununggal. The instrumens in this study are spatial sense and mathematical problem solving abilities tests, and opinion scale. The study found that: a) The problem based learning   assisted with  computer program was able to improve students’ spatial sense  and mathematical problem solving  abilities much better than the conventional approach. Spatial sense and mathematical  problem solving  abilities of students taught by using problem based learning   assisted with  computer program were classified as fairly good, whereas  those abilities of students taught by conventional teaching were classified as mediocore.  Nevertheless, there were no difference on the gain of those students’abilities of the both classes; b) There was high association between spatial sense and mathematical  communication abilities; c) Students performed positive opinion and enthusiastic toward  problem based learning   assisted with computer program
