Abstract

When studying automotive engineering, one of the sources you can use to visualize automotive engineering facts is YouTube. With YouTube, the teacher no longer has to explain or render information in her two-dimensional form. Emphasize only reflection on learning. Based on this, the formulation of the research question looks like this: How to use Youtube for automotive engineering teaching materials for light car engine maintenance? Using YouTube videos as a learning medium can be very helpful in your students' learning process. In short, it is very helpful for students to have additional information beyond library books, student manuals, and explanations from teachers. Availability of up-to-date information on various types of scientific and technological developments taking place in different parts of the world. So that the student's knowledge and insight expands and exceeds the planned goals. Abstract

The ball toss practice method is a training method that develops the courage to receive the ball. The practice method is for the coach to throw the ball at the student at normal speed or increase the speed level. Students need to embrace the ball toss to get used to receiving a fast ball and hitting the ball hard. This happens regularly with all exercises and as the level increases. Based on the identification of problems encountered in conducting volleyball game activities, does ball-throwing practice increase students' courage to take smashes while playing volleyball? Based on a survey conducted on class XI students of Bantarkalong Vocational High School, we can conclude that: Student enthusiasm is high because student learning activities become more interesting. Cycle I activities show that students are not yet fully active and there are still deficiencies that need to be addressed, but in Cycles II and III students are beginning to get used to how the exercises are applied. Student performance seems to improve with each cycle. In Cycle I, some students achieved a score of 40 and a maximum score of 80. In Cycle II, student scores changed, with a minimum score of 60 and a maximum score of 90. In the Cycle III activity, students can keep the smash ball fluently on the bottom pass and see the score. The lowest is 80 and the highest is 90

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the principal's strategy, supporting factors and obstacles to the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive type of approach. This research was conducted at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya. The data sources in this study are school principals and teachers representing scientific clusters. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using trianggulation techniques. The results showed that the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya includes: (1) Learning planning, the strategies used include coaching teacher performance, through MGMP activities, including participating in training. (2) Implementation of learning, the strategies used include supervision / supervision of classroom management, facilitating learning media facilities, giving teachers flexibility in the use of learning methods, providing motivation, giving awards. (3) Evaluation of learning, the strategies used include providing facilities and controlling the implementation of learning evaluation. The supporting factors include, with the availability of various rpp making tools, especially guidelines for compiling rpp, as well as learning evaluation equipment facilities, especially assessment formats, student enthusiasm in participating in learning, and learning media facilities provided at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya are quite adequate. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include difficulty adjusting between what is in the rpp with real conditions, some students do not follow BDR due to network constraints, and the IT skills of some teachers are inadequate

Abstract

Based on the observation results, several problems were found that can interfere with school activities, including teachers attending training, but the results obtained from the training are still not enough, have limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of understanding of teachers about the use of IT, besides that there is still a lack of awareness from teachers of their responsibilities as educators, do not understand how to manage administration in schools,   inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, information from outside the school that is late to school, lack of coordination between teachers and stakeholders. The objectives of this study are 1) To find out how schools formulate/formulate strategies. 2) To know how to implement school strategies. 3) To find out the school evaluates the management strategies that have been implemented. 4) To determine the quality of education achieved by schools by implementing strategic management. 5) To know what strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are faced by the school. 6) To find out the strategic steps taken by the school in overcoming the threat of weaknesses, opportunities and what threats are faced by the school. Therefore, this research uses qualitative methods, this is related to the focus of the problems discussed, namely the application of strategic management in realizing school excellence at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya. Data collection techniques in this study used interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of research that the way the school formulates / formulates a strategy has been implemented by SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya, how to implement the school strategy has been carried out at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya, the school has evaluated the management strategy that has been implemented, the advantages achieved by the school by implementing strategic management are already owned. Abstract

Generation Z or known as the millennial generation can access, understand, evaluate, and communicate information using digital technology. With the increasing dependence of generation Z on technology in their personal life, digital literacy is an important skill that must be possessed by students to improve their learning outcomes. Generation Z tends to view the relationship between religion and religious practices in a relaxed manner compared to the following generations. This study wanted to examine the effect of digital literacy skills and students' level of religiosity on student learning outcomes. This research is quantitative research and data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The results of this study indicate that digital literacy skills play an important role in influencing student learning outcomes and the level of student religiosity can motivate students to study harder it has an impact on student learning outcomes

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution (4.0) was a challenge for all walks of life, including education. Transformative education from an early age is encouraged to respond to the demands of the times. But the nature of education should not be injured in the effort to form personality in children. Then character education must be rooted in the child, so that the stimulation of positive teaching in children will become the foundation. Therefore, soft skill education is needed for early childhood in the 4.0 era. This study used a descriptive qualitative study with the object of research on the children of RA Wathoniyah Kendal. As for data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of research on strengthening children's soft skills with character education must be instilled from an early age through daily habits. Strengthening soft skills is outlined in the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) which is reflected in the unit's vision and implemented in activities included in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the unit. Strengthening Soft Skills makes children with religious character, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the motherland, respect for achievement, communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care for social , And Responsibility. Supporting factors in strengthening soft skills in children are creativity, patience and example from educators in habituating children's daily activities, while the inhibiting factors are the inconsistent role of parents accompanying children's habituation while at home

Abstract

The profile of a Pancasila student is a student character that must be formed and realized in the implementation of the independent curriculum. Learning that meets students' learning needs in accordance with the profile of students' learning styles characterizes the implementation of the independent curriculum. This study aims to determine the implementation of diagnostic assessments to determine student learning style profiles in differentiated learning in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative research using observation, documentation and interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the diagnostic assessment to determine students' learning style profiles had a good effect on differentiated learning in thematic learning in elementary schools through process differentiation, content differentiation and product differentiation which were in accordance with the principles of differentiation learning. Diagnostic tests or pre-learning tests are related to mapping students' learning styles, interests, and prior knowledge so that teachers can carry out differentiated learning according to students' needs. Optimization of diagnostic tests is carried out in order to improve the quality of thematic learning so that it fits the needs of students and the time used in learning is also effective

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the mathematical representation of senior high school students who have a field dependent cognitive style in solving mathematical problems on the material of the Three Variable Linear Equation System, so this research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 2 students of SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik class X MIPA 1 who had a field dependent cognitive style. The data collection techniques used are cognitive style test (GEFT), Problem Solving Test (TPM) and interviews. The results of this study are the mathematical representation of high school students who have a field dependent cognitive style in solving mathematical problems at the stage of understanding the problem, making a settlement plan and carrying out a settlement. The subject has something in common, namely representing the problem symbolically. However, at the stage of re-examining the results of the completion of the field dependent subject, they represented verbally because the subject wrote down the results of their completion using written words, and gave their opinion through direct sentences

Abstract

InterProfessional education (IPE) is a strategy used to prepare interprofessional collaboration teams in the future. However, with the various restrictions on social interaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, it encourages innovation in learning methods. Therefore, this study aims to design an online interprofessional learning module at the Faculty of Medicine of X University (FK X) as a strategy to prepare collaboration teams in the future. This study uses a mixed-method approach to obtain the data needed. A qualitative approach is used to obtain an overview of stakeholders' needs for online IPE learning design. The respondents consisted of study program leaders, lecturers and students of several study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, University X (FK X). Data collection was carried out with structured interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs). The data is recorded and made verbatim, then coding is carried out and arranged into themes and sub-themes.  Evaluation of the online IPE teaching design was carried out by measuring students' perceptions of interprofessional education before and after taking the module using the IEPS (Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale) questionnaire. The first stage of qualitative research (structured interviews and FGDs) on the leadership element, 2 lecturers, and 5 students of each study program resulted in as many as 14 themes and 47 sub-themes which were described into module learning outcomes, study topics, learning activities, and characteristics of online IPE module students. The module evaluation was carried out by testing the differences in perceptions of 252 students towards pre- and post-module interprofessional education. Wilcoxon's bivariate test results showed a significant difference in perception scores for post-module inteprofessional education compared to premodule( p=0.00). There is a positive difference, namely the number of post-module scores that are greater than the pre-module score of 141 people. The increase in perception scores can also be seen from the results of the bivariate analysis of the Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, and Psychology Study Programs. This research shows that the implementation of the FK X online IPE module has succeeded in increasing students' perceptions of competence and autonomy, the perceived need to cooperate, and perceptions of interprofessional cooperation. This breakthrough is an alternative solution that can be considered for interprofessional learning during a pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the learning process, facilities and infrastructure, and the parent’s perceptions on the quality of learning quality during the COVID-19 pandemic at the elementary school level in Denpasar city. The practitioner took 25 elementary schools in each sub-district, which consisted of 13 public elementary schools and 12 private elementary schools. In this study, samples were taken from parents of elementary school students in grade 1, because grade 1 were students who needed more guidance from parents to carry out learning activities boldly. This research method is quantitative, validity and reliability test, multiple regression analysis and t test and f test. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distribution technique. The instrument used in collecting data in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression with SPSS. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the learning process variable (X1) had a minimum score of 12, a maximum score of 25, an average score of 20.04 with a standard deviation of 3.025. The Facility and Infrastructure (X2) variable has a minimum score of 10, a maximum score of 25, an average score of 19.16 with a standard deviation of 3,287. Parents' Perception Variable (X3) has a minimum score of 12, a maximum score of 25, an average score of 18.94 with a standard deviation of 3.443. The learning quality variable (Y) has a minimum score of 15, a maximum score of 25, an average score of 20.04 with a standard deviation of 2.474. The conclusion from this data analysis is that the learning process has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning, the perception of parents has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning. The suggestions that can be given are expected to be used as a basic reference in the Quality of Learning. There are several things that can be done to improve the quality of learning quality by paying attention to and improving the learning process, facilities and infrastructure, and parents' perceptions
