Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Describe the implementation process of Edpuzzle interactive multimedia in economics learning at MAN 1 Majene Regency. 2) Identify the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing Edpuzzle in economics learning at MAN 1 Majene Regency. 3) Analyze the effect of using Edpuzzle interactive multimedia on student engagement in economics learning at MAN 1 Majene Regency. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach method. The research variables consist of Edpuzzle Media (Variable X) and Economics Learning (Variable Y). Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential analysis. Based on the results of the study that: 1) The use of Edpuzzle interactive multimedia in economics learning at MAN 1 Majene Regency has proven to be effective. Students feel the benefits in understanding the material, while teachers find it easier to compile interactive materials. Features such as interactive questions and progress tracking help student engagement. In addition, Edpuzzle's flexibility in distance learning and blended learning improves understanding and learning independence. 2). Constraints in implementing Edpuzzle include limited internet access, inadequate devices, and students' understanding of the platform. Teachers also have difficulty in adjusting appropriate materials and limited features of the free version. In addition, the lack of direct interaction makes some students tend to be passive or less focused on completing assignments. 3) The influence of Edpuzzle as a learning medium on economic learning is in the moderate category with a correlation of 0.397. The significance test shows that R count (0.397) > R table (0.284) and the Sig. value. (2-tailed) = 0.005 <0.05, so that the relationship between the two is positive and significant. This means that the higher the use of Edpuzzle, the better the students' understanding of economic subjects at MAN 1 Majene Regency

Abstract

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is the primary instrument used by local governments to achieve development goals and enhance community welfare. Through the APBD, local governments plan and manage regional revenues and expenditures in a budget year. Therefore, the effectiveness and efficiency of APBD management are important indicators in assessing local government performance. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The objective of this research is to examine the financial performance of the Indonesian government, specifically the Performance Analysis Report on the Management of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of the Indonesian government. This research utilizes secondary data sourced from official government documents in Indonesia. The data analysis technique employed in this research utilizes the Balanced Scorecard method. The results of this study have found that by using the Balance Scorecard method, namely: (1) Based on the independence ratio, the City government has shown delegative results. (2) Based on the revenue effectiveness ratio, the City government has succeeded in achieving targets or objectives effectively. (3) The Customer Satisfaction Perspective uses the public satisfaction index (IKM) of government. (4) The Internal Process Perspective of Bureaucratic Reform uses the bureaucratic reform index (IRB) of the city in 2023 - 2025, which shows a significant increase. From 2023 to 2025, Indonesia is expected to see an increase in the percentage of SMEs. (4) The growth and learning perspective using the city employee quality index in 2023 – 2025 shows that the quality of employees who have participated in training and development is very high.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the development of the Islamic capital market began in 1997 with the introduction of Islamic mutual funds, initiated by Danareksa. The principles of this Islamic capital market differ from those of conventional capital markets. In this study, the author employed a quantitative approach. This research is part of a study that employs a survey method for data collection. The survey conducted by the researcher in this study used an online questionnaire to collect data from students of the Faculty of Economics at several campuses, resulting in 150 respondents. The population and sample in this study consisted of students from the Faculty of Economics, and the data analysis technique employed was SPSS multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that online community interaction, content sharing, and accessibility variables have a significant influence on investment decisions in the Islamic capital market. This suggests that a well-designed engagement strategy plays a crucial role in enhancing investor participation in instruments that adhere to Islamic principles. Meanwhile, the credibility variable has no effect on investment decisions in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of peer-to-peer lending fintech investments on public financial inclusion. This research approach collected data through a literature review, which involved reading literature from various sources, including books, reports, articles, and journals, employing both qualitative and deductive methods. The findings of this study suggest that peer-to-peer lending fintech investments have a positive impact on financial inclusion, including increased economic activity, enhanced financial literacy, and expanded investment opportunities. However, this system still faces various challenges, including the risk of default, data security concerns, a lack of education, and immature regulations. To overcome these challenges and strengthen its positive impact, collaboration between the government and platform providers is necessary to enhance rules, financial education, and digital literacy, as well as develop sharia-compliant and socially responsible products, so that peer-to-peer lending can become an integral part of an inclusive and sustainable financial system.

Abstract

Audit quality plays a crucial role in maintaining the credibility and reliability of financial reporting. This literature review aims to identify and analyze the key determinants that influence audit quality as discussed in prior academic studies. The review categorizes the determinants into auditor-related factors (such as auditor independence, expertise, and tenure), client-related factors (such as company size and complexity), and external factors (such as regulatory environment and audit standards). The findings reveal that audit quality is a multifaceted construct influenced by both internal attributes of auditors and external pressures. By synthesizing findings from various studies, this paper contributes to a better understanding of how different variables interact to affect audit quality, and provides insights for policymakers, auditors, and stakeholders to enhance audit effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Accounting, Environmental Performance, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance. This study comprises three independent variables: Environmental Accounting is measured using environmental cost disclosure, Environmental Performance is measured using the PROPER framework, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is measured using the GRI Standard Index. The dependent variable, Financial Performance, is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). The sample in this study comprises 221 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022; however, only 15 companies met the sample criteria. The sample selection method used was Purposive Sampling. Based on this, a total of 60 data points were obtained from the 15 companies, multiplied by four periods. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the financial reports of manufacturing companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis, with SPSS 29 used for data processing. The results of the study indicate that environmental accounting and CSR have a significant negative impact on financial performance. Meanwhile, environmental performance has no significant impact on financial performance. Overall, environmental accounting, environmental performance, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) simultaneously influence financial performance. These findings suggest that companies should carefully assess how they manage and communicate their environmental cost disclosures and CSR initiatives, as they may not always be perceived positively by stakeholders. Enhancing transparency, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement in sustainability practices could improve the financial outcomes.
