Abstract

E-commerce telah menjadi pilar utama dalam perdagangan digital, menawarkan kemudahan transaksi dan akses pasar yang luas. Salah satu contoh sukses adalah Siti Munira Olshop, yang didirikan pada tahun 2019 oleh Siti Nuhra Munira di Aceh Barat. Dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp, bisnis ini berfokus pada produk fashion wanita, aksesori, dan kecantikan dengan harga terjangkau. Struktur organisasi yang sederhana dan efisien, strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, serta pengembangan produk berdasarkan tren pasar dan umpan balik pelanggan telah mendorong pertumbuhan signifikan dalam penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk di Siti Munira Olshop. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Teknik analisis menggunakan Matriks BCG untuk mengevaluasi portofolio produk berdasarkan pangsa pasar dan pertumbuhan pasar, yang mencakup empat dimensi: Stars, Question Marks, Cash Cows, dan Dogs. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang stabil meskipun terdapat fluktuasi omset sepanjang tahun. Omset tertinggi tercatat pada Januari, sementara omset terendah terjadi pada April akibat faktor musiman atau eksternal. Gross Profit Margin (GPM) yang konsisten di kisaran 31%-35% menunjukkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan biaya. Kategori Stars menjadi fokus utama strategi pemasaran, sementara inovasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kategori lain. Dengan pendekatan ini, Siti Munira Olshop optimis mencapai pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed market dynamics and consumer behavior, which has had a significant impact on online stores such as Adlya Olshop. This research aims to analyze the relative market share position of Adlya Olshop compared to its closest competitors using the BCG Matrix. The research results show that Adlya Olshop has a relative market share of 0.71, indicating an unfavorable position in the household appliance market. Based on these findings, this research recommends a number of strategies to increase competitiveness, including increasing marketing efforts through creative campaigns and the use of social media, sustainable product innovation, and training for resellers. In addition, regular evaluation of the product portfolio and increasing customer engagement through loyalty programs are also considered important. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that Adlya Olshop can increase market share and business sustainability in the long term. This research provides valuable insight for business owners in facing increasingly competitive market challenges.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive digital era, e-commerce businesses such as Adlya Olshop face challenges in increasing sales and expanding market share. Digital transformation has changed consumer behavior, who now prefer a personalized and interactive online shopping experience. Even though Adlya Olshop has implemented various marketing strategies, including promotions on social media and attractive discounts, the presence of new competitors with aggressive strategies demands further innovation. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore business owners' perspectives regarding the challenges and marketing strategies implemented. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews, while secondary data was taken from existing sources. Through SWOT analysis, this research identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Adlya Olshop. The results show that by utilizing technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, as well as developing interactions on social media, Adlya Olshop can increase operational efficiency and relevance in the market. With an inclusive and community empowerment-oriented approach, Adlya Olshop not only has the potential to achieve financial success, but also contribute to the welfare of local communities, making it an example of a sustainable business in the e- commerce era. Several suggestions that can be given to improve Adlya Olshop's performance include improving training for resellers, optimizing social media, carrying out continuous product innovation, implementing a customer loyalty program, creating a proactive feedback system, conducting regular market analysis, strengthening the brand community, and diversifying. distribution channels.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategy applied to Olshop Siti Munira using the Ansoff Matrix approach. In facing increasingly tight competition in the e-commerce market, it is important for olshop businesses to formulate strategies that can strengthen their position in the existing market and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data in the form of interviews and observations of managers and observations of Olshop Siti Munira's business performance in the last few months. The results of the study indicate that Olshop Siti Munira is currently in the Market Penetration quadrant in the Ansoff Matrix, which focuses on increasing market share with existing products. Despite fluctuations in monthly turnover, the company managed to maintain stable income by increasing promotions and maintaining product quality. This study also identified that in order to continue to grow, Olshop Siti Munira needs to consider product development and market development strategies, such as introducing new products and expanding reach to new areas. Overall, the application of the Ansoff Matrix theory helps Olshop Siti Munira to formulate more structured strategic steps to increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable business growth. Therefore, this study contributes to the understanding of effective business strategies in managing online shops in a very dynamic market.

Abstract

Every company expects optimal performance from all of its employees to support the achievement of the company's main objectives. Therefore, it is important for the company to consider factors that can affect performance, one of which is employee behavior that contributes positively to the work environment. This study aims to describe the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Generation Z employees at PT. X. OCB reflects extra-role behaviors that go beyond formal duties and contribute to the success and smooth operation of the company. Using a qualitative approach, this research collected data from four key informants through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the work environment. The findings indicate that Generation Z employees at PT. X tend to demonstrate good altruism behavior, where they voluntarily assist colleagues in need without expecting rewards. In addition, they also show high civic virtue by actively participating in various company activities aimed at the progress of the organization. However, there are some challenges that the company must address, such as limited receptiveness to criticism. This may impact the overall improvement of OCB.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of financial literacy and personal financial attitudes on the financial behavior of Management students at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University in Surabaya. The study employs a quantitative methodology, gathering data through online questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The findings reveal that financial literacy does not significantly influence students' financial behavior, whereas personal financial attitudes have a notable positive effect. These results imply that the enhancement of financial education programs should prioritize the cultivation of positive financial attitudes to foster improved financial behavior. It is anticipated that these insights will serve as a foundation for universities in developing pertinent curricula aimed at strengthening students' managerial competencies in addressing future financial challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the competitive strategy applied by Samosa UMKM in Meulaboh, Aceh, using Porter's Five Forces Model approach. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely in-depth interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the business which include the company's vision and mission, marketing strategy, operational management, product innovation, as well as competition and market dynamics. The results revealed that Samosa UMKM rely on a strong digital marketing strategy through social media platforms and maintain a focus on product quality as a competitive advantage. The main challenges faced by the company are difficulties in recruiting and retaining quality employees as well as economic instability that affects consumer purchasing power. Nonetheless, the company has promising growth prospects through product innovation and market expansion opportunities to other regions. The conclusion of this study shows that an effective digital marketing strategy and consistency in product quality are the main factors that support the competitiveness of Samosa UMKM. However, to face increasingly fierce competition, further efforts are needed in product diversification as well as more targeted market segmentation in order to expand market share and maintain business growth

Abstract

The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method to analyze relevant Qur'anic verses and hadiths concerning wealth distribution. Primary data were sourced from Qur'anic interpretations, Islamic economic literature, and other supporting references such as books and journal articles discussing distribution in Islam. The analysis was conducted descriptively to identify the principles of distribution outlined in Islam and their implications for social justice. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation from credible references to guarantee accuracy and depth of information.The analysis reveals that wealth distribution is a crucial element in Islamic economics to achieve social and economic balance. This research explores the concept of distribution from the perspective of the Qur'an, focusing on principles of social justice, distribution instruments such as zakat, infak, and sedekah, and the prohibition of wealth accumulation. The study highlights how Qur'anic verses direct the management of wealth to prevent its concentration among a select few and ensure equitable distribution across society. Through this study, it is found that economic distribution in Islam contributes to reducing economic disparities, enhancing social solidarity, and promoting overall societal stability.

Abstract

Monetary policy plays a crucial role in promoting regional economic growth, particularly in a country as diverse as Indonesia. This study examines the impact of monetary interventions on the economic development of various provinces, considering the structural economic differences across regions. The research uses a quantitative comparative approach, analyzing data from 10 provinces with the highest economic contributions during the 2015-2023 period. The findings reveal that regions with more diversified economies, such as Jakarta, West Java, and East Java, exhibit a quicker and more pronounced response to monetary policy changes, primarily due to their advanced industrial sectors. In contrast, provinces reliant on natural resources, such as East Kalimantan and Riau, show slower and more complex responses, influenced by global commodity price fluctuations. Additionally, factors such as infrastructure connectivity, human capital, and external global influences significantly shape the transmission of monetary policy in regional economies. The study highlights the importance of tailoring monetary interventions to regional economic characteristics to ensure effective and equitable growth. The COVID-19 pandemic further emphasized the need for economic diversification to mitigate external shocks. The results contribute valuable insights into the relationship between monetary policy and regional economic growth in Indonesia, offering practical recommendations for policy makers.

Abstract

Food diversification is one form of human effort to diversify food availability. Food diversification can help realize food independence, reduce dependence on food imports, and improve the quality of community nutrition. However, not all humans can fulfill their food needs, making it difficult to diversify food. This study aims to analyze food diversification policies in influencing the improvement of people's nutritional quality. This research was conducted using quantitative and descriptive methods. The existence of food diversification policies cannot be separated from demographic, socio-cultural and economic factors of farming households. Research Results.
