Abstract

Skincare di Indonesia akan terus berkembang karena kebutuhan pasar akan produk tersebut terus meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu. Kepercayaan dan kepuasan dari pelanggan menjadi aspek penting yang mempengaruhi loyalitas dari pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi didapatkan dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada pelanggan Azarine di Kota Blitar. Secara parsial setiap variabel berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan secara simultan kepercayaan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Disarkan untuk Azarine mampu meningkatkan keprcayaarn dari pelanggan serta kepuasan pelanggan sehingga mendorong adanya loyalitas dari pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure on stock returns, with managerial ownership as a moderating variable, in non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports for the period 2021–2023, covering a total of 42 companies and 126 observations. The analysis method employed is panel data regression using EViews 13 software. The results indicate that ESG disclosure and governance disclosure do not have a significant effect on stock returns. However, environmental disclosure has a positive effect, while social disclosure has a negative effect on stock returns. Moreover, managerial ownership does not moderate the relationship between ESG disclosures and stock returns. These findings suggest that the market has not fully integrated sustainability considerations into stock performance evaluations in the observed sector, and that managerial ownership does not significantly strengthen the effect of ESG disclosure on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on firm value, with firm size as a moderating variable. The object of this research is infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. Firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV), while investment decisions are proxied by the Price Earnings Ratio (PER), funding decisions by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dividend policy by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and firm size by the natural logarithm of total assets. The population consists of 69 infrastructure companies, with a sample of 20 companies selected through purposive sampling over three years of observation, resulting in a total of 60 data points. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression (MLR) and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with Eviews version 12. The results of the study show that investment decisions and funding decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value. However, firm size is not able to moderate the relationship between investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on firm value. These findings support signaling theory and provide practical implications for financial managers and investors in making strategic decisions to enhance firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a simulated export of a local t-shirt brand, Verward, to Japan by Management students. The simulation was conducted as part of experiential learning in the International Business course. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through communication records, shipping documentation, and confirmation of product receipt from the buyer in Japan. The results indicate that students were able to execute the export process in a real-world setting, including product selection, cross-border communication, international delivery, and transaction finalization. Key challenges faced included time zone differences, buyer trust, and understanding export procedures. However, these obstacles were addressed through effective communication strategies and teamwork. This simulation provided practical insight into small-scale export processes and enhanced students' readiness to engage in global business activities. The study recommends integrating export simulations into international business education as a method of experiential learning.

Abstract

The retail industry in Indonesia continues to grow along with increasing consumer expectations and competition between shopping centers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on visitor loyalty Malang Town Square (Matos).The method used is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique of 96 respondents.The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that service quality and satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty simultaneously and partially. Service quality has a more dominant influence than satisfaction. The conclusion of this study shows that improving service quality and satisfaction is an important strategy in building visitor loyalty in the midst of intense competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fare and service quality on customer satisfaction mediated by brand image among Grab users in Jakarta, focusing on how customers’ perceptions of pricing and service shape brand impressions that ultimately influence their level of satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 264 respondents. The results show that fare and service quality have a positive and significant effect on brand image. Fare and service quality also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and mediates the effect of fare and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and event marketing on the interest of new students in choosing STIE Bima. The method used is associative research with data collection through surveys of 127 new students. The results of the regression analysis indicate that social media marketing and event marketing have a positive relationship with theinterest of new students, although the impact is not significant. This study recommends STIE Bima to enhance its marketing strategies to attract more new students. Further research is suggested to explore the relationship between marketing strategies and student enrollment in greater depth

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Intellectual Capital Disclosure (ICD) on firm value in companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2023–2024 period. CSR is measured using a CSR index based on GRI standards, GCG is proxied by institutional ownership, and ICD is measured using a four-level numerical coding method. Firm value is assessed using the Tobin’s Q ratio. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of LQ45 companies selected through purposive sampling. The results show that partially, GCG and ICD have a significant positive effect on firm value, while CSR has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant influence on firm value. This study implies that companies should enhance the disclosure of GCG and ICD as a strategy to improve firm value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Digital, Keamanan QRIS, Kemudahan QRIS dan Kegunaan QRIS terhadap Pendapatan UMKM di Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Metode pengambilan data dengan metode kuesioner. Data setelah dikumpulkan kemudian di olah menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 27. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji prasyarat analis, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan  digital terhadap pendapatan UMKM, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keamanan QRIS terhadap pendapatan UMKM, (3) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemudahan QRIS terhadap pendapatan UMKM, (4) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kegunaan QRIS terhadap pendapatan UMKM, (5) Secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan digital, keamanan, kemudahan dan kegunaan QRIS terhadap pendapatan UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kesehatan dan dinamika perubahannya pada Koperasi Wanita Pengembang Sumber Daya (KWPS) Bina Usaha Munjul Jakarta Timur periode 2018-2023, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatannya. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan unit analisis KWPS Bina Usaha, data laporan keuangan (sekunder) dan wawancara (primer) dianalisis berdasarkan Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM RI Nomor 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 serta kerangka SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results). Ditemukan bahwa KWPS Bina Usaha secara konsisten meraih predikat 'Sehat' sepanjang periode pengamatan, didukung permodalan sangat kuat dan kepatuhan jati diri koperasi. Meskipun demikian, terjadi dinamika signifikan pada aspek likuiditas yang menunjukkan adanya dana menganggur dan tren penurunan, serta fluktuasi pada aspek manajemen dan tekanan pada rentabilitas. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan strategi peningkatan partisipasi anggota serta inovasi produk, pengembangan kapasitas manajemen dan mitigasi risiko, serta akselerasi adopsi teknologi digital untuk menjaga kesehatan dan keberlanjutan koperasi di tengah tantangan yang ada.
