Abstract

Based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2020), it is stated that, ‘Services that must be provided during pregnancy include ANC at least 6 visits, which are detailed twice in Trimester I, once in Trimester II, and 3 times in Trimester III. At least 2 examinations are carried out by a doctor during the 1st visit in Trimester I and during the 5th visit in Trimester 3. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about antenatal care and regularity of pregnancy examination visits at PMB Dutha Muara Kelingi District. The method used is analytical research design with a Cross Sectional approach, data collected by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents using total random sampling technique. The results of the univariate test analysis that almost half of the respondents who were less knowledgeable were (69.5%), and irregular visits were (69.5%). The results of bivariate analysis there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge about antenatal care (ANC) with the regularity of antenatal care visits (ANC) for pregnant women at PMB Dutha Muara Kelingi, where the p-value is 0.030 <0.05. The results of this study will add to the reference, and prove whether or not there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about antenatal care (ANC) with the regularity of antenatal care visits (ANC) for pregnant women at PMB Dutha Muara Kelingi.

Abstract

Labour is the process of moving the fetus, placenta and membranes out of the uterus through the birth canal. Most (90%) labours are accompanied by pain. In the active phase there is an increase in the intensity and frequency of contractions, resulting in a peak pain response. Labour pain can cause various physiological and psychological changes in the mother. This study aims to determine the effect of deep breath relaxation techniques on reducing active phase 1 labour pain. The type of design in this study was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples was 30 respondents. The sampling technique used the total sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets and Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. Data analysis using paired T test. The results showed that the pain intensity of respondents in the group before treatment averaged 7.00 and after treatment averaged 5.47. The results of data analysis obtained a significance value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ <0.05). The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving deep breath relaxation techniques on reducing labour pain during the active phase 1. It is hoped that deep breath relaxation techniques can be applied by health workers as an alternative to labour pain management which can cause a state of physiological and cognitive relaxation marked by a decrease in epinephrine and norepinephrine levels and increase blood oxygenation.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) is an acute respiratory tract disease with a variety of symptoms. ARI is also a disease very closely related to environmental sanitation and clean living behaviour. Environmental conditions are wet, humid, hot and smelly at PT X. It is known that the hot conditions of the factory caused by the rubber processing process can have an impact on the onset of various diseases such as ARI symptoms. This research is a quantitative study with a Cross Sectional design. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the prevention behaviour of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) at PT X in 2023. The sample in this study were 55 workers. The sampling method used Total Sampling. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge with a p-value = 0.004, and motivation with a p-value = 0.000 with the behaviour of preventing Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) at PT X in 2023. It is recommended to provide counselling, supervision, sanctions to workers who do not use PPE and give rewards or awards to workers who always use PPE and conduct regular checks regarding ARI.

In health services in hospitals, one indicator of the success of health services is patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is the result of patient opinion and assessment of the performance of services provided by health service facilities. Patient satisfaction is a reflection of the quality of health services. Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it with what he expected. There were 4 patients who were dissatisfied with patient service. Patient dissatisfaction is due to the poor hospital environment and staff who are less friendly in providing health services to patients. The general aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of BPJS patient services in class III inpatient rooms and the level of satisfaction at Hassanudin Damrah Manna Hospital. Method: This research uses a correlational quantitative approach to find the relationship between the quality of BPJS patient services in Class III inpatient rooms and the level of satisfaction at Hassanudin Damrah Manna Hospital which was carried out from 1 September to 31 September 2024 and a sample of 82 respondents. The research results showed that the majority of BPJS patients in Class III treatment rooms, namely 58.8% stated that the officers' responsiveness was good, 50% stated that health assurance (guarantee) was good, 59.8% stated that Tangible (Physical Evidence) was good, 62 .2% said the officer's empathy was good and 59.8% said the officer's reliability was good. This study is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The research sample was 69 respondents. Data analysis was performed with the chi-square test with a significance level of 95% using SPSS 16 software. The results of univariate analysis showed, 20 (29.0%) respondents smoked ≥20 btg/per day, 16 (23.2%) respondents had risky jobs and had respondents who had a family history of 21 people (30.4%). The results of bivariate analysis showed there was a significant relationship between smoking habits Value p = 0.000. Occupation Value p = 0.038 and Family History Value p = 0.033 with the incidence of Bronchitis < α - 0.05 at the Rupit Regional General Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2023. It is hoped that the Rupit Regional General Hospital of Musi Rawas Regency will always improve services in order to achieve patient satisfaction. Abstract

WHO says that 1,769,425 people (90%) of women experience dysmenorrhoea, 10-15% of whom experience severe dysmenorrhoea. Indonesia the incidence of dysmenorrhoea consists of 72.89% primary dysmenorrhoea and among women of productive age consists of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhoea. Data from Puskesmas Bintuhan Kaur Regency shows that primary dysmenorrhoea cases increase every year. The results of the initial survey at SMP PKLK Kaur Regency were conducted on 10 students, obtained 70% of students experiencing primary dysmenorrhoea. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the menstrual cycle and nutritional status with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescent girls at SMP PKLK Kaur Regency. This research is a quantitative research using cross sectional study design. The number of samples in the study were 64 respondents. Abstract

Stroke is a serious, life-threatening medical condition in which poor blood flow to the brain leads to cell death. Patients who are suffering from stroke certainly have various kinds of problems, one of which is body weakness (paresis) limitations in grasping. The problem of the research is that there are still many cases of stroke patients with a decrease in grasping strength at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Constraint Induced Movement Therapy on gripping strength in stroke patients. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental design approach with a one-group pre-test-post test design, namely research carried out for a population group of 60 patients and a sample of 10 patients. The bivariate statistical analysis method used in this study is the Paired T Test. The results of the study obtained the average value of grasping strength before Constraint Induced Movement Therapy, which was 9,150. The results obtained the average value of grasping strength after Constraint Induced Movement Therapy which was 12,950. The results of the bivariate analysis test with the T test showed that there was an effect of Constraint Induced Movement Therapy on grasping strength in stroke patients with a p value = 0,000.The results of the study suggest to provide Constraint Induced Movement Therapy exercises with longer application and are expected to be used to administer Constraint Induced Movement Therapy to stroke patients who experience grasping weakness.
