Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of viral marketing and online reviews on purchasing decisions for Bakso Pitung Sidoarjo. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used an accidental sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents using a Likert scale. Respondents to this study were users of the Tiktok application and also consumers of cak pitung meatballs. This research instrument has met the criteria of validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS software version 26 and using multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it is known that the viral marketing variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The online consumer review variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y)

Abstract

Abstract This research is useful in order to be able to know the cost of the product and the ordering product price method at the Fahmi Gemurung Printing. Research that we apply using descriptive analysis. This evidence is presented using an interview process. This study presents that the cost of products made by Fahmi Gemurung Printing already uses the order principal method. The direction of this research is to find out the price of the product in each order and the total cost of each order and each unit. Characteristics of job order costing at Fahmi Gemurung Printing For special order production, each product unit needs to be calculated separately, and the expenses incurred during production can be divided into direct production costs and indirect production costs. Direct production costs consist of raw material costs and labor costs which are calculated based on realized costs. This order will obtain a price by calculating the orders that have been received divided by the total cost of production.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the sharia marketing mix strategy is in increasing and maintaining the number of customers in Eid al-Fitr savings products at the BMT Matra Kajen Pekalongan Branch Office. This research is classified as qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation obtained from informants. The results of this research in increasing the number of customers using 9P include: product strategy, the most popular product is sifitri. Price strategy: The deposit amount is returned in full without any deductions. Strategic location strategy on the side of the main road. Promotions strategy through word of mouth and WhatsApp groups. The people strategy adheres to the principles of honesty and attractive appearance. Strategy process for picking up the ball. Physical evidence strategy: facilities in the form of waiting chairs, air-conditioned rooms, parking areas. The promise strategy provides a promise of basic food supplies and a complete return of the deposit. The patience strategy is always being patient in the transaction process with customers. The strategy for retaining Sifitri product customers is a product strategy by innovating Sifitri products. The price strategy is no deductions and deposits are returned in full. The place strategy is easy to reach for customers from the surrounding area. Promotions strategy by carrying out intensive communication and follow up with Sifitri customers. The people strategy prioritizes friendliness and politeness. The transaction process strategy must be honest and thorough. Physical evidence strategy: the room is air-conditioned, clean and has a prayer room. The promise strategy provides parcels and deposits in full. The patience strategy must always be patient in the service process and not get angry easily

Abstract

In the modern era, there are many digital food delivery services, some of which can deliver almost any type of item, including food and fresh produce. This research aims to further explore whether there is an influence between the free shipping program and dining experience on repurchase intention among Online Food Delivery users. The basis for this objective determination is because Shopee is in line with millennial needs. The method used is a quantitative method by applying purposive sampling based on one's own judgment based on certain criteria or characteristics, it is hoped that it can provide relevant information and answer all research questions. The respondents of this research are Shopeefood service users who have made purchases at Shopeefood services ranging from ages 15 to 23 years. The results of this research are 100 people who used the shopeefood delivery service in this study with the characteristics of age, gender, occupation, order history, type of order. The conclusion from this study was that respondents from gender were 67% women and 33% men. Second, the largest number of vulnerable respondents were aged 21-23 years. Third, most of the respondents were students compared to workers.

Abstract

The culinary industry is one of the assets that is developing nowadays along with changes in lifestyle and consumer preferences. One of the culinary industries that is developing at the moment is geprek Jhon HK which is unique with its geprek chicken. The aim of this research is to determine the level of service quality and comfort that influence customer satisfaction at Geprek John HK. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and the respondents in this research are 45 Jhon HK geprek consumers. The results of this research are that there is a linear relationship between comfort and customer satisfaction, and there are no multicollinearity, autocorrelation or heteroscedasticity problems in the regression model. And the conclusion is that service quality and comfort have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The emergence of new trends in the culinary world has slightly displaced traditional culinary businesses. This is due to the influx of food business products from abroad, which are widely distributed in the city of Denpasar and tend to be popular among the millennial generation. The entry of various foreign food products forces traditional culinary establishments to maintain their existence. Therefore, government policies aimed at promoting traditional culinary businesses are expected to continue optimizing the community's efforts to increase the use of local products, enabling traditional culinary businesses to compete. The study used the accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The tests employed included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination test. The study concluded that lifestyle, food quality, and product availability partially have a positive and significant impact on the existence of traditional culinary businesses in Bali

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Sambal Gami Jet 81 Porong. Data was collected using a survey method from 44 respondents who are loyal customers of Sambal Gami Jet 81. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that Product Quality and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of prioritizing and improving Product Quality and Service Quality to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in food businesses such as Sambal Gami Jet 81 Porong.

Abstract

Industri transportasi adalah salah satu dari segelintir sektor yang menghadapi risiko yang beragam dan seringkali tidak terduga setiap hari. Perusahaan Transportasi XYZ telah menemukan perlunya pendekatan yang sistematis untuk mengelola dan merespons risiko-risiko. Penelitian ini akan mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif yang menyeluruh untuk menganalisis dan mitigasi risiko menggunakan House Of Risk (HOR) dalam sub-departemen Perusahaan Transportasi XYZ, dengan tambahan perhitungan Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) sebagai bagian dari kerangka kerja HOR. Hasil analisis Pareto ini mengidentifikasi 20% risiko yang memiliki 80% dampak terhadap kinerja dan tujuan organisasi atau subdepartemen.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand image and consumer trust on celebrity endorsements. The data collection method is carried out through questionnaires. The population of this research is BM Studio Bali Instagram followers, numbering around 11,000, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. The data obtained was then tested for validity, reliability and classical assumption tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results of multiple regression tests show that brand image has a positive influence on celebrity endorsement, as well as consumer trust. The conclusion of this research is that brand image and consumer trust simultaneously have a significant influence on celebrity endorsement at BM Studio. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on celebrity endorsement at BM Studio, while consumer trust also has a partially positive and significant influence on celebrity endorsement at BM Studio.

Abstract

Community economic empowerment is one of the strategic steps in improving the quality of life and independence of residents, especially in rural areas. Resident participation in this process is very important, because the success of the empowerment program is highly dependent on the active involvement of the community itself. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative triangulation research. In this case, the subject studied was the participation of residents of RT 03 in Semambung Wonoayu village. The research was conducted directly in RT 03, Semambung Wonoayu village. The time of this research was conducted on July 15, 2024 to August 15, 2024. The results of the study showed that residents of RT 03 RW 02 knew the indicators of the winner of RT Mandiri Sejahtera. This can be validated by both residents and administrators who stated that the conclusion of the indicator of the winner of RT Mandiri Sejahtera is that the community is able to solve its problems independently.
