Sub themes and scope in the scientific publications of al-Balagh include: 1. Dawa and Islamic preaching/ propagation: a. Studies in the science of dawa/ Islamic preaching or propagation, such as history of dawa, philosophy of dawa, and methodology of dawa, include in culturally, economically, and politically. b. Management of dawa that related to make a plan and strategy for Islamic proselytizing, Islamic global tourism, and Islamic management and religious tourism. c. Dawa/ Islamic preaching or propagation, especially in the analysis of social and psychological, Islamic counseling, and the relationship between dawa and socio-cultural studies. 2. Communication science: a. Studies in communication science in general, communication theory, and approaches in communication, interpersonal communication, group communication, and organizational communication. b. Political communication, including the strategies of political communication, political campaigns, political marketing, governance, public policy, and political parties. c. Development of communication, such as the communication planning, communication and contemporary issues, and communication management. d. Communication science in the study of psychology and social culture, include in the field of sociology of communication, psychology of communication, communication and local wisdom, and intercultural communication. e. Media studies, including the scope of journalism, mass communication, mass media management, media content analysis, and new media studies. f. <![CDATA[This article aims to analyze how NU online frames a Papuan case from 19 to 20 August 2019. NU Online's coverage is analyzed for news content and its efforts to understand, interpret, and implement peace journalism to alleviate tensions and conflicts. The concept of peace journalism is important to study and implement comprehensively. It seeks to be objective in presenting information and not provocative to minimize the potential for subsequent conflict. Entman framing analysis is used as the research method because it can see the reality constructs done by media by examining the process for selection and highlighting a particular aspect. Therefore, the main data were taken from NU Online coverage related to a Papuan college student's case. Through the content, the framing of NU Online editorial could be seen. Meanwhile, the conclusionof this research was that NU Online, as the official media of Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama had a coverage orientation that emphasized harmony and peace. Angle choice, title drafting, diction use, and source choice highlighted that NU Online focused on the aim to alleviate as well as support conflict solving.]]>

<![CDATA[This phenomenological research aims to uncover textual digital communication practices involving netspeak and netlingo also forms of millennial consensual hallucinations on social media. The novelty of this research is the millennial generation category, which has new netiquette as a consensus. Research obtained through interviews with informants concluded the practice of textual communication. The first practice is netlingo, which produces a speech-language which is then turned into text, such as expressions of surprise that are modified in written form. The form of netspeak concluded from this research is capital letters to express communication emotions. Textual communication used on social media such as Instagram and Whatsapp cannot make a sound but has become a mass convention for social media users. This research puts the concept of netspeak and netlingo that can encourage consensual hallucinations. These hallucinations are in the form of the assumption that social media is a free and equal place, so there are no restrictions like the real world. <![CDATA[This paper describes the Teungku Dayah political communication model in maintaining the harmony of Muslims in Aceh. Political turmoil in society often creates unrest, as it separates religious and political values. On the other hand politics is actually very instrumental in the development of Islam in Aceh. Teungku Dayah is the main actor and key figure in political development in Aceh. As a public figure, Teungku Dayah has a stake in the mass vote in the regional elections, the president and other political contests. This research is an analysis of the phenomenon of Teungku Dayah's political role in maintaining the harmony of the people. The technique of data collection used was direct observation, and the data were analyzed by describing the actions of Teungku Dayah's political role. The research concludes that Teungku Dayah has its own system and character in guarding Aceh's political development. He uses the Islamic boarding school and the dayah institutionas media for political communication. But the shift in values in instant politics makes Teungku Dayah's political communication power limited to front stage politics. Further research is necessary on political communication in Teungku Dayah, since political communication is a dynamic study, as dynamic as the conditions in Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[A serving community is a strategic plan that needs to be considered by several local newspaper production in Java. This includes a newspaper in Semarang, Suara Merdeka Daily. This study determines the commitment of Suara Merdeka Daily in serving the community. Data were obtained from the analysis of internal regulatory content on editorial work and business. This study used Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to support and share data with the newspaper management team. The results showed that the editorial's internal regulations did not explicitly indicate the commitment to serve the community. This regulation has been implemented for a long time, yet it does not adjust to the relevant newspapers' actual conditions. Generally, businesses have rules that require community involvement in their programs. The management team is expected to revise the regulations to suit the public's needs and develop relevant community involvement for the local newspaper's existence.]]>

<![CDATA[Ableism is a differentiation construction often experienced by entities with disabilities and contributes to discrimination in the fulfillment of personal, economic, and social rights for persons with disabilities. Designfordream (dfd) presents a form of youth awareness that concerns about philanthropic communication innovation strategies on ableism. This study aims to describe Designfordream's communication strategy in delivering communication through philanthropic activities. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection observed the Designfordream philanthropic activities through interviews with management and makes some documentation for the relevant sources. The results showed that the communication strategy used by Designfordream was through an ICT-based communication campaign. This campaign is carried out by distributing anti-ableism messages and innovating in building market networks to strengthen people with disabilities' entrepreneurial capacity.]]>

<![CDATA[Stress occurs while caring for the elderly due to several factors, namely the emotion regulation and spirituality. This study aims to examine the correlation between stress with emotion regulation and spirituality in caregivers of the elderly at Karangmojo 1 Health Center, Gunungkidul. The purposive sampling method was used to obtain data from 36 caregivers on the emotion regulation and spirituality as well as stress scale with Alpha Cronbach's reliability coefficient of 0.871, 0.921, and 0.905, respectively. The results showed that r = 0.485 and Sig. 0.012 (p <0.05). Therefore there is a correlation between stress, emotion regulation, and spirituality. This means that the higher the control of emotion and spiritual level, the lower the pressure. Furthermore, this research expects to provide input in the realm of psychology. For example, it can be used as a reference to help caregivers deal with stress by increasing their emotion regulation and spirituality skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This study conducted a study of the rhetorical text of Habib Rizieq Shihab's (HRS) speech at the 212 Grand Reunion in 2019. This research was trying to map the elements of rhetorical motive construction through Burke's Pentadic analysis. However, this research also found gaps in political propaganda by figures and religious groups' leaders with Propaganda Theory. This interpretive research includes five contents of the HRS speech. This study's main conclusion shows that the rhetorical motive is aimed at agent and agency elements that show gaps in political propaganda in mass mobilization nationally and sympathy for HRS religious leaders and acceptance of ideas and ideas in agency elements apolitical political emotions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain an overview of how to foster children's character through the role of Islamic education from Mubaligh and contributions of parents in Gayau Pantu Sri Aman village, Sarawak, Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The subjects of this study were children aged 10-12 years old. The minority converts are tenheads of families, and the preacher consists of two people who come from the community. Data were collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis refers to the Milles and Huberman model, namely: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) makingconclusions. The data validity technique used triangulation of data and sources. The results showed that mubaligh and parents play a role in developing children's character by applying social-oriented religious learning. Religion and tolerance are the most dominant characters that grow in children. ]]>

<![CDATA[Apart from occurring in children and adolescents, bullying also occurs in adult groups. The impact on adults includes psychological, physical, social, and economic dimensions. The main impact that often affects victims of adult bullying is emotional problem. Forgiveness and self-esteem are indicated to be two variables that influence resilience in victims of adult bullying. This study aimed to determine the effect of forgiveness and self-esteem on resilience in 94 adults who are victims of bullying. The analysis was performed using regression analysis. The result obtained in this study was that forgiveness and self-esteem affect 49.5% (R Square = 0.495, Sig. = 0.000) of the resilience of bullying victims. Thus, forgiveness and self-esteem are essential keys to increase the resilience of victims of bullying so that they are not prone to experiencing mental disorders.]]>

<![CDATA[The Ngelukar and Ngilahan Kaoq rite are religious and cultural ceremonies performed by Balinese Hindus and Sasak Muslims in Lingsar Village. The aim of this study is to analyze the communicative actions of the Sasak people in the Ngelukar and Ngilahan Kaoq rite as interethnic socio-cultural integration. This research used qualitative methods with a case study design and the data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis used Habermas's theory of communicative action. The results showed that both Hindus and Muslims through this ritual could build the concept of interfaith togetherness, which is actualized for survival. Through the social communication, this can shape the actions to maintain the tradition of both adherents (Hindu and Muslim) according to the prevailing rules and values in the Ngelukar and Ngilahan Kaoq rituals. This ritual activity is a form of the communicative rationality actions by the Sasak people.]]>
