Research related to integrating Toffler and Al-Ghazali's thoughts aims to discover a conceptual framework that brings together these two complementary philosophies. This study is a literature review using a descriptive analysis approach. The research findings indicate that integrating Toffler and Al-Ghazali's thinking results in understanding religio-cultural transformation in the era of technological civilization. Religio-cultural transformation in technological civilization is the outcome of a synthesis of these two philosophies. The integration yields several perspectives: First, understanding social and technological changes. Second,acculturation and adaptation. Third, ethics and morality of technology. Fourth, knowledge of culture and values. Fifth is cross-cultural understanding; sixth is tolerance and harmony. Therefore, integrating Alvin Toffler and Al-Ghazali's thoughts in understanding religio-cultural transformation in the era of Technological Civilization can provide a holistic and balanced perspective. This will assist individuals, communities, and religious leaders address the challenges and opportunities arising in an increasingly connected and advanced technological society. Thus, this perspective can help create a diverse, tolerant, and ethical society in the Technological Civilization.

Islamic education in the era of Industry 5.0 plays a central role in preparing the future generation to compete effectively amid rapid changes in the industry. Innovations in Islamic education, mainly through technology adoption, are crucial to providing a solid foundation for students. Integrating technology into teaching methods not only helps students understand technological developments but also assists them in instilling Islamic values while using technology. Developing a relevant and flexible curriculum becomes critical in facing globalization challenges and maintaining Islamic identity. Questions arise about how Islamic education can undergo a fundamental transformation to align Islamic teachings with the global dynamics driven by technology in the Industry 5.0 era. Additionally, how Islamic education can overcome the challenges of globalization, strengthen Islamic identity, and remain innovative by integrating technology in Industry 5.0 is a question that needs to be addressed. Furthermore, the role of technology in enhancing the quality of learning and the competence of teachers to shape a generation skilled in technology while also embodying the noble values of Islam in their actions and decisions is another question that needs answers. Therefore, this research aims to create creative and practical solutions to the challenges of Islamic education in the Industry 5.0 era through collaboration with industry and communities, enhancing teacher competence, and implementing technology that understands Islamic values. With this innovative approach, Islamic education can positively contribute to facing the developments in Industry 5.0 and producing a generation skilled in technology rooted in the noble values of Islam.

In his theory of idealism, Plato emphasized that to achieve perfection, every student must take a tiered education from childhood to tertiary level. For this reason, through this research, the researcher aims to reveal Plato’s idealistic theory regarding the concept of education. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis methods to find meaning, measure and correspond to each word and concept in the text. Researchers also attempt to describe and analyze Plato’s ideas of idealism in education. The results of this research then gave rise to the concept of position, process, goals/achievements, and stages of learning based on Plato’s ideological perspective. Henceforth, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute significantly to the world of education.

This article explains the consequences of good management of educational institution restructuring by identifying as much detailed data as possible and stating what intermediaries will be the focus of performance realization. In its discussion, this paper uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques based on library research. Based on the findings, strategic management is essential for educational institutions, companies, or organizations because, with strategic management, the direction of an institution will be directed, and the goals will be achieved quickly. Meanwhile, the strategic implementation of restructuring in Islamic educational institutions will only run well with careful planning.

The achievement of an institution or company depends on the acceptance of Human Resources (HR) in an institution or company. To get quality Human Resources, an institution must hold a selection to get quality employees. Then, to get quality employees, an institution must prepare a unique strategy during the selection process. The goal is to provide the organization with an effective work unit. To achieve this goal, the study of human resource selection will show how companies should acquire, develop, use, evaluate, and maintain the correct number (quantity) and type (quality) of employees. Therefore, Kiai Demak Pondok Salam IBS Islamic Boarding School also carried out a strategy in selecting its employees so that the Kiai Demak IBS Islamic Boarding School has employees or teachers who have quality according to their fields that they can make Kiai Demak IBS Islamic Boarding School more advanced in the future. In the HR selection process, there are several ways for Islamic Boarding School Kiai Demak to use two methods, namely scientific and non-scientific.

This article discusses the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) concept in teaching Al-Qur’an Hadith at MTs Asy-Syahadatain Cibeber. CTL is a learning approach that emphasizes the integration of lesson materials with students' real-life contexts. This study explores the effectiveness of applying CTL in enhancing students' understanding and application of Al-Qur’an Hadith teachings and fostering their interest in learning. The research methods employed include classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of teaching documents. The findings indicate that applying CTL positively impacts students' understanding of Al-Qur’an Hadith materials, as students can relate lessons to everyday life contexts. Implementing CTL enhances students' motivation and interest in the subject. In conclusion, implementing the CTL concept in teaching Al-Qur’an Hadith at MTs Asy Syahadatain Cibeber positively impacts students' understanding, application, and interest in learning. Teachers should continue integrating real-life contexts into teaching to enhance the effectiveness of Al-Qur’an Hadith learning.

This study investigates the implementation of non-formal Islamic education at Pengajian Darunnajah Cimahi in response to concerns over children spending excessive time on gadgets and engaging in potentially harmful activities such as free mingling. It emphasizes the importance of instilling religious values from the most miniature community environments as a defense mechanism to strengthen individual faith. Using qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews and participatory observations of educators and participants, the study explores how Pengajian Darunnajah Cimahi effectively integrates religious teachings to counteract the distractions of modern digital lifestyles and the risks associated with moral laxity. Findings underscore the program's role in fostering spiritual awareness and cultivating Islamic principles among youth. Despite sustainability challenges and educational delivery quality, the program positively reinforces religious identity and moral resilience among participants. Recommendations highlight the necessity for ongoing support to enhance non-formal Islamic education as an integral component of community-based initiatives.

Character education is critical given in any Islamic institution. At Boarding School Baitul Hikmah, character education in the broad sense is also very overlooked because of the strength of boarding, among other things that lie in student character education. In the Islamic world, characters always come first because they become the main base of human life, while science is second. Students studying in boarding school Baitul Hikmah must first be educated and depraved up substantially, and then they are given the knowledge that as many. Using the descriptive method, this study concluded that character education methods in Baitul Hikmah Islamic boarding schools are modeling, habituation, motivation, and discipline.
