Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai sejauh mana program pembelajaran coding dengan menggunakan platform Scratch yang telah diterapkan di SMP Negeri 2 Kamang Magek sejak tahun 2022 berjalan secara efektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran ini mengacu pada Computational Thinking, dan proses evaluasinya mengadopsi model Kirkpatrick yang mencakup empat tingkat penilaian: reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Coding dianggap sebagai salah satu kemampuan esensial di era abad ke-21 karena mampu mengasah logika, pola pikir terstruktur, dan kreativitas siswa dalam mengembangkan solusi berbasis teknologi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui berbagai instrumen seperti survei kepuasan peserta, tes sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, observasi terhadap proyek yang dihasilkan siswa, serta analisis terhadap dampak program terhadap minat mereka dalam bidang STEM dan penerapan keterampilan coding dalam mata pelajaran lain. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran coding ini mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari siswa, adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai konsep coding, dan perbaikan dalam perilaku seperti kemampuan berpikir logis dan keterlibatan dalam proyek teknologi. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya, antara lain waktu pembelajaran yang terbatas, perbedaan tingkat pemahaman antar siswa, kendala bahasa pada istilah pemrograman, keterbatasan perangkat yang dimiliki siswa, serta kebutuhan akses internet. Temuan dari evaluasi ini memberikan wawasan komprehensif mengenai keunggulan dan tantangan dari implementasi pembelajaran coding, serta menjadi landasan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan digital di sekolah..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dan mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi santri dalam membangun kecakapan komunikasi dakwah di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlus Sholihin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi langsung, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Jam’iyah Muballighin berfungsi sebagai sarana pembinaan sekaligus media pelatihan dakwah yang efektif bagi para santri. Kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, memperkuat rasa percaya diri, dan mengasah keterampilan menyampaikan pesan dakwah secara terstruktur dan menarik. Para santri juga menunjukkan inisiatif tinggi dalam melakukan latihan mandiri, seperti berbicara di depan cermin, diskusi kelompok, dan menyimak ceramah para tokoh melalui media digital. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan potensi dakwah santri. Keberhasilan program ini ditopang oleh metode pelatihan yang sistematis, lingkungan pesantren yang suportif, serta dorongan internal dari para santri sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the implementation of an inclusive curriculum in learning for children with special needs at MI Ar-Roihan Lawang. The background of this study is based on the issue of gender equality and the right to education for all Indonesian people. MI Ar-Roihan is interesting because not all schools, especially madrasahs, implement an inclusive system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore aspects of implementing the inclusive curriculum. The results of the study show: (1) psychological tests were conducted to determine the abilities and obstacles of students; (2) each class has a special learning style, including a special therapy class for children with special needs; and (3) learning objectives for children with special needs are adjusted to certain limits that are different from children in general. This study provides an original contribution in explaining how inclusive madrasahs can be implemented and have a positive impact on society while opening up opportunities for further studies on inclusion in religious-based educational institutions.

Abstract

This study discusses fundraising strategies in private madrasahs in response to limited government funding and increasing demands for quality education services. The study focuses on Islamic education management, with an emphasis on madrasah independence. The main question posed is: what strategies do private madrasahs employ in fundraising, and how do these strategies impact the quality of educational services? This study adopts a qualitative approach through case studies, with data collected from madrasah heads, committees, and the surrounding community. The results indicate that effective strategies include collaboration with committees, asset utilisation, alumni participation, and cultural approaches. These strategies significantly contribute to improving facilities, teacher welfare, and the quality of learning. This research emphasises the importance of participatory and innovative financial management in ensuring the sustainability of education in private madrasahs.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji sistem pendidikan bebas yang diterapkan oleh Sunan Giri sebagai strategi dakwah integratif di tengah masyarakat multikultural Gresik pada abad ke-15.  Sistem ini tidak terikat pada struktur kelembagaan formal, tetapi hadir sebagai sarana dakwah yang menyatu dengan budaya dan kehidupan masyarakat. Sunan Giri menyampaikan pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan kultural yang mencakup bahasa, adat, tradisi, hingga kesenian lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam kepada tokoh budaya dan ulama lokal. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis), dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap relevansi dan nilai-nilai transformatif dari sistem pendidikan bebas ala Sunan Giri. Studi kritis ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pendekatan-pendekatan pendidikan yang digunakan, serta mengkaji efektivitasnya sebagai strategi dakwah yang berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kearifan lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini bukan sekadar pengajaran agama, tetapi juga pembinaan karakter, akulturasi budaya, serta strategi dakwah non-konfrontatif yang efektif membentuk masyarakat Muslim yang moderat dan berakar budaya. Konsep ini relevan untuk dijadikan inspirasi dalam merumuskan model pendidikan Islam kontemporer yang inklusif dan transformatif.

Abstract

Islamic education often employs indoctrinative patterns in its teaching processes. This indoctrinative approach tends to create authoritarian relationships, which are considered effective for instilling doctrinal values but offer limited opportunities for students to develop critical perspectives toward the doctrines being taught. This study aims to examine the indoctrinative approach and its impact on students’ reasoning abilities. Using a literature review method, the research seeks to identify a moderate approach that balances indoctrination and reasoning within Islamic education. The findings suggest that indoctrination is both inevitable and necessary in Islamic education due to its unique characteristics—particularly in conveying ta‘abbudi (devotional) Islamic materials, especially regarding matters of faith and worship. However, for Islamic teachings that involve ta‘aqquli (rational) content, especially in social transactions (mu‘amalah), reasoning must be emphasized to cultivate students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills. With enhanced reasoning and critical capacities, students are less likely to be indoctrinated by radical ideologies and terrorist movements.

Abstract

This article investigates the application of Hans-Georg Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics to Qur’anic verse Q.S. al-ʿAlaq:1, as interpreted in two contrasting commentaries: Tafsīr Jalālayn and Tafsīr al-Ibrīz. It asks how differing interpretive horizons shape educational meaning in Islamic exegesis. Positioning the study within philosophical Qur’anic hermeneutics, the analysis employs Gadamer’s key concepts—pre-understanding, fusion of horizons, and language as a medium of truth—to examine the textual and contextual layers of both tafsīrs. Jalālayn represents a classical, theological-legalist horizon, while al-Ibrīz embodies a Javanese pesantren-based cultural and spiritual horizon. The study finds that both commentaries reflect dynamic educational paradigms grounded in their respective historical and cultural contexts. It concludes that Gadamerian hermeneutics opens constructive avenues for dialogical, contextual Qur’anic interpretation and contributes to the development of culturally inclusive Islamic education. Artikel ini menelaah penerapan hermeneutika filosofis Hans-Georg Gadamer terhadap QS al-ʿAlaq:1 dalam Tafsīr Jalālayn dan Tafsīr al-Ibrīz. Pertanyaan utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana perbedaan horizon penafsiran membentuk makna pendidikan dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an. Melalui pendekatan pre-understanding, fusion of horizons, dan bahasa sebagai medium kebenaran, ditemukan bahwa Jalālayn mewakili horizon klasik-teologis, sementara al-Ibrīz merefleksikan horizon budaya dan spiritual pesantren. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan hermeneutika Gadamer menawarkan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan tafsir Al-Qur’an yang dialogis dan kontekstual untuk pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Abstract The teaching of Arabic language began in Indonesia a long time ago, when Islam entered this country, and we learn this language as the language of the Islamic Religion, then it is taught in schools and boarding schools, both under the supervision of the Ministry of Religion. Ministry of Education and Culture, both government and local. For good Arabic teaching, the teacher must pay attention to and think about the curriculum and teaching methods used in teaching Arabic language, because both are two means of success in the learning process along with other factors. Many Arabic teachers don't really care about Arabic teaching methods. There are many schools and schools of Islamic education in Indonesia that revolve around the advancement of science and technology or philosophy, psychology and sociology so that Muslims who come are not late for things they will accept and explain in their future lives. Among them is Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar. This doctoral dissertation aims to reveal and find out the steps used in learning imla at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar, to reveal and find out the steps used to teach vocabulary at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar. Detect and find out about the method used to teach superposition at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar.The results of this study are: The steps used for learning dictation are: Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar uses the method, listen, read and write for dictation letters, sentences and essay. The steps used for teaching vocabulary are: starting from the dormitory by giving vocabulary every day after the morning prayer. Each student repeats what the language movement from each dormitory says and writes it down and orders them to memorize it and put the vocabulary in sentences and continue teaching it in class according to their respective classes. and writing vocabulary in several places according to their vocabulary. The steps used for superposition learning at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar, the teacher starts writing examples on the blackboard then asks the lesson of yesterday's lesson and explains the relationship between yesterday's lesson and the new lesson and explains the rules of nahwu science and shorof by example.
