The rapid development of technology today plays an important role in life, especially in the field of education. The FitAcademy Application is one of the developing digital platforms that requires promotion and visual improvement. Based on the results of the analysis carried out by the previous author, motion graphics are a promotional tool that has the potential to convey promotional messages and can bridge the density of information and audience attention. This design uses the design thinking method which goes through 5 stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test for a deeper understanding of the target audience of the design. Through Jobs to Be Done, a solution statement was obtained that this design will display the advantages of the FitAcademy Application, as well as build the perception that the FitAcademy application is here to support user needs activities. The results of the trial work show that the design created is able to meet user expectations in finding a learning application that suits their needs, both in terms of visual elements and the promotional messages conveyed.

Limited market access remains a major challenge facing local agribusinesses, primarily due to reliance on conventional marketing channels and a weak bargaining position within the marketing chain. Advances in digital technology present new opportunities for agribusinesses to transcend geographic boundaries, expand consumer reach, and increase product visibility amidst increasingly competitive markets. However, the utilization of digital marketing has not been fully optimized due to the impact of internal business capacity and the structural dynamics of the agribusiness market itself. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in expanding market access for local agribusiness products and encouraging market inclusion and a desire to do business. This study uses a qualitative approach, reviewing and analyzing various scientific literature sources and previous research relevant to the theme of digital marketing and local agribusiness. The results indicate that digital marketing serves as an alternative channel capable of expanding market reach and strengthening interactions between agribusinesses and consumers. The effectiveness of digital marketing utilization depends heavily on the readiness, ability, and experience of agribusinesses in consistently managing digital channels. In the medium to long term, digital marketing has the potential to drive broader market inclusion and support local agribusiness aspirations by increasing income stability and strengthening business actors' positions within the market structure.

Evaluation of ambient air quality conditions in Dobut Village, Manokwari, through a spatial approach based on 12 monitoring points. The parameters measured in this study consisted of PM₂.₅, NO₂, and SO₂ during the dry season. The data analysis used the Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) interpolation method. The existing results show that most areas of Dobut Village have air quality in the "good - moderate" category, but there are several points with PM₂.₅, NO₂, and SO₂ concentrations within the threshold approaching the WHO limit, namely around the industrial center area located in the suburban location. This study emphasizes the importance of spatial-based air quality monitoring in rural areas that are starting to develop in mobility and infrastructure. The measurement results show that the suburban zone has higher PM₂.₅, NO₂, and SO₂ concentrations than the urban area. This is a comparison that has been the general assumption that suburban areas are cleaner. This area has a higher concentration due to industrial activities and vehicle activities by residents and industrial workers in Dobut Village so that the area becomes unclean.

This study examines the harmonization of personal data protection regulations within Indonesia’s insurance sector following the enactment of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). Since its promulgation on 17 October 2022, the PDP Law has established a comprehensive normative framework governing the processing and protection of personal data. Its alignment with sectoral regulations becomes imperative, particularly in light of Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (PPSK Law). Article 3 paragraph (2) letter (i) of the PPSK Law explicitly affirms the objective of strengthening the protection of customers’ personal data in the financial services sector, while Article 240 paragraph (1) requires financial sector business actors, including insurance companies, to comply with prevailing personal data protection laws and regulations as well as supervisory provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority. However, in practice, the PDP Law currently fulfills primarily the element of legal substance within the legal system. The structural and legal culture components remain incomplete, as the Law mandates the issuance of ten Government Regulations and one Presidential Regulation to operationalize its provisions. The absence of these implementing instruments creates normative fragmentation and limits effective enforcement within the insurance industry. Consequently, the PDP Law predominantly reflects a preventive model of legal protection, as conceptualized by Hadjon, emphasizing anticipatory safeguards and compliance mechanisms rather than repressive enforcement. This condition highlights the urgency of regulatory harmonization and institutional strengthening to ensure coherent and effective personal data protection governance in Indonesia’s insurance sector.

This study aims to analyze visual signs (icons, indices, and symbols) in the Instagram content of @walhisulteng in shaping environmental education related to issues of environmental degradation in Central Sulawesi Province; to analyze visual signs (icons, indices, and symbols) in the Instagram content of @dlh.sultengprov in shaping environmental education related to waste management issues in Central Sulawesi Province; and to examine the semiotic differences between the content of @walhisulteng and @dlh.sultengprov in conveying environmental messages on Instagram. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach within an interpretive paradigm and applies Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic analysis as the primary analytical framework. The research data were obtained through documentation of visual Instagram content, including image posts and infographics addressing environmental issues. The analysis was conducted by identifying visual representamen, classifying signs into icons, indices, and symbols, and interpreting the objects and interpretants produced. The findings indicate that visual signs in the form of icons, indices, and symbols in the Instagram content of @walhisulteng and @dlh.sultengprov construct meanings of environmental education related to issues of environmental degradation and waste management in Central Sulawesi Province. Icons function as representations of environmental objects, indices indicate cause-and-effect relationships related to environmental conditions, and symbols reinforce messages through the use of established visual conventions. The relationships among these visual signs contribute to building audience understanding of environmental education messages conveyed through graphic design on Instagram as a social media platform.

The rapid expansion of Indonesia's construction sector, particularly in high-rise development, highlights the critical need for effective project management strategies focused on cost control, quality assurance, and timely project completion. This study adopts a normative research approach to investigate the potential benefits, challenges, and implementation strategies for standardizing turnkey construction contracts within Indonesia's specific legal and regulatory context. Standardizing these contracts provides a strategic approach to improving project outcomes and reducing conflicts by clearly defining the roles, responsibilities, and liabilities of all involved parties. The research findings are expected to provide valuable insights for construction stakeholders, policymakers, and legal professionals, thereby fostering greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability in Indonesia's construction industry.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Public Information and Communication Technology (ICT) innovation and to formulate a Public ICT Innovation Model within the Government of West Bandung Regency. The study is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of various ICT-based innovation programs due to several critical regional innovation factors, including leadership, innovation culture development, the capacity of educated and trained personnel, innovation team development, and measurable work orientation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method through observation, interviews, and document analysis conducted at the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics (DISKOMINFOTIK) and related Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs). The findings indicate that although Public ICT innovations have generally been implemented effectively, major obstacles persist, particularly low work and learning culture and rigid bureaucratic structures. On the other hand, innovation optimization is driven by technology push factors, encompassing research and development, production, marketing, and market needs. The study also identifies external interference factors, such as academic involvement, benchmarking with other local governments, and public feedback which significantly contribute to improving and integrating innovation initiatives. Improvement efforts are reflected in the integration of 103 innovations into two main platforms and institutional efficiency through the strengthening of internal human resources. This research proposes a Public ICT Innovation Model as a systematic framework emphasizing integration, innovation curation, centralized coordination through DISKOMINFOTIK, and adaptability to external dynamics. The model is expected to serve as a strategic reference for developing more effective, efficient, and sustainable public ICT innovations at the local government level.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the structure of business environments and intensified competition across various industries. The expansion of digital platforms has created new forms of market interaction that allow organizations and consumers to engage in more dynamic and continuous exchanges. At the same time, these changes have reshaped consumer behavior, particularly in how individuals search for information, interact with brands, and evaluate products or services within increasingly connected digital ecosystems. This study aims to examine the evolving dynamics of entrepreneurial marketing in the digital economy and to explore how strategic marketing approaches can strengthen customer value creation in rapidly changing digital markets. The study employs a qualitative approach by analyzing relevant academic literature, previous research findings, and scholarly publications related to entrepreneurial marketing, digital business environments, and customer value development. The findings indicate that the expansion of digital ecosystems has intensified market competition while simultaneously requiring organizations to adopt more adaptive and flexible marketing strategies. Organizations are increasingly required to strengthen interactive communication, integrate digital marketing activities, and build long-term relationships with customers to remain competitive in complex digital markets. Ultimately, reinforcing customer value orientation through improved customer experience and sustained engagement plays a critical role in strengthening the competitive position of organizations operating within the digital economy.

This study aims to analyze the types of difficulties and causal factors experienced by elementary school students in speaking skills in English learning through a literature review. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of reviews of various relevant journals and books. The results of the study indicate that speaking difficulties are complex and encompass both linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. From a linguistic perspective, the main obstacles include limited vocabulary, pronunciation errors due to differences in the sound systems of Indonesian and English, and a weak understanding of grammar in constructing simple sentences. Meanwhile, from a non-linguistic perspective, psychological factors such as shyness, fear of making mistakes, and low self-confidence inhibit students’ courage to speak. In addition, external factors such as limited opportunities for practice, less communicative learning methods, and an environment that does not support the use of English also exacerbate these difficulties.

The main problem of this research centers on the existence of a serious and multidimensional implementation deficit in the management of Low-Cost Rental Apartments (Rusunawa) in Bandung City. This study employs a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through field observations at strategic locations such as the Cingised, Rancacili, and Sadang Serang Rusunawa complexes, as well as through in-depth interviews with stakeholders from the Housing and Settlement Area Agency (Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman/DPKP) and the Rusunawa Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of Bandung City. The findings reveal that the implementation of Rusunawa management policies in Bandung City has not yet been optimal due to weak inter-agency coordination and limited managerial capacity within the implementing organizations. Resource-related factors, particularly the shortage of civil servants and the reactive nature of maintenance budgeting, constitute major obstacles in maintaining the quality of public services. In addition, the study finds that the implementers’ disposition and policy communication variables have not been effective in fostering voluntary compliance among residents, especially in adhering to occupancy duration regulations and administrative requirements. As a solution, this research proposes a policy implementation strengthening model based on service digitalization (Smart Rusunawa) and social engineering to ensure the sustainability of Rusunawa as humane and equitable transitional housing.
