Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions on repurchase intention through satisfaction. The population in this study were buyers at Rio food stalls and by using the purposive sampling technique, a sample of 160 people was obtained. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the help of SmartPLS 3. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted, meaning that there is an effect of product quality on satisfaction and repurchase intention. There is also the influence of perceived price on satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, the results also show that there is an effect of satisfaction on repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Hours Coffee And More Jakarta. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method obtained 80 consumers as respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially perceived price had no influence on purchasing decisions, partially product quality had a positive influence on purchases, and partially promotion had a promotional influence on purchasing decisions. And simultaneously price perceptions, product quality and promotion have a positive influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, promotion and price perception on purchasing decisions at Kopi Kren Jakarta. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a total sample size of 160 with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The measuring tool used in this research is a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The analysis used includes validity tests, reliability tests, t tests and f tests. The results of the analysis show that: Product quality influences purchasing decisions, promotions and price perceptions also significantly and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the destination image, service quality, and promotion on visiting decisions. The sampling technique used in this research is an accidental sampling technique with quantitative methods. The population in this study were tourists who visited Ecopark Ancol. Sample data was obtained through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability which was then distributed to Ecopark Ancol visitors. The final data sample used in this research was 100 respondents. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis method which is processed with the help of SPSS version 29 software. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression models, it was discovered that the variables of destination image (X1), service quality (X2) and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant impact on the visit decision (Y) at Ecopark Ancol, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of service quality, price perception, and customer experience on customer satisfaction. The sample technique used in this study is a purposive sample method with the number of respondents to the final sample being 70 people. Based on the sampling method set, the study was conducted through a survey of The Tribrata Dharmawangsa Jakarta consumers who had stayed at least ones. The data analysis method was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. After going through the examination of classical assumptions in multiple linear regression models, the results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on buying decision at The Tribrata Dharmawangsa Jakarta. The same results were also obtained for promotion variables. These two variables together have a significant effect on buying decision. Of the three variables studied, the most dominant service quality factor determines buying decision, followed by promotion and brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, brand image and price on customer satisfaction. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software to process the data. This research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires through surveys given to customers. In this research, a purposive sampling method was used (randomly) with a total of 80 customers who made purchases at the Gallery Restaurant Redtop Hotel Jakarta. The research results show that service quality (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction, while brand image (X2) and price (X3) partially have a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The research results also show that these three variables simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore how location, price perception, and brand image influence consumers' decisions to buy Mixue products. It was conducted among Mixue product purchasers in March-April 2024 using a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a accidental sampling, involving a total of 100 respondents. The data were subsequently analyzed using the method of analysis with a multiple linear regression model approach. The results suggest that consumers' perceptions of price and brand image affect their purchase decisions individually, whereas location does not. Overall, the study implies that all three factors collectively impact consumers' purchasing choices.

Abstract

The study explores the role of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and career adaptability in improving employee performance. The survey was conducted on 120 employees in six branches of Amira Aesthetic Clinic. Sampling is carried out purposively by prioritizing employees who already have at least 3 months of work experience. Employees who already have at least 3 months of work experience. Then, hypothesis analysis will be performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that organizational culture had the most dominant significant impact on improving employee performance, along with other factors such as emotional intelligence and career adaptability. Abstract

Air merupakan unsur vital bagi keberadaan manusia, hewan, dan tumbuhan. Air bersih sangat penting untuk semua aktivitas kehidupan manusia. Mengingat pentingnya air yang tidak tercemar bagi kesejahteraan manusia, keberadaan air yang tidak terkontaminasi merupakan syarat mutlak bagi kehidupan yang sehat dan berkembang. Di daerah perkotaan, terutama selama periode globalisasi, ketika ekspansi populasi sangat cepat, semakin sulit untuk mengakses air bersih yang memenuhi peraturan kesehatan. Permintaan air oleh manusia selalu meningkat. Air sangat penting untuk beberapa fungsi dalam tubuh manusia, seperti mendorong pertumbuhan dan pembersihan tubuh. PERUMDA didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di Jakarta, khususnya di Jakarta Barat.motivasi berasal dari kebutuhan yang menghasilkan keinginan dan mendorong tindakan, yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada keputusan bagi seorang individu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi, kompensasi, kinerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di hotel aston bandar lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan november sampai april. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Aston Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 77 orang. Peneliti memutuskan untuk menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian ini melalui google form dan disebarkan kepada karyawan Hotel Aston Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan analisis dan hasil pengujian hipotesis mengenai analisis kepuasan kerja karyawan hotel aston yang dipengaruhi budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, dan kinerja dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi.
