Abstract

Metode analisis data yang menggunakan bantuan Smart PLS 3.2.9. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif primer Metode-Cross-sectional survei dengan menggunakan data populasi dan sampel 100 pelanggan yang telah membeli produk melalui Traveloka di Jakarta. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara promosi dengan kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-statistic 2,483 ,adanya pengaruh tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayana dengan kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-statistic 1,239 , dari nilai harga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-statistic 2,182 dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapa loyalitas pelanggan yang mempunyai nilai t-statistic 13,593 . Hasil koefisien 43% pada kepuasan pelanggan dan 49% pada loyalitas pelanggan dan dengan nilai mode 70% .

Abstract

Tingkat perkembangan wisata cukup beragam, pengolahan sumber apapun bisa dimanfaatkan. Seperti hal nya diera serba media sosial, tidak luput dari keindahan postingan berupa foto maupun video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa pengaruh social media customer engagement, citra merek, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terkumpul 100 responden dari pengunjung Roja by Moja Museum Jakarta. Melalui kuesioner online secara teknik sampling. Pengujian hipotesis tersebut dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling) dengan software SmartPLS 3. Dari hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan signifikan positif dari social media customer engagement dan citra merek terhdap keputusan berkunjung. Sedangakan hasil penelitian lokasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung membuktikan tidak adanya hubungan signifikan positif.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to determine whether there is an influence of Compensation, Leadership and Motivation on the Performance of PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia is engaged in manufacturing automotive spare parts. The method used in the study used quantitative research methods with testing methods using multiple linear regression methods and data processing in this study using the IBM SPPS 25 application. The sample of this study was obtained from permanent employees of PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive has 120 employees. The results of this study show that the variables of Compensation, Leadership and Motivation have a significant effect on the Performance of PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of the work environment, leadership style, and compensation on employee loyalty PT. Tiga Khayangan Timur (GSA Philippine Airlines). Employee loyalty plays a crucial role in a company's success, as loyal employees tend to be more dedicated, productive, and positively contribute to the organization. The research sample consists of 30 respondents who are employees of PT. Tiga Khayangan Timur with a minimum of two years of work experience by applying saturated sample. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate that the work environment, leadership style, and compensation have significant positive influence on employee loyalty at PT. Tiga Khayangan Timur (GSA Philippine Airlines) partially and simultaneously. Employees who work in a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment tend to be more loyal to the company. Furthermore, leadership style also has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. Effective leadership styles, such as transformative or democratic leadership, can establish an emotional bond between employees and the organization, thereby enhancing loyalty. Additionally, the research demonstrates that compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty. Employees who perceive their compensation as fair and adequate tend to exhibit higher levels of loyalty to the company. Relevant compensation components, such as competitive salaries, performance incentives, and additional benefits, can motivate employees to remain loyal to the organization. This research provides valuable insights for PT. Tiga Khayangan Timur (GSA Philippine Airlines) and other organizations in understanding the factors that contribute to employee loyalty. By focusing on and improving the work environment, leadership style, and compensation, companies can enhance employee loyalty, which, in turn, positively impacts performance and organizational sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation at Tebet Jakarta Hospital. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The sampling technique used quantitative methods with path analysis of 230 respondents. Data processing carried out in this study used the SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. The results of this study have a significant direct effect of leadership on work motivation, leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and for an indirect effect, leadership through work motivation significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work discipline through work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and work environment on employee performance. data analysis method in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with this study using quantitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 145 daily workers at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Jakarta. The results obtained from this study are that compensation and the work environment both have a positive and significant effect. However, it was stated that there was no significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Madarin Oriental Hotel Jakarta Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengambilan data sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah daily worker Hotel Mandarin Oriental Jakarta sejumlah 145 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah menyatakan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sama – sama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Namun dinyatakan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Madarin Oriental Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan apakah Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berdampak pada Kinerja Karyawan PT. Qomishu. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dari karyawan PT.Qomishu sebanyak 140 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, pengujuan asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan variabel Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Qomishu.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), dan disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) di Senayan Avenue Jakarta. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan - Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan Senayan Avenue Jakarta pada bulan Maret 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, dengan metode sampel jenuh untuk memilih 142 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis melibatkan uji klasik, diikuti oleh Regresi Linear Berganda menggunakan SPSS 29 sebagai alat statistik, serta uji F, uji t, analisis korelasi, dan uji penentuan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial, variabel Kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitu pula, variabel motivasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, meskipun secara parsial. Tapi secara bersama - sama variabel ini memiliki hubungan positif dan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Senayan Avenue Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- is to findout the effect of compensation and motivation against employee’s performance in Lamoda Restaurant, Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The respondents were all staffs of Lamoda. Data collected using quesionaire, and analyzed by multiple regression. Findings-It is concluded that compensation is a basic element of motivation to increase the performance of employees in Lamoda restaurant.
