Abstract

Purpose- The aim of this research is to find out the effect of motivation and work environment on employees’s performance in Park Hotel Design/methology/approach- The Saturated sample are selected, excluding sample for validity test and reliability one. The descriptive and quantitative methods of analysis were implemente. The Calassic assumption, multiple regression, t-test, F-test and coorelation & determination-test were applied. Findings- The Motivation and Work environment have effected the employees’s performance. However, both variables have effected in low category, while by simultaneous, they are in moderate category. Research limitations- The limitation of variables are the factor in this particular point. Practical implications- The management need to improve both in motivation and work environment

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work occupational Health and Safety program, work Motivation on Employees’s Productivity in The Park Lane Jakarta Design/methology/approach- The research method used by distributing questionnaire to 88 respondents of employee of The Park Lane Hotel Jakarta Findings-.The results in this study stated that the Occupational Health, Safety(OHS), and Motivation have individually and simultaneously effected Employees work productivity. The individual effects in weak category when it is tested individually by coefficient of coorelation and determinant. On the other hand, the variables have effected work productivity when it is done simultaneously. Research limitations- Limitation in this research is the absence of financial report for at least, the past three years in a row. These reports are useful to coorelate between the findings and the financial benefit to the company. The financial ratios are useful to meaure the coorelation of the human capital policy against profitability of the Park Lane Hotel Practical implications- Occupational Health and Safety program and work motivation also have simultaneously significantly on the Employee Productivity,provide that information and training are taking place on the importance of personal protective eqquipment.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to know the job satisfaction and motivation effect simultaneously or partially to work productivity of employees. Design/methology/approach- The population in this research the employees of EIGHTYEIGHT@KASABLANKA. The sample that used for this research are 80 employees. Sensus sampling technical. Data analysis tools that used for this research are multi linear regression, validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test) whereas the hypothesis test including the F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The job satisfaction and motivation has an effect to work productivity of employees either partially or simultaneously. The jhob satisfactiotn with low category but real. The motivation also with the same effect in low category and real. However, by both of the varable simultaneously resuting in moderate category, and real. Research limitations- The limited sampel and variables were probably the limitation of this research.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and employee development to employee’s productivity. The population used in this study was employee at Amaroossa Hotel Indonesia (Amaroossa Cosmo Jakarta, Amaroossa Royal Bogor, Hotel Amaroossa Bandung, and Amaroossa Grande Bekasi). Design/methology/approach -The sampling simple random technique was used to select the 120 respondents. The multiple regression method by deployed SPSS vesion 20 to analyze the attained data from respondents. Findings- The results of this study indicate that communication directly influence employee productivity. Employee developments directly influence employee productivity. Research Limitations- The limitation of respondents due to limited populations was one of the limitation that need to be enhanced in the next research. Practical implications- The manager should seek the continual practical method to develop competencies of the organization.

Abstract

Purpose- . Aiming to findout the The Factors That Influencing Employee’s Work Performance In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. Design/methology/approach- A questionaire as instrument of survey to respondent of employees in In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. The sample were 91 respondents derived by Slovin formula, within a single organization supported by interviews. Findings- Based on F-test,it is concluded that Organizational communication and Compensation simultaneously have effected the work motivation of the employee in In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. It it double checked, the result of t-test is also confirming that Organizational communication and Compensation simultaneously have effeFinally the coorelation and determinant test is applied that this is also determines that there is a real relationship among the two varibales against the work motivation of the employees In PT. Talisman Insurance Brokers. Research limitations-However the capacity of independent variables to influence the effect on work motivation is weaker than other variables, that are not included in this research. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall maintain the authentic information by means of available organizational communications. Additionally that this is a main area to evaluate the existing compensation as it has bigger effect on work motivation. Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of employee’s satisfaction, and organization commitment on staff turnover individually, and simulatenously at Amaroosa Hotel in Bekasi. Design/methology/approach- The simple random sampling technique was implied and analyzed by SPSS bersion 20. The total of respondentas are 74 person. The multiple regression is selected as the suitable method to conduct the serial tests. Findings- The motivation of staff turn over are based on organization commitment and the staff also influenced by a better offer from the competitor as the high demand is happening. Research limitations-The single object and the limited respondents of this research is a limitation of this study. Abstract

The aim of this study is to conduct identification of room for harmonization among the systems to promote high quality output in higher education. The method used are the survey on all available systems of National Education System, National Training, National Qualification Framewrok of Indonesia, National Competency Standards Systems, RMCS, and AQRF system. The enrichment were found out of the above sytems that need (1) to set up the policy of harmonization on NQF in ministries level, (2). To set up the similar meaning, interpretation, and practice on all terminologies of qualified human resource among the sectors, (3) the need for rapid assessment to fill the existing shortages of qualified, and certified professionals in all sectors. (4) to encourage the development of competency standards by Public Private Academia Partnership among all stakeholders, (5) to develop instructional design of vocational model that traceable with NQF and SKKNI, (6) to develop certification schemes based on occupation mapping, (7). Joint cooperation system using the valuable AQRF 2018.

Abstract

Purpose- . Aiming to measure the training and motivation against employee’s performance in P.T. ANZ Bank, Jakarta Design/methology/approach- A questionaire survey to employee’s of P.T. ANZ Bank.The sample were 50, selected by purposive, within a single organization supported by interviews. Data analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 20 Findings- Overall tests done, it is concluded that partially, training has effected employee’s performance significantly. The same thing that motivation has effected employee’s performance, significantly. Additionally, both training and motivation, simulataneously, have effected employee’s performance, significantly, too. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It I s then suggested for the next research that other variable such as compensation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. This results may not be applicable in the same line of business. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall maintain and develop the potential of employees by providing a combination of training and motivation in human resourcesopment. The Originality-This is done exclusively for the P.T. ANZ Bank as a single company that may applicable therein.

Abstract

Purpose- This Research to analyse influence of compensation, and achievement work to employee capacity performance on PT. United Tractor (UNTR) Cakung Jakarta Design/methology/approach- This research population in the marketing division of 100 people by using sample. Data analyzer used in examination of hypothesis is double linear regression analysis. Findings- Result employees where compensation significant effect on the performance of employees and the work echievement influence on employee performance. It is also found that about 50.9 % were influenced by other variables. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It is then suggested for the next research that other variable such as motivation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. Practical implications- The manager of human resource shall maintain and develop the potential of employees by providing a combination of training and motivation in human resources development. The sample used in this study were 100 employees of the Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression, validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test). While testing the hypothesis includes the F-test, t test, and analysis of partial correlation and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- From the analysis it can be seen that training and compensation have an influence on employee performance partially or simultaneously.
