Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership, and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at Menara Peninsula Hotel Jakarta. The population of this study were 306 respondents, the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive technique due to time limitation and efficiency. Data collection technique using questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and realibility. Data were analyzed by descriptive and quatitative. The regression analysis started with the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedaticity test, linearity test) afterward by multiple linear regression analysis. The model determined by hypotheses testing applied F test, t test, correlation test, and the coefficient determination (R2). The result showed that the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, the leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, where all variables simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at Menara Peninsula Hotel Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- This research was conducted in order to find out whether leadership, compensation and motivation influence the employee performance at The Goods Dept Design/methodology/approach- In this sample research respondents used were The Goods Dept employees consisting of 63 respondents, by saturated technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Findings- Base on analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously leadership (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3) influence the employee performance (Y). It was also concluded that partially (individual) leadership and compensation influence the employee performance, but motivation is not influence the employee performance. The result shows that compensation have the most impact significantly on employee performance at The Goods Dept

Abstract

Purpose- This research aims is to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and communication to empeloyee’s performance. Design/methology/approach The research done in Raffles Hotel Jakarta by distributing questionairs to 100 respondents, bu purposive sampling method. Analysis method used is multiple regression and its requirements . Findings- Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that, there is a weak but real effect of leadership on employee’s performance with a contribution of 8.58%. There is a moderate but real influence of motivation on empeloyee’s performance with contribution equal to 17,38%. There is a strong and real influence of communication on empeloyee’s performance with contribution equal to 61,93%. If the variables are combined together it is found that there is a very strong positive influence of the three variables together to determine the empeloyee’s performance with a contribution of 81,18%, where other factors are influential but not discussed in this research that is equal to 18,98%.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work environment, communication, and work discipline on employee productivity at Hotel Raffles Jakarta. Design/methology/approach The samples used in this study were 100 employees by purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. Findings- The results showed either simultaneously or partially, consist of work environment (X1), communication (X2), work discipline (X3) have a significant influence on employee productivity (Y). Researchers concluded that the better work environment, good communication, and the higher level of employee’a discipline will increase employee productivity. Variable work environment is the most dominant variables affecting employee productivity at Hotel Raffles Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and location on customer satisfaction banquet room Hotel Le Grandeur Jakarta partially or simultaneously. Design/methology/approach The population in this study were customers of the Hotel Le Grandeur Jakarta. The sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely 100 questionnaires distributed to customers from the Hotel Le Grandeur Jakarta. Data were processed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v20 for windows. Findings- The results of this study indicate that partially service quality, promotion, and location variables were significantly influence customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to discuss the Cultural Organization, Compensation and Team Cooperation for Employee Performance. The basic concept of Equity Respondents was taken from 100 employees of THE Head office of PT Kimia Farma. Design/methology/approach - The sampling technique uses the roscue sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. Findings- The results of the analysis can conclude that the Cultural Organization, Compensation and Team Cooperation are positive and significant both simultaneously and partially on Work Performance. For organizational culture in the pharmacy chemistry it was approved at 4.248%, compensation 5.704% and team cooperatives at 7.391%. Simultaneously it was found that there was a change of variables altogether together to determine the performance of employees at Kimia Farma Pusat with a contribution of 41.603% where other factors involved but not approved in this study were only dominant at 58.39%. For this reason, Kimia Farma Management must maintain and increase the influence of organizational culture, compensation and opposing teamwork to improve performance so that chemical farma employees work better.

Abstract

Purpose- The aim of this study is to Analyze Effect Of Leadership Style And Motivation On Emplyee’s Performance. Design/methology/approach- The primary data and secondary ones were collected by a set of questionair. Analysis method were descriptive and multiple regression for quantitave method. Findings- The findings were found that there are positive influence of leadership style and motivation on employees’s performance partially and simultaneously. Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this research is to know the emotional intelligence (X1), training (X2), and workplace environment (X3) effected partially and simultaneously on employee performance (Y). Design/methodology/approach- The population are the employees of PT. Mata Air Boga Lestari. The sample that used for this research are 100 employees, by accidental sampling technique. Data collection method used by a questionnaire. Data analysis tools that used this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test), multilinear regression. While the hypotheses testing by F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- From the analysis and discussions it was found that emotional intelligence, training, and workplace environment have a positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation, and satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at Mall Pacific Place Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- In this sample research respondents used were Pacific Place Jakarta employees consisting of 97 respondents, by saturated technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Findings- Found the influence of work environment variables with employee performance is 2,80% meaning there is a real but weak relationship between work environment variables with partial performance, the effect of motivation variables with employee performance is 10,90% meaning there is a real relationship but moderate between motivation variables with partial employee performance, the effect of satisfaction variables with employee performance is 7,41% meaning that there is a real but weak relationship between satisfaction variables with employee performance partially, in conclusion the work environment, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Pacific Place Jakarta namely 36,97%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to know the influence of leadership, teamwork and discipline work against employee productivity Hotel Fairmont Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The data collected through the questionnaires are then measured by likert scale score with a total of 130 the respondent employees Hotel Fairmont Jakarta. Research using the method of double linear regression to analyze data. Data analysis tools that used this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test), multilinear regression. While the hypotheses testing by F test, t test, partial correlation analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The results showed a simultaneous leadership, teamwork and discipline work against work productivity. The leadership of the influential positive but not significant toward the work productivity. While teamwork and discipline work a positive and significant effect against work productivity. This result means teamwork and discipline work influenced positively against work productivity and the value is significantly to the productivity of employees. The leaders should pay more attention to the work in accordance with the disciplinary rules of procedures, enhance cooperation towards the better team against employees, and improve the overall results in terms of productivity. Productivity of employees become more efficient if receive effective training.
