Abstract

Purpose- . Aiming to measure the human capital development and work discipline against employee’s performance at Park Hotel, Jakarta Design/methology/approach- A questionaire survey to employees Park Hotel, Jakarta.The sample were 100, selected by purposive, within a single organization supported by interviews. Data analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 20 Findings- Overall tests done, it is concluded that work discipline has a very strong effect against the employee’s performance. This is also still positively effected, the human development program and work discipline have effected Employee’s performance, simultaneously. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It I s then suggested for the next research that other variable such as compensation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. Practical implications-The manager of human resource shall maintain and develop the potential of employees by providing a combination of human resource development. There are many choice to choose from training, education, rotation, vestibule, vide show, including self esteem program. Additionally a main area to evaluate the existing compensation, as it has a bigger effect on employee’s performance. The Originality-This is done exclusively for the Park Hotel as a single company that may applicable therein, and therefore it easier to be improved.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation and working facilities with the performance of employees at Puri Mega Hotel Jakarta Design/methology/approach- This study used two dependent variable that compensation and working facilities to the independent variable is the performance of employees. The population is employees Puri Mega Hotel Jakarta, with the samples used are used in this study as many as 100 people. Based on research hasi through validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (norm. ality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test). Findings- While testing the hypothesis include tests F, t test and analysis of partial correlation and coefficient of determinationFrom the analysis it can be seen that the compensation (X1) and work facilities (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y) either partially or simultaneously. Research limitations- The limitation of this research lies on its scope of object, and the limited variables involved. It is then suggested for the next research that other variable such as motivation, and other exogen variable can be deployed too. This results may not be applicable in the same line of business. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT Jaya Land. Respondents were drawn from 80 employees of PT Jaya Land. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that leadership, motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. For this reason, the Division Head at PT Jaya Land must maintain and enhance good role models, motivate employees and provide ideas and solutions for each problem and provide positive recognition to employees for their work, pay attention to employees and give awards so that employee performance remains good.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Compensation, Organizational Culture and Leadership on job satisfaction at Neo Hotel Group. Respondents were taken from 55 employees of the Neo Hotel Group. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that Compensation, Organizational Culture and Leadership have positive and significant effects both simultaneously and partially on Employee Job Satisfaction. For that every Department must pay attention to salaries and wages according to national standards. Organizational Culture employees by giving appreciation to employees who excel so as to create good job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of external motivation, compensation, and work discipline on emlployes performance both partially and simultaneously at The Hotel Santika Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The sample used was 92 respondents using saturated sampling method. This data collection method uses a questionner that has been tested its vakidity and reliability. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, F test, t test, coefficient conrelation and determination. The result of this study prove that external motivation, compensation, and work discipline are partially and simultaneously have the positive effect on employees’s performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta Hotel & Spa. The research was conducted at The Jayakarta SP Jakarta Hotel & Spa with a total of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple regression. Based on the analysis and discussions, there is a significant positive influence of the motivation variable on employee performance. There is a significant positive effect of the compensation variable on employee performance. Simultaneously it was found that the influence of independent variables together on employee performance with a contribution of 41.7%, where other factors that influence but are not discussed in this study are 58.3. %

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership and organizational commitment on performance through motivation. The population of this research are employees of PT. Binavalasindo Dolarasia Sejahtera Utama Jakarta. The sampling technique by saturation with 158 respondents. Method of collecting data by census technique using questionnaire that has been tested its validity and reliability. Data analysis by descriptive and quantitative. The quantitate analysis use Path Analysis with SPSS 20. The result of the research shows that Leadership has a significant effect towards Motivation by the value of 4.62, while Organizational Commitment has a significant effect towards Motivation by the value of 5.76, Leadership has a significant effect towards Performance by the value of 3.01, while Organizational Commitment has a significant effect towards Performance by the value of 2.93, Motivation has a significant effect towards Performance by the value of 8.57, Leadership has a significant indirect effect on Performance through Motivation by the value of 2.74, while Organizational Commitment has a significant indirect effect on Performance through Motivation by the value 4.43.

Abstract

This research was conducted on staff of Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effects of transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction to job performance at Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. This study used primary data obtained from the questionnaire by purposive sampling method. Samples of data were obtained from 150 respondents consisting of staff of Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta. The variables in this study were transformational leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), job satisfaction (X3), and job performance (Y). The author used quantitative descriptive method and the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction provide a significant effect on job performance at Apartemen Pavilion Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Competency, organizational commitment and career development on performance through variable work productivity. The sample involved was 200 respondent of employees Manhattan Hotel with a nonprobability sampling method. The data of this study were obtained from distributing questionnaire. Method of analysis is Path analysis, follow by transforming data using Method of Successive Interval(MSI), Malahanobis distance test, normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation analysis, and mediation testing with sobel test. The results of this study are competency, organizational commitment, career development, work productivity and performance employee have a positive directly effect. Then organizational commitment and career development have an indirect positive impact to the performance through work productivity. Beside that, competency no indirectly effect on employee performance through work productivity as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this Research is to determine the direct effect of Compensation on Motivation, Training on Motivation, Compensation on Performance, Training on Performance, as well as Motivation on Performance. Furthermore, this study also aims to determine the indirect effect of Compensation on Performance through Motivation variables and Training on Performance through Motivation variables. This study is using descriptive and quantitative research by conducting surveys based on data through questionnair’s distribution. The research method used is path analysis with employee of The Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Hotel, Jakarta as the questionnaire data and the sample consist of 174 respondents by accidental method. The test results shows Compensation and Training have positive and significant effect on Motivation. Likewise, Compensation, Training and Motivation have positive and significant effect on Performance. Moreever, Compensation and Training also have indirect effect on Performance with Motivation as a moderator variable.
