Abstract

Unit Pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (UPBK) merupakan wadah peserta didik untuk berkonsultasi mengenai permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada dirinya. Salah satunya adalah mengenai karier di studi lanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, unit ini perlu mengadakan manajemen yang baik dalam memberikan pelayanannya mengingat pelayanan yang ada untuk menunjang perkembangan peserta didik. Dari sini, penelitian diarahkan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen UPBK terhadap kematangan karier kelas XII di MAN 2 Kota Malang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode expost facto dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, penelitian menggunakan sampel sebesar 197 peserta didik kelas XII di MAN 2 Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian diketahui manajemen UPBK berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karier dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 17,02 di atas 1,96. Pengaruh signifikan dengan skor P-Values kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 dan positif dengan nilai original sample 0,694 di atas -1.

Abstract

The many cases that occur with millennial children today include corruption, sexual crimes, obscenity, bullying, drugs and fights between students which cause a person's quality to be low. The existence of a student management process is one of Ma'had's efforts to create quality students in the cognitive, affective and skills fields so that they can be applied in the home, school and community environments. It is hoped that Ma'had's role will be to shape the quality of students through the student management process. The focus of this research is: 1) What is the student management process to improve the quality of santri at Ma'had Darul Ilmi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kediri City, 2) What are the results of efforts to improve the quality of santri at Ma'had Darul Ilmi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kediri City . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study type of research, the informants used are school principals, ma'had supervisors, and ma'had caregivers. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research produces that, 1) The student management process consists of input, process and output. Input is planning, namely planning the recruitment of students and caregivers. This process includes providing ma'had, habituation and education programs. 2) The results of efforts to improve the quality of students can be called output which can be demonstrated through the various achievements they have made.

Abstract

Management plays an important role for an organization in providing order in carrying out all its work. One of the jobs that requires management is archives. Good and effective archive management can make it easier for an institution to provide the services and information its customers need. So, with this archive management it can improve the quality of services provided. The purpose of this research is to describe archival planning in improving the quality of services at the Batu City Education Service, describe the implementation of archives in improving the quality of services at the Batu City Education Office, and to describe the evaluation of the implementation of archives in improving service quality at the Batu City Education Office. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed and tested for the validity of the data. The results of this research show that: (1) Archives planning in improving the quality of services at the Batu City Education Office consists of processes, namely determining targets, identifying archives, collecting archive data, determining archives, preparing archive processing guidelines, and preparing archive retention schedules. (2) The implementation of archives in improving the quality of services at the Batu City Education Service is carried out in several processes, namely managing letters, filing archives, implementing archive services, maintaining archives, and depreciating archives. (3) Then, the results of the archival evaluation in improving the quality of services at the Batu City Education Office are carrying out direct evaluations by directing and supervising the process of archival activities, providing direct input, holding training related to the use of digital applications, meeting infrastructure, and conducting related surveys with the service process.

Abstract

The The implementation of the 'Amaliyah Tadris' program is an implementation of teaching practice activities carried out from planning to evaluation with the aim of female students at Tarbiyatul Mu'llimat (TMaI) Prenduan Sumenep Madura being able to become teachers as in the word tarbiyah, so that with this the output is The results produced will be of high quality and of course will have an influence on the quality of the institution. So before carrying out this program, you must be prepared with thorough preparation starting from planning to evaluating this program, and the activities will run according to the objectives. Abstract

Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah di Kementerian Agama memiliki tugas dan fungsi penting dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan madrasah, termasuk dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi kepala madrasah. Strategi kepemimpinan sangat penting dalam mengelola organisasi, termasuk dalam konteks pendidikan madrasah. Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pasuruan membawahi banyak lembaga madrasah aliyah swasta, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat dari Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepala madrasah, khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta. Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana perencanaan strategi kepala seksi pendidikan madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepala MAS di lingkungan Kemenag Kabupaten Pasuruan?. (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan strategi kepala seksi pendidikan madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Kepala MAS di lingkungan Kemenag Kabupaten Pasuruan?. (3) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi kepala seksi pendidikan madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepala MAS di lingkungan Kemenag Kabupaten Pasuruan? Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tiga metode utama, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Kemudian pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah telah melakukan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepala madrasah aliyah swasta melalui perencanaan matang, pelaksanaan seminar, bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan. Meskipun terdapat dukungan dari pimpinan kantor, juga ditemukan hambatan seperti rendahnya partisipasi madrasah dan lambatnya pencapaian tujuan. Untuk mengatasinya, dilakukan upaya berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan komunikasi, mendorong partisipasi aktif, menjalin sinergi, dan mengajak komitmen dari semua pihak terkait.

Abstract

Kurikulum muatan lokal merupakan mata pelajaran di madrasah yang berisi muatan dan proses pembelajaran tentang potensi dan keunikan daerah. Tujuan dari implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal yaitu untuk membekali peserta didik dengan sikap, keterampilan dan pengetahuan untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi daerah yang bermanfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut penulis termotivasi untuk meneliti lebih lanjut tentang manajemen kepala madrasah dalam menerapkan kurikulum muatan lokal melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Amien Jember. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Kemudian untuk pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, triangulasi, dan referensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, (1) perencanaan kepala madrasah pada kurikulum muatan lokal di MTs Al Amien Jember berjalan secara terstruktur dengan melalui tahap identifikasi keadaan dan kebutuhan daerah, menentukan mata pelajaran muatan lokal, menentukan metode pembelajaran, melakukan pengadaan guru dan fasilitas pembelajaran, dan juga melakukan rapat tahunan, (2) implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal di MTs Al Amien Jember dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala MTs Al Amien Jember, (3) dan evaluasi kepala madrasah pada kurikulum muatan lokal dengan melakukan rapat mingguan dan menggunakan evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Program Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan sebuah gebrakan baru dalam rangka menyiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Kurikulum ini telah memberikan kebebasan dan otonomi kepada lembaga pendidikan khususnya Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Maulana Malaik Ibrahim Malang. Program Studi ini telah menerapkan kurikulum ini pada satu tahun terakhir. Beberapa bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran yang diserap oleh Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam adalah kegiatan pembelajaran magang/praktek kerja lapangan. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas serta evaluasi implementasi kurikulum MBKM dilaksanakan maka perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian tentang hal ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagai bahan evaluasi sekaligus sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum MBKM di Program Studi MPI UIN Malang. Dari pendekatan kualitatif ini memberikan data keberhasilan dalam realisasi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kurikulum Merdeka pada Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Malang sangat tinggi.

ABSTRACT Facilities and infrastructure management is one of the management concepts under the auspices of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions. Multiple intelligence-based schools are a development pattern in which the media provided to students is not only a fulfillment of intellectual intelligence stimulation but each student is able to form and develop other intelligences in each of their activities. his activities. In the continuity of learning, multiple intelligence becomes a reference for continuity of planning and procurement of school facilities and infrastructure. There is implementation of infrastructure in multiple intelligence-based schools in the form of structured development of student abilities by providing school infrastructure. Abstract

The implementation of leadpreneurship skills by the school principal is highly suitable for the needs of SMAN 1 Kalidawir Tulungagung, located in the outskirts. Based on the research activities conducted, the results can be summarized as follows, (1) the implementation of leadpreneurship concepts is evident in various activities, including the school principal's confident decision-making attitude, utilization of natural and human resources (teachers and students), double-track financial management, attentive listening to members' grievances and fostering familial relationships, considering every task as an act of worship and continuously motivating members, strengthening brotherhood ties and fostering both internal and external relationships, as well as integrating democratic, authoritarian, and paternalistic leadership styles, (2) improvement in teacher performance is observed through their participation in training activities (Law no. 14 of 2005, Article 14, Paragraph 11), active involvement in teacher organizations (MGMP), internal and external relationship building, moral, material, and facility completeness motivation, and compliance with expressing opinions in decision-making processes and adherence to final decisions, (3) the impact of the school principal's leadpreneurship skills on the quality of learning is evident in the teachers' varied delivery of classroom material, creation of conducive learning environments, student participation in various extracurricular activities (though still relatively low), alignment of delivered material with government policies and customization of material delivery based on each teacher's creativity, as well as the alignment of the learning system with the school's vision and mission, continuously enhancing the quality of the double-track program.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategic management of the Teacher Mobilization Program (PGP) as an agent for the transformation of independent curriculum learning at the Center for Teacher Mobilization (BBGP) in East Java. The Merdeka Curriculum is an innovation in the Indonesian education system by emphasizing independence, creativity, and innovation in the learning process. PGP, as the spearhead of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, is expected to be an effective agent of change in improving the quality of learning in schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and the analysis of related documents. The research respondents consisted of PGP managers and implementers at BBGP East Java. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the PGP strategy management at BBGP East Java has made a significant contribution to facilitating the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The strategies used include training and competency development, establishing learning communities, strengthening collaborative networks, and effective resource management. In addition, managing conflict and change is an important focus of PGP strategic management to ensure program sustainability. In conclusion, PGP strategy management at BBGP East Java is a key element in the learning transformation of the Independent Curriculum. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the role of PGP as an agent of change in the Indonesian education system, as well as providing recommendations for the development of similar programs in the future.
