Abstract

Indonesia faces a significant earthquake risk due to tectonic plate movement and volcanic activity. Most of these risks are borne by the housing sector which is highly vulnerable to damage from earthquakes. Although there have been standards and guidelines for earthquake-resistant homes, damage still often occurs due to a lack of public awareness and ability to implement proposed solutions. This caused a huge financial burden for the government in repairing and rebuilding houses. Education and knowledge about construction also play a role in the level of vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes. To address these issues, increasing youth awareness and understanding of earthquake mitigation and post-earthquake structure audits is essential. Through integrated training and educational programs, youth can become agents of change who play a role in spreading awareness of the importance of structural integrity checks for post-earthquake safety in their neighborhoods.

Abstract

Pengembangan masyarakat strategis telah menjadi konsep yang umum dilakukan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup Masyarakat. pengembangan masyarakat memberikan kesempatan yang baik untuk mengeksplorasi masalah kemiskinan. Upaya ini dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pemberdayaan komunitas yang bertujuan menumbuhkan kemandirian masyarakat untuk berani menghadapi setiap tantangan, dampak serta peluang yang muncul seiring berkembangnya zaman. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang nomor 25 tahun 1992, Koperasi didefinisikan sebagai badan usaha yang terdiri dari perorangan atau badan hukum yang mencakup kegiatan koperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip koperasi sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi kerakyatan yang memiliki azas kekeluargaan. Tujuan Koperasi utama adalah untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya dan turut berpartisipasi dalam perkenomian Indonesia menuju masyarakat adil dan makmur. Abstract

Pemilih merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum. Dalam negara demokrasi pemilih merupakan pemilik kedaulatan yang memiliki hak untuk dipilih dan hak untuk memilih. Untuk dapat menggunakan hak pilih maka pemilih harus terdaftar dalam daftar pemilih. Proses pemutakhiran data pemilih merupakan tahap penting untuk dapat menghasilkan daftar pemilih yang komprehensif, akurat dan mutakhir. Fungsi pengawas penting untuk memastikan daftar pemilih tersebut tercipta dan memastikan hak pilih dapat terjaga. Selain itu pengawas mampu memprediksi dinamika yang berpotensi terjadi dan melakukan pencegahan. Tahapan penyusunan daftar pemilih dimulai dari penyerahan DP4, Penyandingan DP4 dengan DPt, Coklit, DPS, DPSHP dan penetapan DPT.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) program is to provide knowledge, insight and skills regarding accounting practices and financial management to MSME actors in Beringharjo Market who are also partners of BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta. The activities of this PkM program are by conducting literacy and socialization to MSME actors, conducting training and guidance in preparing financial reports, financial performance analysis, financial planning, management and control. The training method used is by conducting discussions, questions and answers and case analysis. The output of this PkM activity is increasing literacy and application of basic accounting knowledge for MSMEs, increasing understanding, knowledge and application of basic financial management concepts, increasing the competence of small entrepreneurs in preparing financial reports and conducting financial performance analysis.

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to produce services that can be adopted by Dharma Wanita mothers in the form of knowledge about how to manage family finances, which includes knowledge about planning family financial expenditure, knowledge about implementing family financial management, and knowledge about assessment, supervision of family finances, as well as Empowering Dharma Wanita mothers by providing examples of creative businesses that can be carried out, namely making Sago Melon Ice. This community service activity was carried out in Kramat District, Tegal Regency after activities were carried out at the regular meeting of the Dharma Wanita Association of KWK Dikbud which was attended by approximately 40 participants. The method of implementing Community Service regarding Family Financial Management Training & Creating Creative Businesses Making Sago Melon Ice for Dharma Wanita Women, KWK Dikbud Association, Kramat District, Tegal Regency, is by using several methods, namely the lecture method, discussion method (question and answer), management training method family finances, guidance methods, and practical methods for making sago melon ice.

Abstract

A balanced diet is a combination of daily foods that contain sufficient nutrients for a child's body. A balanced diet is important to prevent nutritional problems. It involves the principles of food types, physical activity, hygiene, and maintaining normal body weight. To keep children healthy, providing them with health-promoting nutrients through a balanced diet will help them reach their maximum potential. Community service activities entitled Education on Healthy Food Giving Strategies for Children in Playgroups, Raudhatul Athfal and SDIT Darul Ulum which aims to provide education, especially about healthy food for children, participants in this community service activity are students of Playgroups, Raudhatul Athfal and SDIT Darul Ulum along with parents of new students of Playgroups, Raudhatul Athfal Darul Ulum. The educational methods used in this community service activity include socialization, lectures, questions and answers, sharing experiences, and problem solving. The results of the implementation of community service activities on "Education on Healthy Food Providing Strategies for Children in Playgroups, Raudhatul Athfal and SDIT Darul Ulum" have been implemented in accordance with the planning prepared by the community service team. Participants became aware and understood about the strategy of providing healthy food for children.

Abstract

The purpose of this abdimas activity is to introduce and optimise digital platforms used in business activities so that partners are able to expand market reach and increase sales. This abdimas activity was carried out at Prima Mochi Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which started their business in 2020, the challenges faced by Prima Mochi SMEs are that the business activities carried out are still traditionally based, especially the marketing strategy activities carried out. The method used by the abdimas party in this activity is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, which is adjusted to the conditions of the abdimas participants. The abdimas team chose this method because the PLA method is based on direct training practices related to digital marketing activities for business ventures carried out. The results of this abdimas activity are that partners are able to take advantage of technology by implementing digital marketing with social media, and building a market place so that partners are able to compete with other competitors who sell similar products, facilitate communication between sellers and buyers, and expand market share. The expected implications of this activity are that abdimas partners are increasingly interested in directly implementing digital marketing strategies, increasing innovation in business ventures and products offered by consumers have positioning compared to other competitors.

Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur is not a choice for many Indonesians.  Most Indonesians prefer to become a civil servant or private employee as their main priority.  This is inseparable from the mindset and upbringing of most Indonesians who see that an employee has no risks, whereas entrepreneurship is full of risks and financial uncertainty.  Very few people dare to take the risk of becoming an entrepreneur because there is no certainty of income and business success.  In the midst of increasingly difficult competition to obtain employee status, the way out is to become an entrepreneur.  To become an entrepreneur, the government and the world of education are trying to educate their students with various business knowledge so that they become entrepreneurs after graduating.  This activity is a form of Community Service that must be carried out by lecturers in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Teaching, Service and Research.  The methods used in this service are presentations, discussions, competitions and activity evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this activity will stimulate students' desire to become entrepreneurs when they graduate

Abstract

Oral hygiene in an effort to maintain oral health is very important, problems in oral health occur due to lack of awareness in performing oral hygiene. The mouth and teeth are one of the entrances of microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria and so on which can cause health problems. This community service activity aims to increase early childhood knowledge about the practice of maintaining oral health. The method of activity that the author uses is counseling and mentoring with lecture, discussion, and demonstration methods on how to brush teeth properly and correctly. This activity was attended by 25 participants. The results of the questionnaire showed that most of the participants had not implemented good oral hygiene behavior. Participants followed this counseling with enthusiasm and the evaluation results showed that all participants understood the behavior of maintaining oral hygiene, namely knowing how to brush their teeth and how to maintain cleanliness in brushing their teeth.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) is one of the obligations to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely; Carrying out teaching, conducting scientific research and community service for a lecturer.  This Community Service Activity was carried out thanks to collaboration between the Regional Government, Professionals and Academics.  This activity aims to increase the income of creative economy actors, especially in the fields of photography and painting, which have so far received little attention.  This service activity is held using the method of holding exhibitions, workshops, talk shows and exhibitions in the field of photography and painting to advance the creative photography and painting industry.  The results of the activities have had a very positive impact on creative economy actors in the fields of photography, painting and culinary by generating significant income during the exhibition period starting from 20-29 December 2024. Creative economy activities must receive attention because they are in direct contact with MSME actors.
