Abstract

Banyak perusahaan yang kini bersemangat membentuk sejumlah aliansi strategik. Kemitraan (Partnership) tumbuh dengan cepat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Namun, ada banyak resiko yang terkandung di dalam pembentukan suatu aliansi. banyak aliansi mengalami kegagalan mencapai sasaran mereka, dan lebih dari itu kerjasama patungan berakhir dengan dijualnya salah satu mitra. Kerjasama patungan yang gagal dan menyia-nyiakan sumber daya perusahaan, dapat membuat perusahaan tertinggal oleh para pesaingnya dan bahkan terkadang menimbulkan kerusakan reputasional. Disamping manfaat, bahaya lain dalam menggunakan pendekatan kemitraan termasuk risiko kerugian capital intelektual, pertentangan kepentingan dan permasalahan hukum terkait dengan hak milik intelektual, sehingga dibutuhkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang memiliki kompetensi dalam melakukan kemitraan (Partnership). Bagaimana cara terbaik menghindari potensi rusaknya kemitraan? Perhatikan dengan cermat dan harus diberikan pada menajemen resiko di setiap tahap proses kemitraan berikut: (1) Menakar pro dan kontra suatu kemitraan; (2) Mencari mitra bisnis yang tepat; (3) Memantau perkembangan seiring berjalannya waktu

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) anyaman pandan memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hal ini berdampak pada efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan usaha. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi keuangan pelaku UMKM anyaman pandan melalui pelatihan pembuatan dan analisis laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan spesifik, pelaksanaan pelatihan interaktif, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program pengabdian adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) is to provide knowledge, insight and skills regarding financial reporting for business development to 31 MSME actors in Dukuh Ngampo, Pacarejo Village, Semanu District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, through training and mentoring activities. Training materials include the urgency of financial reporting, the process of preparing financial reports, financial performance analysis, financial management planning and control. The training methods used are lectures, discussions, questions and answers and case analysis. After this PkM activity was carried out, there was an increase in literacy, knowledge, insight and skills of 31 MSME actors in Dukuh Ngampo regarding the urgency of financial reporting and financial reports as a basis for planning, controlling and making economic decisions for MSME business development.

Abstract

Low student understanding of citation management and bibliography formatting is a common obstacle in academic writing. Many students still compile references manually without following standardized styles such as APA Style, which can reduce academic quality and increase the risk of plagiarism. In response to this issue, this community service activity aims to improve students’ skills in managing citations and references digitally through training on the use of reference manager applications such as Mendeley and Zotero. The training was conducted face-to-face on February 22, 2025, at PGSD UNM Bone Campus and was attended by 85 students. The training method included material presentations, hands-on practice, and evaluation. The results showed that most participants experienced increased understanding and ability in inserting citations and generating bibliographies automatically. This training has proven to positively impact the development of more systematic and academically sound student writing. It is expected that similar activities will be implemented regularly to foster a strong academic culture.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve understanding of family financial management for members of Dharma Wanita SMK N 1 Alian Kebumen. This training educates participants about the importance of efficient financial management, teaches basic techniques in planning household finances, and provides insight into investment and savings. This activity involved 30 Dharma Wanita members who were very enthusiastic in participating in the training. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' knowledge in terms of family financial planning that can be applied in everyday life. This training is expected to improve the economic welfare of the families of Dharma Wanita members of SMK N 1 Alian Kebumen

Abstract

This Community Service Program was carried out to enhance the capacity, capability, and coordination of the District Election Committee (PPK) under the General Elections Commission (KPU) of Kebumen Regency. Given the strategic role of PPK in ensuring the smooth and credible administration of elections, a solid understanding of conflict management and human resource management is essential. The training activities were conducted through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and conflict-resolution simulations. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of conflict identification, mitigation strategies, and resolution techniques, as well as effective human resource management within the electoral administration context. Participants also demonstrated enhanced abilities in coordination and collaboration across work units. This program contributes meaningfully to strengthening the professionalism and readiness of PPK members in performing their duties at the district level.

Abstract

The public needs to know about safe and healthy use of the internet so that it can prevent harm to the public when accessing the internet. The public needs to be educated about security threats when using the internet, which are generally caused by viruses and phishing on the telecommunications devices they use, such as smartphones, tablets, or computers. Viruses are programs that can spread via the internet to damage the systems of the telecommunications equipment used. Meanwhile, phishing is a fake link in the name of an agency or organization to direct victims to a fake login page as a trap to steal personal data. Therefore, to educate the public about safe and healthy use of the internet, community outreach was held in Batulayang Village, Bogor. The material focused on recognizing the threat of viruses and phishing on the internet. By carrying out outreach about the threat of viruses and phishing in community service in Batulayang Village, Bogor, it is hoped that the community will better understand and be aware of the threat of viruses and phishing so that people in Batulayang Village, Bogor, will be more concerned and alert when using the internet.

Abstract

The laundry business has promising prospects due to increasing technological changes, but this service business carries many risks that are less recognized by MSMEs. The purpose of this community service activity is to raise awareness among MSMEs about the importance of insurance in protecting Orent's Laundry business risks. The activity was carried out on May 2 and 3, 2025, at the business location. The socialization method used in this activity involved students through counseling and discussions with demonstration examples to the participants, consisting of one owner and three employees. The results of the socialization showed high enthusiasm from the participants in managing a laundry business, proven by the participants' successful understanding of the risks and protection of laundry business insurance. The contribution of the results of this activity for interested partners is to consider registering for insurance for damage and loss of customer clothing at Orent's Laundry to satisfy customers and ensure the sustainability of the laundry business

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan lokakarya literasi digital dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman literasi digital para peserta. Mereka adalah para profesional dalam bidang masing-masing sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan tentang pembentukan personal branding di era digital. Metode pengabdian masyarakat berupa lokakarya, narasumber menyampaikan materi sesuai tema yang telah diberikan oleh Dinas Kerasipan dan Perpustakaan sebagai penyelenggara lokakarya. Tema yang diberikan terkait pembentukan personal branding di ruang digital. Peserta lokarya yaitu para guru, pustakawan, mahasiswa, pelajar dan masyarakat umum di kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan antusiame peserta dan respon positif dalam sesi tanya jawab. Sebagai agenda tindak lanjut diperlukan pelatihan teknis terkait penggunaan artificial intelligent.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing digital marketing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a strategy to strengthen customer relationships and improve business performance. The training was conducted through a lecture method for 30 participants, covering an introduction to digital marketing, strategies for utilizing social media, and implementing customer data-based CRM. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' abilities in using social media platforms for promotions, conducting digital interactions with consumers, and managing and analyzing customer data in a more structured manner. Overall, this activity has made a positive contribution to MSMEs in facing competition in the digital era. This training is expected to be the first step for MSMEs to continue developing technology-based marketing strategies and implementing CRM sustainably in their business operations.
