Abstract

The dominant problem encountered is the rampant use of drugs in Payakumbuh City which makes the causative factor dari drug abuse rehabilitation. Seeing the increasing number of drug use in Indonesia, there is also more damage to the younger generation in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing drug abuse in rehabilitation clients in BNN Payakumbuh City. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection was carried out by interviewing subjects totaling 4 victims of drug abuse who were undergoing rehabilitation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the factors causing the actions of drug abusers in the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Payakumbuh City were individual and environmental factors (peers). The individual factor comes from having curiosity and wanting to try drugs. From family, factors do not affect the rehabilitation client on the cause of drug abuse in the rehabilitation client in BNN Payakumbuh City. Environmental factors influence on the rehabilitation client on the causes of drug abuse. Environmental factors (peers) found that the client was in drug abuse from his peers' problems which started from introducing drugs to informants as well as inviting informants to use drugs while gathering together. Meanwhile, from the information media factor, it was found that 2 clients did not get information about drugs from the information media but 2 rehabilitation clients got news about drugs while also looking for information about drugs in the information media but did not affect the client on the cause of drug abuse in rehabilitation clients in BNN Payakumbuh City

Abstract

The main problem in this study is that parents have provided guidance, education, and nurture their children, but students still find the inability to recognize their own emotions, recognize the emotions of others, motivate themselves, and build relationships with others. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental parenting and emotional intelligence in students at SMP 4 Lintau Kec.Lintau Buo Utara, Tanah Datar Regency. The type of research that researchers use is a type of quantitative research with a correlational method. The population in this study was students of grades VII, VIII of SMP 4 Lintau Kec.Lintau Buo Utara, Tanah Datar Regency, which was 40 students. The type of sampling in this study was using the Solvin formula, so that the number of samples in this study was 36 students. The data collection technique is to provide a questionnaire. The data in this study were tested using product moment analysis with a significant value of 0.004<0.05 so that the two variables had a significant relationship. The better the parenting style owned by the students, the higher the emotional intelligence possessed by the students of SMP 4 Lintau Kec Lintau buo north of Tanah Datar District.

Abstract

This research is motivated by parental divorce which has an impact on adolescent self-confidence. Based on preliminary observations, it was shown that some teenagers experienced the impact of their parents' divorce on their self-confidence, such as closing themselves off, being shy, having difficulty interacting socially. While the purpose of this study is to describe self-confidence from the aspect of social interaction, independence and an optimistic attitude. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The subject of this research is adolescent victims of parental divorce. How to collect data with non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. The results of this study from the aspect of social interaction that some teenagers are able to interact socially but some are not. As for the aspect of independence, it shows that in general adolescents are independent in terms of economics, but there are adolescents who are not independent in terms of education. Meanwhile, from the aspect of an optimistic attitude, it shows that teenagers have high optimism to achieve their goals and success in the future, but there are also teenagers who are resigned to the situation that is happening, and do not have a distant view of the future.

Abstract

Problems in the family must immediately be solved not to hurt the family. One solution to various problems in the family can be solved with the existing approach to family counseling so that the issues faced can be resolved. The purpose of this study was to determine the best approach for family counseling. This research was conducted in the form of a literature review using a database in the form of Google Scholar. The literature used is in English and Indonesian format within the last ten years and is fully accessible. The literature review research found approaches in family counseling, namely the family counseling approach according to Adler, the rational-emotive process, the passionate transactional method, the psychoanalytic approach, the behavioral approach, and the logotherapy approach.

Abstract

Divorce is a condition where a wife is separated from her husband and vice versa, the husband leaves his wife which causes the loss of certain rights and obligations. Divorce that occurs of course has an impact and the main victims of divorce are the children in the family. This article aims to find out what impact children feel after their parents' divorce. The method used in this research is the library reaseach method (library study). Divorce that occurs has a positive and negative impact on children. However, from several studies that have been carried out, the negative impact is more dominant in children than the positive impact. To overcome psychological problems in children, help from the family and understanding of divorce is needed in society so as not to judge children.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of attention to the variables in the cultural background of counselors and clients in a counseling process. In fact, variables such as beliefs or religion, values, norms, traditions, and language have a crucial role in counseling. This research uses a systematic literature study approach with data collected from various sources consisting of books, journals, research reports, and articles on cultural background and cultural bias in counseling. Reference data is sorted by periodization, keywords, and limitations. This study aims to analyze the cultural background variables and cultural biases involved in the counseling process. The results of this study are expected to help counselors to create effective communication in the counseling process and achieve counseling goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of Muhammadiyah to the world of education in Indonesia both before and after the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945. The method used in this research is the method used in this research is the library research method, with data collection techniques. data by identifying discourse from books, papers or articles, magazines, journals, or other information related to the title of writing this article, namely Muhammadiyah and Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia, from this research it is divided into two categories, namely the concept of Muhammadiyah and Muhammadiyah education and The Development of Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia From the results of this study it was found that the Muhammadiyah association was one of the organizations that was born before independence and was able to lay the initial foundation for the revival of education in Indonesia from a pattern of education. from traditional to modern educational patterns. This pattern has actually produced intellectual cadres who are of good quality in general science as well as religious knowledge and values

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has penetrated all aspects of human life, including education. The era of society 5.0 emerged as an anticipation of turmoil and disruption due to the industrial revolution 4.0. This change is clearly a challenge for the world of education, especially teachers as central figures in education because educational outputs are expected to have critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, communication and collaboration skills and innovation skills. For this reason, teachers must have competence in transforming learning from manual learning to digital but no longer just using technology but more as a driver (human centered) by controlling the use of technology in learning. Furthermore, this paper describes the challenges for the world of education in the era of society 5.0, what competencies must be possessed by teachers and what learning models must be used. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through library research, the data source is literature related to the discussion, the data collection method is literature study. Data analysis used content analysis method which is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that teachers must have several main abilities including educational competence by being a role model for students, competence in research, competence for digital (digital literacy), global competence in globalization, competence leadership, competence communication and team working competence of critical thinking , competence creativity and problem solving. The learning model in the era of society 5.0 refers to three abilities, namely learning skills, literacy skills, and life skills.

Abstract

Many teachers of special schools (SLB) experience stress whether they realize it or not. Teachers who are under pressure can experience discomfort which can lead to depression, lack of motivation and frustration. The stress experienced by teachers of special schools has a negative impact on teachers of special schools and children with special needs (ABK), both physically, mentally, emotionally and behaviorally. Therefore, this problem must be addressed so that it does not have a negative impact on special needs school teachers and children with special needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of stress management strategies in overcoming these problems. This descriptive qualitative research was conducted using data collection techniques in the form of literature review. This study shows that coping with stress is an effort that consists of changes in cognitive and attitude in managing and overcoming pressure from within the individual and from outside the individual. The stress management strategy for Special School teachers consists of problem-oriented and emotional coping. Overcoming focus is a stress management strategy can be influenced by some cultural background, experience in solving problems, environmental factors, personality, self-image and social factors. It is believed that this research will greatly assist Special School teachers to improve the quality of education and training for Children with Special Needs, and through stress management can make people aware of the problems they face and make them more careful in their actions and take ways to solve problems.

Abstract

Anxiety is a form of the body's response to the environment as a form of pressure and one's inner turmoil. This anxiety can be overcome easily, but in some cases anxiety often occurs excessively, especially in babies who are about to start a long phase of separation from their parents. This journal aims to find out how the social interaction of children with symptoms of separation anxiety disorder. The method in this research is a literature study, namely analyzing journals, books and articles that discuss separation anxiety disorder in children. This neglected anxiety disorder can have an impact on how the child begins to interact in a new environment later. It takes understanding and sensitivity of parents to the child's condition.
