Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of services for making complete systematic land certificates (PTSL) at the land office of the city of Makassar. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research type. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Milles and Huberman model. The data validation used is source triangulation. Referring to the research objectives, the researcher uses the Zeithmal- Parasutaman-Berry service quality theory, which is used to assess the service of making land certificates using the PTSL program at the Makassar City Land Office. The results showed that the quality of service in making land certificates using the PTSL program at the land office of the city of Makassar, seen from 5 indicators, was said to be good or satisfactory. old and unstructured queuing system.

Abstract

Community participation in Musrenbang is an important factor in regional development, not only as a tool for determining regional government development programs, but also as a control over regional development. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out how the community participates in the implementation of Musrenbang at the Curio District level, Enrekang Regency; 2) Knowing the factors that influence the level of community participation in the implementation of Musrenbang at the Curio District level, Enrekang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and the data collection methods are interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this research was 5 (five) people. Then data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) The level of community participation in the implementation of Musrenbang in Curio District, Enrekang Regency is quite high, the community is actively involved in the implementation of Musrenbang by attending the implementation of Musrenbang and submitting opinions and suggestions regarding the work program that will be implemented for one year; and 2) Factors that influence the level of community participation in Musrenbang at the Curio District level in Enrekang Regency include: high community enthusiasm, easy access to information and adequate liaison between regions in Curio District, thereby facilitating community mobility which also supports community participation in Musrenbang, implementation of Musrenbang at the Curio District level.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation and determinant factors in the Independent Learning-Free Campus Program Policy (Case Study of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Makassar). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by field observations, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data condensation, data presentation and data verification or conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program (Case Study: Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University) based on the indicators put forward by Van Meter and Van Horn (Tahir, 2014: 71-72) has not been fully met including, namely : Policy Standards and Targets, Resources, Interorganizational Communication and Activity Strengthening, Characteristics of Implementing Agencies, Economic Environment. Social and Politics, and the Attitude of the Executors.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the role of the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office and the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing the Village Area. This research aims to determine the role and factors that support and hinder the Tourism Department in developing the Tondok Bakaru Tourism Village Area in Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi Province.Type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were 4 people. Data collection techniques consist of observation, in-depth interviews with research informants and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the role of the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office as a motivator, facilitator and dynamist is not yet optimal in increasing tourism development, considering that mentoring, monitoring award giving, procuring budgets, making regulations, and encouraging collaboration, innovation, cultural preservation, accelerating licensing, encouraging investment are not goes well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Synergy of Stakeholders in Efforts to Overcome Tuberculosis (TB) in Makassar City. Where the type of research used is qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. Research that has been conducted shows that there is a role of stakeholders involved in efforts to control TB based on existing responsibilities and sectors. In addition, from the results of the study, the synergy carried out by stakeholders in efforts to control TB disease and in the TB Multisector Forum in Makassar City is still not optimal which can be seen through the synergy theory indicators by Doctoroff with four indicators, namely: Effective communication, fast feedback, trust, and creativity. It is said that it is not optimal because there are several indicators that are not in accordance with field conditions. The communication carried out is still not effective, which can be seen from the communication process involved in the Multisector Forum is not carried out regularly, socialization activities carried out to the community are not carried out directly, and there is no Regional Regulation on TB which can be a guideline that can bind stakeholders and the community to be involved in efforts to overcome TB. The feedback provided by stakeholders is still not optimal with a lack of awareness of responsibility as a stakeholder and the elimination of negative stigma as a response in society. In the indicators of trust and creativity that have been running as desired by each other's roles and by the existence of programs issued.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service in granting building permits at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in East Luwu Regency. This research includes a qualitative approach descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service in granting building permits at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of East Luwu Regency based on the service quality indicators according to Zeithaml, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy was not fully qualified in providing services. The Tangible and Empathy indicators have been carried out well, but need to be optimized and need to be improved on the Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance indicators because they are still not good. This is proven based on observations and interviews. The PBG/IMB issuance service process has been running well, although it is not yet optimal in providing timely guarantees and fast service because the PBG/IMB issuance process is sometimes late and the applicant has not been notified of the certainty of the waiting time

Abstract

Stunting is a failure during the growth period of children which is one of the government's concerns. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Grebek Stunting Program in Accelerating Stunting Reduction and the Role of Stakeholders in Bulukumba Regency, in this study using study aids from David C Korten, namely Program Suitability with Utilizers, Suitability of Implementing Organizations with Utilizers, and Suitability between Beneficiary Groups and Implementing Organizations. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the study were processed using the interactive model data analysis technique of Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). Variables in interactive model data analysis techniques include: Data Collection, Data Condensation, Display Data, Conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Grebek Stunting Program and the Role of Stakeholders in Bulukumba Regency are in the category of good when viewed from several indicators, namely: Program Suitability with Utilizers, Suitability of Implementing Organizations with Utilizers, and Suitability between Beneficiary Groups and Implementing Organizations. The Bulukumba Regency Government has succeeded in reducing the stunting rate even though there are still cases due to limited knowledge, food quality and community nutrition and budget limitations in providing comprehensive interventions

Abstract

This study aims to describe traditional leadership values in the Kajang customary community in Bulukumba. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques, in the form of: observation, interviews, and literature study. The research result showed that there are six traditional leadership values in Kajang custom community, such as: honesty, firmness, unity, simplicity, patience and care for the natural environment. The honesty value is the primary value that must be practiced in everyday life, likes honest to Turiek Akrana, honest to human beings, and honest to ourself. The firmness value must be owned by leader to do justice to many people. The unity value must be upheld as a sense of solidarity and life hormony ini society. The simplicity value must be realized in daily life according to the guidance of pasang. The patience value must be practiced, primarily to Ammatoa, to accept the fate from Turiek Akrakna. The care for natural environment value is a realization act in preserving the natural environment according to the guidance of pasang.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe collaborative management in stunting prevention in Makassar City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method which will describe more deeply the focus of the problem to be studied. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that in general the collaboration between Bappeda Makassar City, Hadji Kalla Foundation, and Jenewa Institute has been running optimally. According to research results based on collaborative process theory from Ring and Van de Ven, it was found that the negotiations had gone well until an agreement was reached that benefited all parties, the commitment in the form of minutes and the MoU resulted in a collaborative program Training for Making MP-ASI Made from Local Raw Materials in order to prevent stunting, the implementation of the program was carried out well and smoothly, a thorough assessment shows that the results of the Training Program for Making MP-ASI with Local Raw Materials provide benefits to community who are participants in the program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the accountability of village fund management in Anrihua Village, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation and withdrawal. The results of this research show that Village Fund Management Accountability is integrated with APBDes accountability including the Planning Stage in the Good Category, the Implementation Stage in the Fair Category, the Administration Stage in the Fair Category, the Reporting Stage in the Poor Category, and the Accountability Stage in the Fair Category
