Abstract

Motor is the development of controlling body movements through coordinated activities between the nervous system, muscles, brain and spinal cord. Therefore, early childhood needs to be stimulated through exercise to help physical and spiritual growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in creativity and fine motor skills through morigami. Classroom action research was carried out in class B Kindergarten aisyiyah ba ledug in 2 cycles. Each cycle is carried out for 5 days. Cycle 1 will be held on 6 -10 September 2021 and cycle 2 will be held on 13-17 September 2021. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes from the initial study to cycle 1 and from cycle 1 to cycle 2 which was quite significant. In cycle 1, children's ability in learning origami reached 75% and increased in cycle 2, which reached 93.75%. Meanwhile, in children's creativity in origami, in cycle 1 it reached 37.5%. And increased in cycle 2 which is 75%. From this learning research, it is suggested to Kindergarten Aisyiyah Ba Ledug and Kindergarten teacher to Tk Aisyiyah Ba Ledug that to improve fine motor skills and creativity, origami can be done.

Abstract

The existence of a kindergarten learning curriculum in which there are aspects of child development such as the development of religious morals, social emotional, language, physical motor, cognitive and art, then in learning activities one of the aspects of language development that contains indicators of development, such as storytelling and retelling. For that I discuss the problems so far by holding storytelling activities but have not met satisfactory results for teachers, children and schools. I was assisted by colleagues trying to research why it could be like what happened in the discussion above. Examining the teacher's own problems, teaching materials, tools, children and incomplete supporting materials from all the data collected, we conducted research and improvements step by step in the way of learning the storytelling method, from the first, second and third cycles and so on to meet the success of learning activities in class. Finally, from the implementation of this class action (CAR), it produces a satisfactory result of learning activities and can improve aspects of development, especially the development of the language being discussed, all objectives will be achieved as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to increase independence and discipline Group B1 children at TK Dharma Wanita Geger through routine activities. Activity routinely carried out by practicing habituation, giving motivation, and giving rewards and punishments consistently. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively with classroom teachers conducted in two cycles. Each Cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Subject in In this study, all children in Group B at TK Dharma Wanita Geger which amounted to 14 children consisting of 10 boys and 4 girls. The object of this research is independence and discipline in students through routine activities. The method of data collection was carried out by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in independence and discipline children from pre-action, Cycle I and Cycle II. The independence of all children before the action is in the moderate criteria, in Cycle I there are 69.23% of children in high criteria, and Cycle II increased to 84.62% of children who achieved very high criteria. While the discipline of children before the action 92.31% of children on moderate criteria, in Cycle I there were 38.46% of children on high criteria, and Cycle II increased to 92.31% of children in very high criteria. With Thus it can be concluded that through routine activities can increase children's independence and discipline

Abstract

Aim of this research is to descript the activity of teacher and children in using alphabet card media and to descript the use of alphabet card media in improving the ability of knowing alphabet on 5-6 years children at TK Nurul Huda. This research uses class action research divided into two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings and each meeting is divided into four stages that is planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Then continued with data analysis using descriptive statistic that is cycle based reflection analysis. It means there is improvement in the ability of knowing alphabet through alphabet card media, so this class action research can be stated as success because it has reached the determined success level.

Abstract

The problem of this research is about the results of learning science on water cycle material for fifth grade students at SDN 2 Surabaya, Padang Ratu District, Central Lampung Regency. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of science learning materials on the water cycle in fifth grade elementary school students using the discovery learning model. The method used is a classroom action research method which consists of three cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Collecting data using tests and non-tests. The results showed that the percentage of students' learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 57% of students above the KKM, the percentage of students' learning outcomes in the second cycle reached 81% of students above the KKM, and the percentage of students' learning outcomes in the third cycle reached 94% of students above the KKM.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes and activities of students in thematic learning for class IV B SD Negeri 1 Way Laga. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes and student activities through the Discovery Learning model in thematic learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed that the application of the Discovery Learning model could improve student learning outcomes and activities in thematic learning for class IV B SD Negeri 1 Way Laga. This is evident in the first cycle of student learning outcomes obtained by 37.14%, and student activity obtained by 56.25%, and increased in the second cycle the learning outcomes of participants obtained by 57.14% and student activity obtained by 68.75 %. Then it increased again in the third cycle of student learning outcomes obtained by 82.86% and student activity obtained by 85.42%.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses pembelajaran, seberapa besar peningkatan kompetensi menulis puisi, dan bagaimana perubahan perilaku dengan model pembelajaran kontekstual teknik ANTAR pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 02 Kesesirejo. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan empat tahap setiap siklus. Terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan mnimal dari 12 (48%) siswa prasikuls menjadi 18 (72%) siswa siklus I dan 21 (84%) siswa siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat. Mayoritas siswa aktif mengikuti proses pembelajaran

Abstract

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, teachers felt challenged to deliver cyber-based learning with electronic multimedia. Electronic learning media are used by teachers to help increase student motivation and learning outcomes. According to Roestiyah (1998,20) the use of discovery techniques is that the teacher tries to increase student activity in the teaching and learning process. Meanwhile, based on the narrative of Kurniasih, et al (2014: 64-65), there are several shortcomings or weaknesses of Discovery Learning, one of which is that the essence in the Discovery Learning model will not be conveyed if it is used in the mindset of teachers and students who are comfortable with the old method. So, we need a new method using electronic multimedia for Discovery Learning. The research data collection method includes the documentation method in the form of daily test results for VIII grade students of SMP Kristen 1 Metro for the 2019/2020 academic year on cube and block material, the test method in the form of multiple choice questions. The data collection will be analyzed quantitatively in the form of numbers and then converted into qualitative information in the form of sentences. Student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I and cycle II after using the Discovery Learning learning model assisted by electronic multimedia on the material of the flat side space of cubes and blocks. The learning outcome data in the first cycle, there were 13 students who completed and 7 students who did not complete with a completeness percentage of 65%. In the second cycle, there were 15 students who completed and 5 students who did not complete with a percentage of 75% completeness. This increase has met the achievement indicator previously set at 75%. The conclusion of this research is that students' motivation and learning outcomes have increased from cycle I and cycle II after using the Discovery Learning learning model assisted by electronic multimedia on the material of the flat side space of the cube and the block.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of a positive culture in enhancing the motivation and performance of teachers at SDK Gouparu. The research employs a school action research methodology, utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to gather comprehensive data. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and observations conducted before and after each cycle of the intervention. The findings indicate that the application of a positive culture significantly improves teachers' understanding, motivation, and performance. Initially, many teachers expressed confusion regarding the concept of a positive culture and faced challenges in its implementation due to a lack of training and support. However, through structured interventions, including workshops and collaborative activities, teachers reported increased clarity and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Results show a marked increase in teachers' motivation scores from 2.8 to 4.0 and performance ratings from 3.0 to 3.5, alongside a rise in student engagement from 50% to 70%. These outcomes suggest that a supportive and positive school culture not only enhances teacher effectiveness but also contributes to a more engaging learning experience for students. The study concludes that the implementation of a positive culture is essential for improving educational outcomes and recommends further research to explore long-term impacts and strategies for sustaining such initiatives in various educational contexts

Abstract

A long distance learning is an approach which has to be established on Covid 19 pandemic era. Various challenges and long distance learning constraints influence learning achievement, findings in the long distance learning evaluation on initial period are decreasing the learning participation and decreasing the ‘KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria)’ completeness Percentage. This article describes how to increase participation and that completeness percentage on the Long Distance learning through WAG usage. The stages in Classroom Action Research (CAR) are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the research show that: (1) The WhatsApp usages are able to increase students’ achievement in ‘KKM’ completeness. Students’ participation is increasing; In cycle I, the 1st meeting is 46,88%. In cycle I in the 2nd meeting, it increases into 65,63%. The active participation in cycle 2 in the 1st meeting is 87,50% and in the 2nd meeting becomes 90,63%. The learning achievement in cycle I is 74.38%. In the cycle II, It increases into 80,41. There are 30 of 32 Students who are able to fulfill ‘KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria)’ 75 or 80,72%.
