Abstract

Human resources is a very important thing in an organization either a profit or non profit organization. However, leadership is needed to develop and motivate people in organization. This study was conducted to determine how much influence the organizational culture and leadership to employees performance at Hotel Novus Giri Resort and Spa. Study took a sample of 80 respondents by random sampling technique and the type of research that the data collection techniques. While analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative way through hypothesis testing with statistical tests include product moment correlation test, T-test and the coefficient of determination. Both organizational culture and leadership have drive a positive influence on the employees performances at Novus Hotel Giri Resort and Spa peak and as suggestions for motivating performance even harder, Giri Hotel Novus Resort and Sp. It is therefore hotel management should pay keen attention to the style of leadership that suitable to motivate employees to increase their performances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between shift work and working environment on the productivity of the employees of the Hotel Jakarta. The type of research is explanatory, with data collection through a questionnaire. The total sample of 90 respondents drawn by random sampling technique. While analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative way by hypothesis testing with statistical tests, among others, product moment correlation test, T-test and the coefficient of determination. The conclusions drawn that the policy shift work system and work environment positive impact on the productivity of employees working at the hotel in Jakarta. It is therefore suggested that the policy shift working system and the work environment can be improved so that the hotel employee productivity continues to increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and trust in the loyalty of PT.Sebang Global Tour Indonesia customers. In this study, the authors conducted a survey by distributing questionnaires to customers of PT. Sebang Global Tour Indonesia. The number of samples in this study was 100 customers obtained by using random non-random sampling technique, where the respondents who were sampled were customers who were willing to fill out the questionnaire. After conducting questionnaires. For the descriptive analysis method, the writer uses percentage and average analysts. To test the effect of service quality, brand image and trust, the author uses multiple linear regression analysis with F test and T test. The results of the study show both variables jointly affect the customer loyalty of PT. Sebang Global Tour Indonesia. By using the T test, it was found that service quality had a significant effect on increasing customer loyalty at PT. Sebang Global Tour Indonesia is 7,698%, while brand image also influences customer loyalty at PT. Sebang Global Tour Indonesia. The ability of the brand image variable to explain customer loyalty is 13.214% and trust also affects customer loyalty at PT. Sebang Global Tour Indonesia. The ability of the trust variable to explain customer loyalty is 9.980%. The contribution of the independent variable to the Customer Loyalty of PT. Sebang Global Tour Indonesia is 53.144%, while the remaining 46.86 is influenced by other variables not included in the model or not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and student learning independence on speaking/communicating skills in English students at SMKN 37and SMKN 57students in South Jakarta. This study is to examine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and student learning independence on English speaking / communicating skills, the authors use validity test using data correlation coefficient analysis with Normaly Test, Leneary Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heterokedasiticity Test and Normal Residual Test. Data analysis was carried out through simple correlation techniques, partial correlation techniques and multiple correlation, the results of the regression analysis. Data analysis was carried out through simple correlation techniques, partial correlation techniques and multiple correlation, the results of the regression analysis were, Y = 56,723 + 0,115X1 + 0,130 X2. Students' perceptions on teacher pedagogical competence give 0.043 or 43,%. The contribution of the independent variables consisting of the Perception of the Teacher's Pedagogic Competence and Learning Independence on the English Speaking Ability of the State Vocational Middle School Students in South Jakarta is partially contributed 0.295 or 29.5% While the remaining 64.1% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cost of food, beverage costs and banquet costs to earnings at HARRIS Kelapa Gading Hotel. The research used by the author uses secondary data obtained by the author of HARRIS Kelapa Gading Hotel for 3 years, namely from 2015-2017. Data analysis that can be used is multiple linear regression, which in conducting multiple linear regression analysis must go through a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. While the Hypothesis test used is F Test, T Test, and Determination Correlation Test (R2). From the results we can see greater than the Cost, Beverage Cost and Cost for Securities at HARRISKelapa Gading Hotels both online and simultaneously (simultaneously).

Abstract

This is due to both the poor health of banks will affect the confidence the parties related to the bank as the bank's depositors, shareholders, government, Bank Indonesia and the general public. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), ROA, Net Interest Margin (NIM) and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Return On Asset (ROA) 27 Banks in financial authorized body namely OJK during the periods of December 2012-December 2017. Data obtained from the Quarterly Financial Report and Annual Report published in OJK website. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously, the ratio of CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM and NPL has a significant effect on ROA. whereas, partially through the F test said that the CAR ratio has no significant effect on ROA, while the BOPO and NPL ratios have a significant negative effect and the NIM and LDR ratios have a positive effect on ROA. besides, obtained R2 value of 0.858443 or 85.8% means 85.8% variation of the dependent variable that is Return on Assets can be explained by the independent variables CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM, and NPL that are included in this study, while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Other variables that affect a value, such as Opinational Profit Growth (PLO) and Credit Growth (PK).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and location on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi. The population in this study were guests who stayed at Fave Ahmad Yani Bekasi in the period May to July 2018. The sampling technique used non probability sampling, with the Slovin method to determine 100 respondents. Data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability. The analytical method uses the Clasic test, before Multiple Linear Regresion by SPSS 20.00. The 100 respondents as a tool, followed by F, t, Correlation and Determination Test. The results of the study prove that partially, the brand image variable does not significantly influence the decision to stay, the variable service quality has a significant effect on the decision to stay and the location variable has a significant effect on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi. And of all these variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to stay at Fave Hotel Ahmad Yani Bekasi

Abstract

Bank yang beroperasi berdasarkan syari’ah Islam, pada saat ini sedang mendapatkan momentum baik di Indonesia. Momentum ini mendorong beberapa bank konvensional juga tertarik untuk mendirikan unit syari’ah. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) sebagai bank syari’ah pertama di Indonesia sekarang menghadapi kompetisi yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan memilih strategi memenangkan persaingan BMI dengan bank syariah yang baru tumbuh. Sejumlah 108 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari Bank Muamalat Indonesia kantor cabang Yogyakarta menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara accidental. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mereka telah puas dengan pelayanan dari Bank Muamalat Indonesia dalam hal produk, promosi dan harga, serta desain dan lay-out kantor cabang. Namun di sisi lain para responden merasa belum puas dengan terbatasnya sebaran jumlah cabang Bank Muamalat Indonesia di wilayah Yogyarta. Hal ini merupakan bagian dari strategi yang harus dikembangkan memenangkan persaingan dan pangsa pasarnya.

Abstract

Technological evolution has proven to lead a single cycle of the mobile telecommunications industry. This has shifted too, from voice to data. Data communication trends have led to mobile broadband being a highly competitive business with the emergence of smarphone with many matches and social media applications. This study aims to analyze and find competitive strategies with descriptive and so-called SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that mobile broadband business has been forced to cope with the growth of smart phones with various bundling products. This strategy can be applied with fit and competitve fit tests. The second strategy is to improve customer perceptions of existing internet base products to mobile broadband data in many provincial capitals such as Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang and Medan.

Abstract

Customers’ satisfaction is one of the key of success of a company in maintaining its existence in the market, especially with increasing competition and various companies’ strategies in offering products and services. This study aimed to determine consumers’ assessment on services provided to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study was performed with survey method which involved 116 respondents who were the customers of PT. BlueBird Group Radin Inten pool taxi. From the survey, data was processed using SEM method with the help of LISREL 8.80 program. Research results proved that service quality had positive and significant influence on customers’ satisfaction. Also the influence of customers’ satisfaction on customers’ loyalty was proven. However these results don’t support the hypothesis that there is an influence of service quality on customers’ loyalty. Based on the results of the analysis, the dimensions of service quality which must be maintained are responsiveness, assurance and empathy because they can explain service quality.
