Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the effect of product quality, price perception, and quality of service on customer satisfaction in Bebek kaleo tebet south jakarta in pandemic covid 19. In this sample research respondents used were Bebek Kaleo Customers consisting of 80 respondents, by Accidental Sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Value of partial correlation coefficient the Product Quality variable with Consumer satisfaction is 0.207, which means that there is a real but weak relationship between the Product Quality variable and the Partial Customer Satisfaction, the Price variable with Customer Satisfaction is 0.084 meaning there is no relationship, but simultaneously very weak, the Service Quality variable with consumer satisfaction is 0.584 means that there is a significant and strong influence between the variable service quality and customer satisfaction partially. Simultaneously, Product Quality, Price Perception, Service Quality have an effect on Customer Satisfaction by 73.7%, while the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of price, brand equity and motivation to purchase decision. Population of this research are STEIN students from the 1st semester to the 7th semester. Sampling Technique being used is accidental sampling with the number of sample of 296 respondents. Data collection method is using questionnaires distributed to respondents and has been tested for the validity and reliability. Data analysis is done by descriptive and quantitative. The quantitative analysis is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of the research shows that price gives significant influence towards trust by the t-value of 3.10 and it has a medium relationship with a correlation value of 0.66, while brand equity does not give influence towards purchace decision with t-value at 1.86 and owns a medium relationship with a correlation value of 0.68, and motivation gives significant influence towards purchase decision with the t-value of 7.83 and has got a very strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.91.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the influence of store environment and service quality on impulse buying at Lotte Grosir Tangerang . The sampling technique used by purposive against 200 respondents. Data were collected by accindental technique using questionaire distributed to respondents. Data analysis used by regression with the tool of SPSS 22. The results of this study indicated that Store Environment has a positive influence on impulse buying, Service quality has a positive influence on Impluse buying. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality, service quality and atmosphere influence purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory Access UI Depok. The analytical tool used to measure the effect of the elements mentioned above is multiple linear regression, and to analyze data using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variable product quality (X1), service quality (X2) , and the atmospheric variable (X3) affects purchasing decisions (Y). It was also concluded that partially (individually) product quality, service quality, and atmosphere influenced purchasing decisions. The results showed that product quality had the most significant effect on purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory Access UI Depok.

Abstract

Business competition in restaurants is growing, so restaurants are required to not only focus on their sales targets, in order to survive in the midst of intense competition. The purpose of this study is to measure customer satisfaction at THE CAFÉ Hotel Mulia Senayan. By testing several variables including food quality, atmosphere, and location. The methodology of this research uses quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. This study uses purposive sampling techniques to customers by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that food quality, atmosphere, and location simultaneously and partially affected customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Price, Product quality and Promotion on Purchasing Decision. The population of this study are consumer of Delicio Bakery Café Tebet Jakarta from May up to June 2019, the sampling used is accidental sampling technique. Data collection by accidental technique using the designd questionnaire that has been tested its validity and reliability prior to distribution. Data analysis by descriptive and quantitative. The quantitative initiated by classic assumption test followed by multiple regression analysis. While model testing by F-test, t-test, coorelatioon and determination. The results showed that Price, Product quality and Promotion partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the influence of promotion, price and location on buying decision. The population in this study are the buyers of The Body Shop at Kota Kasablanka Mall. The sampling technique used is purposive due to efficiency and time limitation. The method of technique used is multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test) while the hypothesis test includes the F test, t test, partial analysis test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result showed that promotion, price and location on buying decisions partially and simultaneously hjave a positive effect of buying decision.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and promotion on customers satisfaction in Uccello Restaurant. The population in this research are customers of Uccello Restaurant from April to August 2019. The sampling technique used non probability sampling, with purposive sampling method to determine 100 respondent. The data collection by accidental technique using the questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability. The analytical method used the Clasic test, before Multiple Linear Regresion by SPSS 20. The 100 respondents as a tool, followed by F, t, Correlation and Determination Test. The results of this study prove that partially, the variable service quality has significantly effect on customers satisfaction, the variable product quality has significanly effect on customers satisfaction, and the variable promotions has significanly effect on customers satisfaction. Therefore, variables service quality, product quality and promotion simultaneously affect to customers satisfaction.
