The research provided treatment (intervention) on the subject, namely nutrition optimization education on the knowledge of mothers of toddlers with 62. Respondents knowledge wa meansured using t-test analysis a questionnaire in bivariate testing using the paired t-test statistical test α=0,05. Results: In this study, using t-test analysis based on the Paired Sample t-test, significance = 0.000 was obtained, less than the significance level (α) = 0.05. In tabet t, a negative t count is obtained, namely -19.119, which means the average before treatment is lower than the average after treatment. Conclusion: Education using video media is effective in increasing mothers' knowledge about optimizing toddler nutrition at the Ngemplak 1 Community Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Adolescent girls are a population at risk of iron deficiency due to increased nutrient requirements during growth. The high incidence of anemia among adolescents will continue into adulthood if not handled properly. Problems that will be experienced are pallor, fatigue, dizziness and the ability to concentrate on learning. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between macronutrients and micronutrients with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls at SMP Plus Al Muhsinin in Cangkuang District. This research method uses a cross sectional design of 35 respondents who come from Al Muhsinin Plus Junior High School students in Cangkuang District. This research method used a cross-sectional design on 35 respondents from students of SMP Plus Al Muhsinin in Cangkuang District. Data were collected on nutrient intake using the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SFFQ) and the value of hemoglobin levels using the hemoglobin blood test (GCHb). The results of statistical tests using chi-square showed there was a significant relationship between carbohydrate intake with a value of (p = 0.009), protein intake with a value of (p = 0.001), fat intake with a value of (p = 0.004), iron intake with a value of (p = 0.004), vitamin C intake with a value of (p = 0.016), folic acid intake with a value of (p = 0.016). There was no significant relationship in zinc intake with a value of (p = 1,000). It is expected that schools can make healthy canteens and healthy breakfast movements routinely 2x a week and form teams and youth cadres as supervisors of fe tablet consumption.

Abstract

Weight control is a process of avoiding fat deposits in the body. This depends on the relationship between the amount of food consumed and the amount of energy used. The less you eat and the energy you expend, the more fat deposits will decrease. Weight control is very important for health because obesity can cause heart problems. Physical exercise can help you lose weight faster and make your body healthier and fitter. People on a weight loss diet should do more exercise, but an obese person, even if they are able-bodied, should not suddenly start with strenuous exercise. Exercises suitable for a weight loss program are carried out continuously, over a long period, or often referred to as aerobic exercise. This research is a quasi-experimental study, where variable measurements are carried out before and after being given treatment. This research was conducted for 10 weeks. This research was conducted at Dadi Regional Special Hospital, Makassar, South Sulawesi, with a total of 40 research subjects. The sports training provided is High Intensity Interval Training (Aerobics). Sports training is done 3 times a week. This study found a substantial decrease in weight after a 2-month fitness program, as indicated by a p-value of 0.001 (> 0.05).

According to the BB/U indicator, 7.3% of toddlers suffer from malnutrition and 22.2% from undernutrition in East Nusa Tenggara. This study aimed to determine the organoleptic properties of cookies with mackerel flour and tempeh flour substitutions for children with energy protein deficiency. This experimental research was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design with substitutions of mackerel fish flour and tempeh flour. P0 no substitution, P1 25%: 5%, P2 35%: 15%, P3 45%: 25%. Based on the Kruskal-Wallis test, there was an effect of the substitution of mackerel flour and tempeh flour on the color of cookies with a P-value of 0.002. Further testing using the Mann-Whitney test showed that the significantly different formulas were P1 and P3. The most preferred treatment in terms of aroma was P1, with an average value of 3.9 (liked). Based on the Kruskal-Wallis test, there was no effect of the substitution of mackerel flour and tempeh flour on the aroma of cookies with a P-value of 0.195. The most preferred treatment in terms of texture was P1, with an average value of 4.06 (liked). Based on the Kruskal-Wallis test, there was no effect of the substitution of mackerel flour and tempeh flour on the texture of cookies, with a P-value of 0.100. The most preferred treatment in terms of taste was P1, with an average value of 4.03 (liked). Based on the Kruskal-Wallis test, there was no effect of the substitution of mackerel flour and tempeh flour on the taste of cookies with a P-value of 0.142. The conclusion for the organoleptic test, the variance test for taste, aroma, texture, and flavour of cookies with mackerel flour and tempeh flour substitutions, showed that panellists preferred product P1 to products P2 and P3.

Breakfast is a source of energy needed to carry out activities at school. Based on consumption analysis data. Based on consumption data analysis of 35,000 school-aged children in Indonesia, it shows that almost half (44.6%) of children who eat breakfast only get less than (15%) energy intake. of the nutritional needs that should be met (15-30%) in a day. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of breakfast education using the Uno block game on the level of knowledge and attitudes of West Bangkala State 9 elementary school children. This type of research is quasi experimental with a one group pre-test and post-test design in West Bangkala 9th state elementary school. The research was carried out on January 10 2024. The sampling method used a total sampling technique with all 27 class V students and 33 class VI students. The variables in this research are knowledge and attitudes about breakfast, collected by filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis uses statistical tests, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of the research revealed the level of knowledge of the sample before being given education (50.9%), the level of knowledge of the sample after being given education (100%). Attitudes before being given education (69.1%) and attitude levels after being given education (100%). The average knowledge score before education (53.45%) and after education (79.45%). The average attitude value before education (62.54) and after education (78.90%). Statistical analysis shows that there is a difference in knowledge before and after being given education (p=0.000) and statistical analysis shows that there is a difference in attitudes before and after being given education (p=0.000). It is recommended that for further research, further research can be carried out using Uno beam media in the target group, namely children and teenagers.

Abstract

Indonesia is struggling with a serious malnutrition problem. Poor nutrition, starting from pregnancy, has caused many problems for both mothers and babies. One of these problems is stunting. To prevent and reduce stunting cases, the Caile District Government has been actively working with different groups, strengthening the roles of villages, providing comprehensive nutrition programs, and involving various sectors in planning and monitoring activities. This study aimed to find out how providing Android-based illustrated videos can improve the knowledge of women of childbearing age about preventing stunting in the UPT Caile Community Health Center area in 2024. We used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test to conduct this study. The study included all women of childbearing age who visited the health centre for TT immunization or premarital screening from October to December 2023. Out of 42 women, 30 were selected for the study. The results showed that the women's knowledge about preventing stunting improved significantly after watching the videos. Mothers need to develop a habit of reading and seeking information about becoming a mother.
