Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and flexible working hours on the performance of driver partners in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were goride driver partners in the city of Tasikmalaya. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that compensation and flexible working hours have a simultaneous and significant effect on driver performance. Meanwhile, compensation has a partial and significant effect on performance, and flexible working hours have a partial and significant effect on the performance of driver partners in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The process of moving an employee to a higher position is called promotion. This study aims to identify three factors that influence employee performance at the West Lampung Regency DPRD Secretariat, namely: 1. motivation to work and the effect of job promotion on employee performance; and 2. the combined effect of work motivation and job promotion on employee performance.The purpose of this descriptive quantitative research is to identify the relationship between variables in the population. This research does so using numerical data. Simple and multiple regressions were used. The study involved 35 people participating. The results of data analysis show the answers to the following hypotheses: Work Motivation (X1) affects performance (Y) at the DPRD Secretariat, with an influence level (R-square) of 72.5%; Position Promotion affects performance at the DPRD Secretariat, with an influence level of 62.2%; and both affect employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of West Lampung Regency, with an influence level of 62.2%

Abstract

The object of this research is employees of the CV.Prastio Adijaya Group in Bandar Lampung. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and service quality on the performance of employees of the CV.Prastio Adiwijaya Group in Bandar Lampung. This research used a survey via a questionnaire in the form of a statement which assessed the respondent's level of agreement with a Likert scale of 1 to 5, distributed to 27 respondents consisting of employees of the CV.Prastio Adiwijaya Group in Bandar Lampung. The total influence of the Work Environment and Service Quality on Employee Performance is 94.7% and the remaining 5.3% is due to other factors which the author did not examine in writing this thesis. Based on the table above, a regression model can be created in which the influence of work environment variables and service quality together (simultaneously) has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the calculated F value of 50,854, much greater than the F table value with a significance of 0.05, which is 3.403 with The significant value of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. This shows that together the work environment and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV.Prastio Adijaya Group employees in Bandar Lampung.

This research discusses the opportunities and challenges of the PT case study satam education and training company. DOA Group Indonesia. With a qualitative descriptive approach to identify and describe various opportunities owned by PT. DOA Group Indonesia. The data used is secondary, collected from various trusted sources, including scientific journals and official publications from government agencies and related organizations. Big opportunity PT. DOA Group Indonesia is a security guard education and training company in Indonesia because unemployment is still high at the high school/equivalent level, which is the potential for security guard education and training participants. Challenges faced by PT. DOA Group Indonesia is corporate branding, long distance, and many competing companies.

Abstract

Sint Carolus High School is one of the private schools that plays a role in educating the nation's children, especially in Bengkulu. To attract students, Sint Carolus High School provides the best service, provides complete facilities and determines tuition fees with a cross subsidy system, according to the economic capacity of the parents of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between service quality and cost setting on the satisfaction of Sint Carolus High School students in Bengkulu. The sample in the study amounted to 73 respondents, data collection using questionnaires and the analysis method used was quantitative method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation: Y = -2.959 + 0.353 X1 + 0.419 X2 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variable quality of service (X1) and costing (X2) has a positive influence on student satisfaction (Y) at Sint Carolus High School Bengkulu. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be known the coefficient of determination of R square of 0.677. This means that the value of service quality (X1) and the value of setting fees (X2) affect student satisfaction (Y) by 67.70% while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study. So service quality and costing have a significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

The analysis method in this study uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and hypothesis test using t-test and f-test with the number of samples studied 75 Employees at the South Bengkulu Environmental Service. From the calculation results using SPSS 23 we can see that the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. In this case the significance value of variable X <0.05 is 0.000. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation Y = 9.895 + 0.250 X1 + 0.379 X2 + 0.165 X3 this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that the work environment variables (X1), motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) at the Bengkulu Selatan The magnitude of the determination coefficient value from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen from the determination coefficient value of R square of 0,879. This means that the value of the work environment variables (X1), motivation (X2) and kepuasan kerja (X3) has an effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of 87.9% while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study presents a narrative review of the transformation of Rural Credit Banks (BPR) through the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and digital innovation, aiming to explore the future of sustainable finance. BPR plays a strategic role in expanding financial inclusion and strengthening the local economy, yet it faces complex challenges amid global economic dynamics. This research identifies three main pillars of BPR transformation: (1) the integration of ESG principles into governance, (2) the adoption of digital technology for efficiency, and (3) the enhancement of financial performance for business sustainability. The findings indicate that the combination of ESG integration and digital transformation is key for BPR to contribute to local economic development. Suggestions for future research include analyzing the impact of ESG implementation and digitalization on BPR's financial performance, as well as customer experiences with digital services.

Abstract

Pengukuran keberhasilan pelaksanaan pelayanan publik yang tergambar dari angka indeks kepuasan masyarakat ditentukan oleh nilai indeks kinerja unsur-unsur yang sudah ditetapkan yakni, persyaratan, sistem, mekanisme dan prosedur, waktu penyelesaian, biaya/tariff, spesifikasi jenis pelayanan, kompetensi pelaksana, perilaku pelaksana, penanganan pengaduan, masukan dan saran, sarana da prasarana. Rasa puas masyarakat terhadap pelayanan bergantung pada persepsi masyarakat, oleh sebab itu kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas suatu pelayanan bersifat subyektif. Meskipun dalam beberapa unsur sudah memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat, namun jika ada unsur yang lainnya dimana masyarakat merasa tidak puas, itu dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan secara mendasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan publik di kelurahan Pasar Mulia Kecamatan Pasar Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat dengan 9 unsur pelayanan sesuai Permenpan dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 14 Tahun 2017, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 196 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan nilai indeks kepuasan masyarakat diperoleh angka indeks sebesar 76,40 atau dengan kategori “C” atau “Kurang Baik”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan pelayanan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh petugas Kelurahan Pasar Mulia Kecamatan Pasar Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan belum memuaskan masyarakat sebagai penerima layanan.

Abstract

Technological innovation in the form of software applications that facilitate shopping activities has been created, one of which is the Shopee application. In the Shopee application there are various offer features that function to attract customers and make shopping easier for customers. The various offer features provided and the most prominent from Shopee are. shopee paylater, Shipping Vouchers and Flash Sale. The purpose of this study is the influence of Shopee paylater, Shipping Vouchers and Flash Sale on user purchasing decisions in the Manna City area, South Bengkulu Regency. The research method used is quantitative, the data collection technique in this study is the questionnaire technique, with a research sample of 50 respondents. The results of the study showed that multiple linear regression 8,065 + 0.311 X1 + 0.311 X2 + 0.991 X3 +1,874. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive orunidirectional relationship between the variables Shopee Paylater (X1), Shipping Voucher (X2) Flash Sale (X3), the value is 0 (zero), purchasing decisions (Y) of users in the Manna City area, South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the Shopee Paylater test (XI) show t count 1.718> t table 1.675 and a significance of 0.048<0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Shopee Paylater has a positive and significant effect on user purchasing decisions in the Manna City area, South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the Shipping Voucher test (X2) show t count 1.808> t table 1.675 and a significance of 0.047 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that Shipping Voucher has a positive and significant effect on user purchasing decisions in the Manna City area, South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the Flash Sale test (X3) show t count 8.694> t table 1.675 and significance 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning Flash Sale has a positive and significant effect on user purchasing decisions in the Manna City area, South Bengkulu Regency. Based on the comparison of the F count value with the F table, the F count value is greater than the F table value, which is 45.633> 2.79, so it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Shopee Paylater (XI), Shipping Vouchers (X2), Flash Sale (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) of users in the Manna City area, South Bengkulu Regency. This can be seen at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency, totaling 31 employees, with a sample size of 31 employees. The sampling technique was cluster sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression: Y = 23.319 + 0.166X1 + 0.015X2, meaning that if supervision and work discipline were increased by 100%, employee performance would be worth 0.166 and 0.015 respectively. The results of the study showed simultaneously by comparing the F count value with F table, so that it was known that the F table value was 3.757 > 3.16 and it could be concluded that supervision and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency. Based on the partial test, it is known that supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency with a sig value of 0.004 < alpha (0.05), while work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency with a sig value of 0.810 > alpha (0.05).
